We decided to buy a new couch and chair. After a lot of searching, we thought we would give Ashley a try. Glad we did. We had the privilege of meeting salesman Derick Cantrell. He was professional, very knowledgeable and seemed to be very down to earth. Went over features I had not thought of when looking for quality furniture. Derick helped in making our decision and believe it or not he didnt sell us the most expensive set. If youre looking for someone to help in picking out your next furniture need, you should definitely consider talking to Derick Cantrell. It will definitely be worth the trip.Thanks again for all your help.

NOT a great experience. I understand things are on backorder because of COVID, however I was told 8 weeks. That 8 weeks quickly was turned into months. When I asked for a refund, all of a sudden I could get all of my items super quickly... then came delivery. Delivery is apparently only available one day a week, couldnt get a hold of customer service at the ACTUAL STORE to save my life. After going round and round in an attempt to pick up, delivery still being scheduled, and speaking with a ton of rude customer service representatives, I finally decided to just cancel my order all together. Ashley makes good quality furniture, but they lost my business because of their customer service.

I dont like giving negative reviews, but unfortunately after trying to mediate with the store, I want to share my experience. While the furniture is good quality and was delivered fine, our sales person sold us bed rails that dont work with our headboard we purchased from. And he was who brought up the idea of the bed rails. So now to use them, we will have to drill new holes into the headboard which will void our warranty. Exercise caution when purchasing from this store.

I was looking for a mattress and a sleeper sofa and the sleep specialist just about ran me out of the store! She was pushy, kept trying to put me in the most expensive bed and would not listen to any of my concerns. She just kept telling me how good she was at her job and how much she knows about mattresses. Thats fine but LISTEN TO WHAT YOUR CUSTOMER IS SAYING!! I went to Sleep Outfitters where my sales rep listened to me 100% and put me in the perfect bed. Because of Ashleys pushy hard headed sales rep, they lost a sale of a mattress, adjustable base and sleeper sofa. I was so angry after dealing with this woman, I didnt even look at the sofas at this place!

Horrible experience with Ashley’s. Furniture took forget to come in. When they did text me for delivery my address was wrong. So I called same day to change it. And I still have not received my furniture. It has been 3 weeks still no furniture and customer service gives me a different date everyone. How can an address change right down the street delay my furniture for another month or more when I’ve already waited months for it to come in. This has been such a frustrating experience. Won’t purchase from them again.

We went into Ashley with a goal in mind to find a new couch for our home. The manager there greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, and allowed us to freely walk around without feeling bombarded. And, we found our dream couch!

Good prices, good service. And yes, sales reps will approach you and offer to help you through the selection and purchase, but they dont helicopter you like they do at other stores. I found it to be a rather positive experience.

The customer service at this store was extraordinary. We were greeted my Moise, while he was always there when we had a question he was not hovering over us. He was very transparent in letting us know that there was a backlog of deliveries. He was not misleading in any information he provided us. The store had an easy to follow layout of furniture, and it was clean. I strongly recommend this location and Moise.

I was in Ashley’s on Blankenbaker Rd 10-3-21 and had an issue concerning delivery and pickup. I was assisted by Jeff and Rebecca who went above and beyond to make sure my issue was immediately resolved. They made me feel like my concern was priority and showed Empathy and Professionalism. I will gladly tell all my friends and family about Ashley!

Rory Williams was our sales representative. He was referred to us by a close friend. He was EXTREMELY patient with us. We came as soon as the store opened. We were there for almost 4 hours making up our minds between several pieces for 2 different rooms in our home. He answered every single question I had, ran numbers for multiple scenarios, and maintained the same calm and professional demeanor the entire time.

Edited 8/2/21- Per the response to my review, I reached out to the email address given. This was 3 weeks ago and I still have yet to hear back. Also- the warranty people have told me that NONE of the damage that is on the couch is covered by their warranty. At this point I have called all the numbers, talked to at least 7 people and still do not have a resolution on my broken sofa. If I could give this company NO STARS I would!!!!While the sales experience was good, the quality of furniture is sub par at best. We purchased a sofa in October of 2019 and it started falling apart a year later. We purchased the extra warranty just for this very reason! When I sent the warranty pictures to the company they stated that none of the rips, tears, or BROKEN FRAME was covered by their warranty… I was told the frame was lifetime covered and to call the Ashley team. 4 weeks later still no call back from the technician team to resolve this issue and nothing better then an “I’m sorry we can’t help you…” FOR SHAME…

Never purchasing from Ashley again. Bought a sofa and coffee table from them. One of the cushions was terribly sewn together so I called and they sent out a replacement but the replacement doesn’t quite fit right. The coffee table is metal with a glass top but the glass doesn’t fit right and there are gaps between the glass and metal. It’s ridiculous. I was completely finished with them but had a $500 credit so I ordered a bed. I understand delays because of COVID but no one ever lets you know that it keeps getting delayed. At first it was six weeks and now it’s 21-23 weeks. When I called they said 6 weeks was an estimated time frame but I mean at least get your estimates in the ball park. Ashley is joke of a furniture store.

We recently visited the Ashley HomeStore in Louisville off Blankenbaker and I have to say the experience was fabulous! We were greeted promptly at the door by Dino, who answered all of our questions and showed us many different options to fit our needs and wants. He was amazing! There was no rush to get to the next customer, we were his priority while we were there. I highly recommend this store and Dino to find all of your furniture needs!!!

We thought we had a good experience with our salesman Jimmy as we made it very clear that we did not want to order anything that wasnt in stock and that we would have to wait on. He assured us the pieces we ordered would be available in 4 to 6 weeks; this was in February. Now they are telling us it wont be delivered until September! I have left several messages with the store in the past 2 weeks with no return call. I have done business with Ashley Furniture for almost 20 years and unfortunately this is where it stops.

Do not shop here ... nothing is in stock. They will allow you to make initial purchase and then lie for months about when the product will arrive. They will refuse to refund you when you are tired of waiting. I will never buy another think from this company.

I have been calling for weeks and they NEVER answer their phones! I need to get the extra protection on my couch and it was already delivered so I really hope they dont give me trouble of adding it after it was delivered, like I said I have tried calling tons of times and no answer. I live almost 40 mins away so its not easy for me to get to the store. Other than that issue, I had a great experience in the store and got a great deal on my couches.

Dino was an awesome sales person with tons on knowledge! We bought a living room set from him tonight. He asked about the extended warranty, and we ask about our old warranty on our bedroom suit. He looked it up and gave us dates and times to cash it in. Then we got talking about mattress, and he took us over to the mattress section and did a demonstration, wow we will be back to see him when we are ready to buy a new mattress. What a nice sales person, not pushy at all.

After recently moving, I had gone to Ashley’s to shop for a living room suite. Alone furniture shopping can be stressful. Jimmy had met me at the door and showed me around to a few different items then left to allow me to shop around myself. He then came back to check in and was direct and honest with me. My husband and I ordered a couch in November 2020. We were told it would be in the end of December. We received a call from the store, we told it was delayed until the beginning of January. We thought, ”no biggie”. That happened three different times. Through the whole process, the store’s manager Carolyn assured and made things right by giving us a discount and free delivery. She was so polite and always was willing to try to help us to move things faster. If you need anything through your process at Ashley store on Blankenbaker, ask for Carolyn. She’s awesome. Buying a sofa and a love seat has been a very bad experience for me at Ashley home store.The sofa came damaged with cuts and scratches and even works man defects .I called customer service and they told me they will replace it and sofa and love seat will come together about a week later .But only the love seat came at the date they gave me .I called again and asked about the sofa, so they said,, AWW there is a delay and it will arrive within a few days .But it took 10 more days to arrive..Im not satisfied with the experience I had and nor the quality of the furniture I got .Cushions feels like they have been used for years after a couple of months only.

We had a really great experience with Ashley Furniture! We worked with Terrance J to purchase a sofa and chair. He was really great to work with. Very friendly and not pushy. This has nothing to do with our salesperson, but Ashley has got to figure out how to get a better internet speed for their employees to do their jobs. Our salesperson had a heck of a time ringing up our order and I was getting frustrated for him. Im super patient and understanding so it didnt bother me, but it might deter other customers who arent patient.

Employees there are very nice and helpful and thats it ..everytime i call the store there is no answer or no return calls...Ashley customer service is the worst..I order 3 pieces and after waiting 3 months they informed me 1 of the 3 pieces was going to take another 2 months ... I canceled that one piece and they purposely canceled my whole order and told me theres no way to find out who did it and I would have to reorder everything all over again... i will never purchase anything again from Ashley furniture

We are in the process of remodeling our home and decided to visit Ashley Furniture to purchase furniture for our living room and our bedroom. I found and entertainment center that I absolutely loved and was thrilled ti discover it was also on clearance. We did not want to purchase the entire unit because we do not have room for it. Full price the unit is sold separately however the manager was not interested in allowing us to purchase just the part of the entertainment we wanted even though we w were planning in making a significant purchase. What happened to customer service. During these difficult you would think businesses would try to generate as much sales as possible but in this case customer service was not important. We left without purchasing anything and we will be taking our busilness elsewhere.

The worst store experience ever. Went in to purchase a dresser found one I liked in the outlet told the sales lady I’ll take it . Then was told I couldn’t take it had to pick it up tomorrow because the guys that load the truck were gone for the day. No problem I have my own guys who can load it into my truck . No their the only ones that can open the door, merchandise can’t go out the front, our guys are the only ones who can load even though their not responsible for tie downs or securement all these excuses I was so confused then the manager says it’s corporate rules to keep a handle on inventory can’t just have items walking out . Like isn’t that what receipts are for and your bill of sales still trying to work through this mess I ask can you deliver cause the pick up hours are during my work hours yes but we use a third party company you have to contact them to get a price and time . Ok call the guy no set price he needs address then he’ll get back to you with a quote I’m still waiting for a quote . Then asked manager Carol for corporate number she gave us the wrong number and was very rude . Finally I left the store without a dresser and the store without a sale makes no sense to me sad this is how the number 1 store does business no thanks I will gladly take my business and money elsewhere.

We went to Ashley to buy a couch on Sept 5. The whole purpose of going when we did was to make sure we had a larger couch for family that was coming on Thanksgiving week. When we were doing paper work the sales associate assured us we would have it the first week in November. I called at that point to see where it was and was informed it wouldnt be in until January 20. Called mid January and now its mid March!!!

We had Dino help us at the Hurstbourne pkwy location in Louisville. He was AWESOME. Super patient with us as we had him move different ottomans to the location of the couch in the store so we could figure out what looked good. Will definitely go again. We will be looking into getting our money back and ordering some where elseWe ordered a couch for delivery and was told it would take 8weeks. 7 weeks have went by and we have not received a delivery date. When we called Ashley Furniture they told us it would be another month before the couch would even be manufactured and they have no idea when it would be done.Don’t believe what they promise you, they just want to make you a sale and not inform you on when you Will get your items.

Worst furniture buying experience ever. Order a chair in September 2020, expected delivery November 2020. I called December 2020 because I did not receive my furniture and this became a repetitive cycle for 4 months. They never contacted me and always said it was coming the next month, when I called. After six months of waiting I canceled my order, if I could give zero stars I would. Terrible communication and service.

Moises in the Louisville location helped us today and he was so kind. Will shop there again for my furniture needs!Nick and Shana were very helpful today as we desperately tried to make an Ashley mistake corrected. Our bed was delivered and the rails on the delivery truck were the wrong ones. So after going several weeks without a bed - we now had 2/3 of a bed!!!The lady at the desk was not very helpful. She simply gave us the address and hours of the distribution center (it’s Saturday evening and we would have to wait until Tuesday) and told us this mistake was impossible to correct today.We didn’t like that answer. So we found Nick in the back. He went above and beyond to helps us find what we needed to be able to sleep on a bed tonight! Shana also was very kind to us and was happy to have some pleased customers.Lady at desk - our problem was not impossible to fix this evening. Wish I could give you the bonus cash Nick is going to be receiving for going above and beyond.

We bought a Neira Fog couch that was delivered 3 weeks ago. It is supposedly one of the top selling couches from Ashley. The couch arrived missing one back cushion. The delivery team told me that this was something that could be replaced after reaching out to my salesperson.He was not able to help and directed me to the customer support team, who have sent two incorrct items as replacement parts. I have no faith that Ill ever get a missing back cushion for my couch. Customer service has been EXTREMELY lackluster, and the delivery process was painful and confusing.Disappointing service for how much a couch costs here. Would love to get a reply and have a manager step up and fix the problem.

My wife had gone to Ashley earlier in the day and worked with Dino looking at a number of different selections for living room furniture. I love my wife but she can be very, very picky. Dino was the epitome of patience with her. I returned later in the evening with my wife to help make the final decision on two sets of couches. We went back and forth on trying to decide which ones we wanted and in what configuration. Dino even repeatedly rearranged different configurations so we could get a true visual of what each selection would look like. Again, the epitome of patience. Even when we were approaching the closing time for the store...patience. Thanks to Ashley Furniture and specifically Dino for all the help. We finally purchased two different couches and have arranged for delivery. We will return in the future for other purchases due to the help we received.

We purchased a bed 8 months ago from there and it has broke twice. Both times within the first week. We then went in for a re-select because that bed had flaws and saw that it was broke in the store also. After waiting for 8 months our new bed arrived, they dropped it off and left without putting it together, we paid for it to be put together. I opened the footboard and it was broke in the middle. So now we have to wait longer.Update 5/8/2021 Footboard was finally delivered. I still have not heard anything back from Ashley from the response from -db. I put in the email request she asked for 5 minutes after she posted that. They still did not put the bed together like I paid for in the original order. I asked if they would at least take the box back and they refused. I dont mind putting the bed together myself but I should at least be able to get my money back for it.

Purchasing furniture for our new home from Ashleys has been, by far, one of the most frustrating experiences I have dealt with! The customer service has been horrible. I can never get a direct answer. I have to deal with multiple people to get one issue resolved. Completely unacceptable customer service. I will never return to Ashleys for furniture again. The only helpful person we have ran into there was Ms. Carolyn at the Blankenbaker store. She went above to help get answers for us. She was much appreciated for the efforts she gave. This outlet commit theft by deception Check! Dont accept this behaviour from a retailer against we the consumers, filed a complaint with the consumers affair government agency and call it exactly what it is theft by deception. I did. Waiting for an investigation now. your furniture in and out before purchasing, must important check inside and out when you get there to pick it up, they will definitely trick you and change your furniture for damage sofas or furniture and then refuse to exchange it. Linda at customer service is rude and dishonest, she will try her best to intimidate you into giving up trying to exchange damage useless furniture. Ordered a sectional for delivery later in December because we were having work done that needed finishing. Was assured we were getting new stuff but when we returned to the store to look at it again floor model was replaced with a different color. When it came time to get it we had someone from Facebook contact us about Ashley calling them for delivery. Called store and they had the wrong number. When it was finally delivered they gave us the foor model and lied about it being new. I will never buy anything from here again

Ordered a full size box spring and the salesperson (Shirley) was extremely helpful. She was as nice and quick as I have ever experienced. The next day, my daughter broke her box spring and I called and ordered a second one. Shirley made sure to get them both shipped in one the same day. I only gave 1 star because I could not give zero. After walking through the store and not seeing what we were looking for, we wandered into clearance center. We saw a $1200 couch that was exactly what we wanted. A salesperson walked through and we told him we were interested in purchasing. We asked about delivery options and he said it was outsourced. We asked if he knew how much and he replied he had no idea. He shoved a sale brochure in our hands and said to let him know if we needed anything. We stood there for 10 more minutes and left. I have called the store 3 times trying to inquire about delivery. After extensive hold time of no one answering the phone, I have given up. WHY HAVE A CLEARANCE CENTER, asking for a friend!!!!

The original experience and rep were great. Our rep showed us a lot of different options and let us try many different couches before choosing, no pressure. He made the experience very pleasant which is why I gave any starts at all.Now, he said our delivery date was Dec 26th which was fine initially. We checked in on 12/16 to just see the status and if that was still on track. The rep on the phone, Natalie, told us the couch was actually ready and they could deliver the next day. We set up a time frame of 10am-1pm and were really happy at this point. We took off a few hours off work that morning to rearrange furniture and be home for the delivery people.No one ever came. At 1pm we called the customer service line. The lady who answered was absolutely no help and proceeded to hang up on us as we asked questions. We called again. Mind you we were on hold for 30-45 minutes each time. The next lady just told us we were SOL and she didnt know what happened. We asked for solutions to fix this and she hung up on us too.So now Ashley has our couch and our money but we have no product, no answers, and a lot of wasted time under our belt. What was the point of telling us our couch would be delivered earlier if it was completely 100% false??????We called the local store and they basically said theyd have a manager call. No call so far. Very disappointed as this is a reputable company that should have this sort of thing under control. We couldve gone to a local company but we thought wed have better odds with a big box retailer.We regret working with Ashley and giving them our money. They clearly dont care about the satisfaction of the customer, they only care about signing checks. I guess the end result is not important to them. Beyond frustrated and who knows if we will ever get our couch worth $2000.

Wife and I had a wonderful experience the other day shopping for furniture. Met an extraordinary gentleman by the name of Moises, who not only understood that we needed space to think about what we were looking for but was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and treated us with the utmost respect. Genuine I believe is the term. Refreshing due to the fact that is a very hard quality to find these days. Hopefully the shipping and receiving of the product will be just as smooth and Ill be 100% satisfied.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. If you are in the market for new furniture, I strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere. I ordered furniture during Memorial Day weekend and have yet to receive my order. So much for manufacturing, distributing, and delivering all their own furniture. I’ve received 7 different delivery dates thus far. Most recently, I had a delivery date scheduled for today, 8/26, waited all day for the delivery only to be told that my order wasn’t delivered because it wouldn’t be ready until September 12th. I’m sure that date will get pushed as well. The customer service is non-existent. It takes 25 minutes to get connected to a live person and when you finally do speak to someone, they give you different information you received from the last person you spoke with. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement. I am contemplating canceling my order even if I lose 10% of the sales price. It’s a nominal loss to rid of ever doing business with Ashley again.

The young man who helped me was excellent. Very professional and found what I needed quickly. But the guys loading the rocker chair into the back of my SUV Denali? Horrible. They didnt put a plastic cover over the chair and shoved it all the way back until the leather/pleather back was touching my nasty spaur tire. It got oil and dirt all over it!Wont be back.

Based on the buying experience (it hasn’t been delivered yet) I have no negative feedback. Staff was attentive but not pushy. Heather was patient and helpful. Prices are good for the value, and satisfied with the selection. Appreciated the promotions (free financing or 20% off). Just wish the shipping was faster - quoted 4-6 weeks 😢

Ashley is not good furniture home to buy furniture because I bought furniture n paid for delivery fees,at the time of delivery they damaged my property and they didnt fix my problems instead they said it was old damage .to file a claim I called them more than 10 times n to inspect I called them more then 8times.then also no response from them. So please think before you buy.this is the worst place I have never seen.

Placed an online order and was quoted a delivery date. Ashley changed the date an additional 6 weeks via email. I went to the store because the email does not accept responses and in the store they told me they do not help with online orders. Gave me a number to a very rude person that not only would not cancel the order without also speaking to my wife (even though everything about this order is in my name) but hung up on me when I wanted to speak to her supervisor. Will never do business here again.

From my first visit to Ashley HomeStore to my subsequent visits that led to my purchase, Mitchell provided VIP service. He was able to narrow down my selections based on my personal aesthetic. Knowledgeable and patient I can truly say I feel confident about my selections and know I have the best quality to meet my needs. A business I highly recommend and would return to.

My husband and I bought a dining room set from here Labor Day weekend and we were given an estimated delivery date of 10/13. Fast forward to almost two months after purchasing and being given three different delivery dates by different people. I called the store and told the woman that we wanted to cancel the order since they kept giving us different information and she told me to contact the store. (???). The number I dialed is the one on our paperwork and the one given on their website. I then called the salesman, Mitchell Donahue, who sold us the set since he gave us his business card and told us to call him with any questions or issues. I left him a voicemail about our concerns and he NEVER called us back. My husband then called the 800 number and he was given a delivery date for November. Everything was finally delivered the first week of November. The table top had been walked on by someone because it had shoe prints all over it. We won’t be going to Ashley again, horrible customer service and the salesmen never return phone calls.

Extremely angry!! We purchased a tempurpedic ergo bed base at this store.The salesman went on and on about how good of a deal it was. I was skeptical and said what if I find it cheaper? He replies “you won’t find it cheaper” but if you do we have a price match guarantee. I said ok sounds good. 1 week later I found it cheaper. After multiple times trying to call the store with no answer my husband and I went to the store with proof of the price difference. So the customer service rep calls the manager over and the manager says yes to fixing the price. The customer service rep writes it up and confirms it all and hands us the paperwork and then tells us we will see the change in our next statement. A month later they call us and leave a message saying they were denying the price change?? I called multiple times again, no one answers at the store. I call corporate and they send an urgent message for the manager to call us. She finally calls after two days and tells us she needs more info on the price difference. So I tell her I have the ad because I saved it and she said email it to me and I will take care of it. I sent it in an email two weeks ago still no change on the charge and no response to my email which I have sent again twice. I have never been more irritated with a company that is so shady that they would do this to someone. I have been a good customer with Ashley furniture. When we moved to Louisville we furnished our entire house with Ashley furniture. Aggravated and still waiting for that price change.
