Amazing showroom and beautiful cars everywhere you look. We were helped by Marco and he was awesome to work with from start to finish over a months-long process. He remembered conversations we had months ago and would always follow up via text/call to make sure things were good even after we finally got our new Continental GT. He was super friendly and would definitely recommend working with him for all your car buying questions/needs.

Brought my car here for service paid 13k and nothing got done that was supposed to be done, check engine still on, supposedly they put in a new battery but the car cant run without a jump box. My radio was working fine now it doesnt, all my 4 center caps were in tact when i received my car back one was missing and the other 3 were scratched. the Executive Director Kevin, keeps lying to me saying the center caps were mailed and they havent came and its been almost a year. Very poor service and i will be cautious about using them!

Way better than Aston Martin Long Island. Went to see Bentley and RR after unhappy greetings from Aston Martin. Staff here were nice to answer all kinds of questions you may have. Didnt check their service department. Though we ended up buying other brand, this would be the place if we need a Phantom in forseeable future.

Terrible customer service! John at the parts department had a very nasty attitude and refused to give me a part number of the part I was trying to order from them. He said that he was told not to give out part numbers. I know that is not Bentleys protocol. I recommend you go to a different Bentley dealership. Im confident that KIA of long Island has better service than this place.

Dishonest dealership. I purchased an exotic vehicle from this dealership and was assured the vehicle was never in an accident. While I was having my vehicle serviced, the technician informed me that it had previous damage and was painted. The manager of the dealership will not return my phone call.

Awesome experience, only went in to walk around and still got help from a sales person named Chris. He gave me a lot of information about the cars and made me feel really welcome in the place. Will not hesitate to stop by just to see if they have gotten any new cars. Great place.

Recently went it and felt intimidated from the second I stepped in to the store. I had a guy follow me for a good 20 minutes making sure I was not up to no good. Honestly, go to another car dealer because this one has no class. They do not know how to treat customers here. I went to Ferrari of Long Island and had a much better experience their

I have had four Bentley, 2 whilst living in the U.K. and this is the second onesince living in the U.S. Bentley Long Island is the Garage to avoid at all cost. I have had terrible service the car itself has had a a number of problems and there ability to deal with the complaints are dreadful. For a lover of Bentley this is a sad experience and one which will be think twice before buying a new one again.

Went in just to look at cars, which I’ve done at numerous high end dealerships throughout the country without having a sales person tasked with following you around making sure you’re up to no good (as someone else stated). There wasn’t a single person in the dealership, I don’t believe it is necessary to have someone babysit you. Also not allowed to take any pictures.. what? Every other Bentley/Rolls/Lambo dealer I’ve been to (Dimmit, Braman, Sarasota, etc.) has ZERO issues with people taking pictures.
