The service department is great but unfortunately their upper management is horrible. stay away!! Do yourself a favor and purchase your car elsewhere. Lamborghini paramus and a few others are amazing

This place has the worst customer service ever!! I walked in the shop the front lady had a big attitude. The guy at the shop told the guy to kick us out from the shop!

Very rude staff soon as you walk in the unwelcome you speak to your very rudely and they act like you can’t afford the car which I could buy five of them and throw it out their face they just lost a good customer for lifetime never walk in there again and I will spend a dollar with a horrible I don’t recommend anybody they don’t treat you like a normal human being they only just want to see all the white guys in the multi billionaires prejudice very rude very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go and spend the money with them

I brought home my brand new 2018 Lamborghini a couple of weeks ago and have kept it in my garage until yesterday when I brought it to my body shop to have 3M clear coat applied to protect the front of the car from pebbles. I got a call from the body shop owner and friend of 20 years hours later and he said it is not easily visible but there must have been a crack in the rear fender which looks to have been glued and also there was tape leftover from the work and there was also evidence that the wheel on that side was removed to repair the fender. I called Mike the sales guy and he said that I inspected the car when I took it and that I signed saying it was in perfect condition so don’t even bring the car in for us to see because ‘we have nothing to say about it’ i was sold a new car with a repaired bumper and now they don’t even want to see the car as they are scrambling to say it wasn’t them. Unethical behavior and probably best to find a more reputable dealer. BTW - I love the car just not the dealership.

Purchased 2 cars from Jack and have had a great experience with him and this dealer over the past 5 years. I recently had a very bad experience with another dealer which made me appreciate my relationship with Bespoke Motors/ lamborghini Long Island even more! Rude. Wouldnt let me past front door without an appointment. I have been to many high end auto dealers and they are never so unwelcoming. In would never buy anything from this dealer.

I’ve never met more rude and unprofessional staff. I called several times to be able bring my 7yr old son to see some of the cars. Their answer was “we don’t provide that type of service our cars are very expensive”. On several occasions I was flat out told no I can not visit the show room for that but they also wouldn’t make an appt. for us to visit the show room. Absolutely disgusted!

Dam I went to a Ferrari dealer which I was able to walk right in and a sales guy came right up joked with me and I sat with for about 45 minutes talking about my first time buying this type of car. Then we ran around sitting in some of the nicest cars my Rear has ever been in. BUT!! I wanted to check out a lambo dealer. I was rudely met at the front door and asked to leave the property. Now Id like to say that I went there right out of work which means in a $1000 suit and in a $90k escalade. Now I see how lambo treats people and I went straight back to Ferrari. I knew I was going back but being treated like a thief made me a Ferrari guy for life.
