The Crew there helped me out with my battery problem. The manager Alex found out that stereo system was pulling too much power for my battery. He helped me find the right battery that I needed and installed it.

All the guys here know their parts and have always had what I needed in stock. Most recently spark plugs. Great location for AutoZone.

Battery on my wifes car died while I was at work. She purchased a battery from here but they didnt install it. I installed the battery when I got home. I took the old battery back the next afternoon with the receipt to get the core charge returned. They refused because i didnt have my wifes debit card. I didnt appreciate having to make a total of 3 trips to complete the battery buying process. Not a good way to treat your customers. I had receipt and the old battery. Why not put the charge back on any of the customers cards or give cash.

Promise parts one day they come parts never shows up still cant get

If i could leave 0 stars i most definitely would. My car is at the dealership because this store sold me a head with a faulty part on it. Theyre refusing to compensate and refusing to pay for the faulty part on the head. Careful where you purchase your car parts!!!

Scott and Joshua were very helpful. I came in with a dead battery and recieved wonderful customer service from these gentleman. They were very professional and even offered some insight as to what may be wrong with my car. 5 stars for sure!

My experience was great the young man Joshua and Anthony took care of me when he came to voters and brakes and Anthony was nice enough to put my brakes on my car when bi could find no one else those two are great young men they know their job and they take good care of their customers and theyre very knowledgeable of what theyre selling I come in both of them to the highest and they deserve a raise we need more people like them at AutoZone

I went in there several times where Jordan helped me find parts to change my friends tire. They closed at 9 but at 9:15 I called and him and josh can 2 miles away to help get bolts off a tire that were beyond stuck. They were able to remove them and put in our spare. They went out of their way to help us when they didn’t have to. I would recommend this autozone over the others because ther cared enough to help after work. Thank you guys so much it was a struggle with that tire.

I brought in a battery to be tested. Instead of getting t battery like the one I brought in they looked it up. Brought me one off the shelf that matched what the computer said I needed. They had already carted off my old one. I said this batter was to big. So they changed it out for another on that was smaller. Again instead of looking at what I brought in they sent me off with a battery. When I got back to install the battery the posts were on the wrong sides. Now I made another trip back to AutoZone. I said look at the battery I brought in and get me one just like it. I dont care what the computer says. So they did. It was an 800 cranking amp battery with the correct post position. Not a hard thing to do but that made it harder and wasted about 45 minutes of my day.I will avoid this store and go down to O Rillys the next time. I didnt realize it was just a little further down the road.

This new AutoZone on Ruckriegel Parkway is a pleasure to shop in. Its a new store in the renovated video store that used to occupy the building. The store is clean, well organized, and well lighted. Further the staff is friendly and eager to help.

Everytime I buy something on sale they always ring up the original price. Could have saved 4.00 yesterday but I was already home when I seen the receipt. They won and I lost again..

I went to buy a few replacement head lightbulbs and the parts manager (sorry, I forgot his name) came out and helped me figure out what I needed and took the time to replace the bulbs for me. This is my new spot for parts for our cars!
