High quality auto parts and service

Great place to get auto parts. Knowledgable staff. Much more customer oriented than big box auto parts. Also can get parts for antique vehicles that are not offered at other auto parts stores.

Ive had nothing but good experiences at this store. If you get home and your order is messed up, dont be afraid to go back. They’ll make it right.

Gentleman at the counter helped me out alot. Found the tools it needed for exchange and i was able to get a friend back in his way home after an almost deadly accident involving a large log someone had lost and left in the middle of the interstate. If you lose it pick it up people. You could be responsible for saving a life

When you need that one part and no one carries it, try your local NAPA. They carry parts the other stores dont. At the Jeffersontown NAPA ask for Charlie. Hell take good care of you in quick fashion!

I have purchased parts and supplies from here many years and usually have the parts I need at reasonable prices. In a great location and easy to get there, can be seen from the main road and easy to see. Friendly employees and very nice. Excellent condition and very clean.

This place is what great, old school, customer service is all about !!.. I had a paint code I was trying to match. Charlie there worked hard to try to get the resources to match it. He had tech support with Napa help, which they couldnt. He called me first thing in the next morning with a follow-up. Yes, they couldnt help me, but I know for a fact he did the best he could, and he will be the first person Id call if I need help again !.. Wow!.. blown away by the help!!.. If there were more people in companies that had his attitude in helping the customer, wed live in a much better country.

The new manager was way too pushy. I bought a lot of stuff there for my fleet of vehicles and he went over the top on trying to get me to buy more. I only needed something fast for an emergency situation and he started the 20 questions game with me about what I buy. Havent and wont be back

Horrible service. Was convinced my spark plug took a 5/8 socket. Which of course as I already knew it didnt. After I physically showed the clerk it was larger he tried putting the plug in the socket himself as if that would help . Honestly I would give a 0 but that option doesnt exist.
