I am a 38 year old paraplegic visiting from a different state. My joystick on my power wheelchair went out and I had no other way of transportation. Shawn gave me a loaner joystick so my husband could overnight the replacement part from a wheelchair I have at home. Shawn, from Mr. Wheelchair, was a life saver! I highly recommend this company and will shop their online store when in need of another chair!

I experienced an act of kindness at Mr. Wheelchair today that was unexpected and greatly appreciated. I had explained to the salesperson that I had lost my cane somehow earlier in the day and wanted to look at their selection of canes, but I didnt want anything too pricey in case I would lose it again. The salesperson without any hesitation on his part and without any prompting from me, said, I am going to give you this cane as a gift. He even adjusted it for me and made sure that it was safely locked so that the adjustment would not change. I was touched very deeply by this act of kindness. I tried my best to pay for the cane and even offered to buy him lunch as as last resort in order to somehow repay his kindness but he would not accept anything in return except for me to think of him if I ever needed any other kinds of medical equipment, and indeed I will. Thank you very much Mr. Wheelchair.

I really have NO stars for this company, only the STARS they tried to make me see when they gave me the price of renting a scooter for ONE day....which was $30 more than the price that the SAME person quoted me 3 months prior. Suffice it to say, I didnt scoot their way! Instead, head to Total Mobility Access. They are honest and accommodating!

My Family have owned a time share in New Orleans for over ten years now, We spend one week in December and one week in April. Enjoying this great city has never been an issue until this year. My brother has a stamina issue during his accumulating years. On the advice of our local friend and personal concierge, I called and inquired about a mobility solution. Not only did Mr Wheelchair provide transportation, they delivered it to our door step at no extra charge. I have tears in my eyes while writing this review due to the joy and gratitude in my heart for them. I want to give props to Heather, a store employee of Mr. Wheelchair. I was visiting New Orleans with my wife and mother. My mother uses a Jazzy Jet 20 for mobility assistance. While in town the rains were very heavy and the rear casters/wheels came apart, rendering the chair useless.I called Heather, she took the serial number, & found suitable replacement wheels at a fair price. When I went to the store to get them she even came outside of the store and assisted me with installing the replacement casters/wheels.The kind of service she provided is rare nowadays.
