When we moved into our home over 20 years ago, the prior owners were already using All Island Security, so we decided to stay with them. I am so glad we made that decision! Their work is done beautifully and everything functions without issue and lasts - something you dont find very often today. If you have any questions or problems, they answer you immediately and come out to you quickly. We have both our home security and fire alarm done by them. Even though there are many years we only see Arthur, the technician, once a year to do an inspection and cleaning of the fire alarm, he always remembers us as and our dogs. I think using them over the huge companies is a plus because they know you as individuals and honestly do their best to ensure you are happy and that everything is done correctly and quickly. We have upgraded our services with them as new technology becomes available and have never been disappointed. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a security and fire alarm installation or switching to a new security company.

Weve had All Island Security for several years now. I have to say they are very professional and polite. When we set off the alarm by accident, they call within a minute. First time I couldnt remember the correct password and they sent the police over. After hurricane Sandy, the alarm needed to be reset. We called and they walked us though it, Very pleased with them.

All Island Securitys central monitoring is excellent. I have had them for about 12 years now and every single time the alarm goes off (open window by mistake or something like that) they call almost immediately, Id say within about 30 seconds and they are courteous and professional. Their monthly fees are very reasonable and I have had only a single repair (battery replacement) since they installed the system, Would definitely recommend them.
