Employees dont know the difference between gas and diesel... Employees think gas and diesel are the same... then they get an attitude when try to explain its not!!! 🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

For a 24 hour establishment they sure are closed a lot. Quite often I am told they are closed by an employee in uniform outside talking to her boyfriend. I’m not sure if this is how this establishment operates, but I have taken my business to one of the 5 competitors within 2 minutes of them. Way to throw away money guys. Hire better employees.

This is a great RaceTrac location. It has been clean every time I’ve gone inside. Tons of selection. The cashiers I’ve dealt with have been very friendly. Love their Powerade slushes.

This Racetrac location opened recently. Its big, bright, clean and fresh! Everything you need, nothing you dont. Gas prices are among the lowest in town. Looking for a quick snack? Look no further. They sell pizza by the slice or a whole pizza. Pastries, check. Eating healthy? Several different types of salad and other healthy options. Plenty of fountain drink selections to choose from.want something stronger? They have all the liquor you would need, and a ridiculous amount of beer selections. Basically, this is a One-Stop shopping place! LOL

I absolutely love this service station!..I wish we had one in Jackson..everytime I visit New Orleans my first stop will be Race Trac...hotdogs ...nachos..🍕 pizza...you name it they got it!

This place supposed to be 24 hours but its not. If the register not down then its something else. Change your hours so your customers dont make blank trips to your business.

They never have paper for receipts at the pump which is extremely annoying and inconvenient.

This really is the worst Race Trac of all the ones I go to. Employees without masks. Ice cream machines broken a lot of the time. Gas pumps that do not work for one reason or another. Common items out of stock. It can be frustrating. Sometimes I go to the one in Harahan which is a lot further for me.

Unreliable and inconsistent hours. This place is not open 24 hours, and I wish they would update their information online to reflect the actual hours. It is extremely frustrating, and the 10+ potential customers they lost in a 5-minute period this morning all felt equally frustrated and irritated.

The fountain drink machine is broken so often that Im not even going to try anymore.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I visited around noon. The lady was disrespectful. Never go to that one again. Im going to the other down Jefferson Hwy like I usually do.

I do go to Racetrac for gas and the convenience store, but my experience recently was not good. I needed to air up my tires and I went and unscrewed all the caps and put $1.50 in and I went to grab the pump and it was gone as if someone tore it off or cut it off. I was so mad that I wanted to beat the machine, but I went to the Shell next door and they had a working one. Racetrac, I like you but you need to get and maintain your air pump or put and out of order sign on it.

Its 11pm on Tuesday June 30. The lady working here refuses to open door while she text and plays on her phone. I call and ask why she refuses to open the 24 hour store and she says it is because shes the only one in there. I said oh ok so when is it going to open and she said at 6am. Thats 7 hours shes getting paid to lock the door and text?? Wow

Walk up at 3am to a lazy employee sitting behind the counter reading and laughing with the door locked while completely ignoring multiple customers trying to enter. Then procedes to tape a sign on the door saying she will reopen at 5:30am..A nice paid 2 and a half hour break for your lazy employees.Its a shame cause I live right across the street and was my first time coming here. Now they will never get my money.

Pumps and credit card machines NEVER work.

Never unlocked after 10 pm and clerk wont serve through window.

Coin operated air/vac station was not operational after paying 1.50. The shift manager st this time would not refund this amount! Bad service!

Best C-Store/Gas Station of them all except for Buc-ee’s in Texas. Get a hot dog for $1.98, add a 2nd for $1.
