As always, staff was knowledgeable and assortment was great. Actually seeing products and being able to experience them makes a difference. We ended up with a really good deal on a laptop
I went here to purchase a new phone. Immediately, I felt unwelcome. I was forced to wait outside for 10 minutes because they were only letting 2 people in the store at once. It was 40 degrees outside. I understand social distancing but that is silly. Once inside I was told that I could buy a phone but if I wanted my data and contacts transferred I’d have to make an appointment a different day. That is ridiculous. What good is a new phone (used for business) without data and contracts. The second gentleman was also unhelpful and unwlecome. I felt that I was an inconvenience to them. They do not represent the brand well. I went to Best Buy instead and they were wonderful. Go there instead
Upgrading our phones after more than 5 years. We needed a guide to walk us through all the updates in hardware and software. We had a terrific sales associate, Kathleen, who gave us a great deal on phones and tablets. Very different experience from the last time we visited fir new phones. Two thumbs up.
Anthony was extremely helpful and provides us with all the information. We switched 4 lines from AT&T to Verizon and because of him, the process went smoothly with no issues. He went over and beyond to take care of us. He listened to all of our concerns and explained everything in detail to ensure that we understood everything in terms of billing and all the charges. Once we received the phones, I went back to him to help me with putting the screen protector. He was kind and generous enough to put them on all 4 phones. Our experience with him was wonderful!!! Thank you Anthony for all your help and your kindness. We truly appreciate it.
I went inside to get information about switching to Verizon, the door greeter told me it would be a little bit of time, that there was one other person ahead of me. Ok np. (There were employees standing around doing nothing.) Then a very nice gentleman came over to help me & and the door greeter told him that someone else was to take care of me & told me to continue to wait. At the same time an elderly man with a cane came in for help & the door greeter told him it would be a half hour wait... I just ended up leaving. Please dont bother waiting your time...

Verizon North Broadway Hicksville. Excellent experience! Short line to enter the store, protective plexiglass in place, staff wearing mask properly and hand sanitizer available. The associate’s name was Anthony. He was very polite, helpful and most of all patient. We have used this store for many years. It has always been a good experience. Today was clearly outstanding. I was a customer of AT and T and was in the process of upgrading my four phones. I went to the AT and T location on Broadway in Jericho and the employees there were not very helpful as the y told me to call 611 to resolve an issue that was originally created by the advice of an At and t employee. I was not willing to wait hours on the phone so I decided to switch carriers. I went across the street to Verizon and was greeted the business rep Ali. This was an amazing expierence as Ali transferred all my accounts to Verizon and provided me with an upgraded phone at no additional charge. Ali was extremely professional and as a result he gained my business. The At and t employees need extensive training in customer service.
Rude staff, poor customer service
Chris needs to go get another job. Sounded miserable being at work. No clue what he is doing. UNHELPFUL. No communication between customer svc and the store. One says order is placed and the other is saying order cancelled. Get your act together CHris and Verizon.
Customer (in-store) representatives were great and very accommodating, but the representative on the phone had no clue what she was talking about, was finally transferred to somebody else and he took care of everything in 15min that the other one couldnt do for a good hour and a half. The store was also very clean.
Awesome experience with this store. I came in because the phones I ordered online were having trouble with activation. The associate that help me was Joe. He was super nice and patient and after trying a few things unsuccessfully. He called up Verizon customer service and them two together was able to get my account fully activated and ready to go. I just started as a Verizon customer and this was a great experience to start with. Thank you!!!
I have to be Honest I am Giving The Store a 2 Star Review . Yes The Sales Person was Helpful . However I found out Out Later that there was a 50.00 Restocking Fee If I were to Return The Phone . Next I was not told that there was also a Deductible for the Insurance on the phone . I was told It would be covered if lost or stolen but no Deductible was Mentioned .I also found Out That Target Offered the same service and The sale Phone for 100.00 Less . We Did not go Over the plan in Detail . I came Home with a Box and a Receipt of a 143.00 . Many of the Reviews I am reading are one star . As a Retired Account Executive From Verizon It would have been nice to have a copy of paperwork explaining the cost of the case, Plan, Insurance, Restocking Fee and Cover For The Phone . I found out these Things after The fact and as a Customer I can not refer this Store as Opposed to Target who explained everything to me and offered the Same phone for 100.00 Less Due to a Promotion
The Verizon store in Hicksville on 107 was outstanding everybody there was courteous and helpful breath of fresh air
Service is pretty on point. My only issue was one their personnel didnt take responsibility for messing up the installation on my very expensive screen protector. He tried blaming it on small screen imperfections. Meanwhile, I took it to the best buy in Dix Hills and it was flawlessly installed. Besides that, the store is clean and organized.
Honestly, one of the worst stores I’ve been to, management has no concern of customer satisfaction. Like many other reviews have stated, commission is all that matters to these guys. I walked In and was given a “ i dont Care call customer service” when exchanging phones instead of buying one. They’re happy to sell not happy to help. Not giving this store a 1$ more of my money.
Very patient saleswoman answered more of my service and technical questions, and Then some more that she envisioned might be helpful. Bright and articulate. Friendly and polite. Didnt try to upsell. That was appreciated.

The representatives in that location are looking to get your business by telling you what you want to hear and then charge you for services and fees that they never mention to you until you you receive a bill. Then all of a sudden, they don’t want to talk to you anymore. I have been spending the last month and a half trying to resolve an issue with Anthony Price at the Jericho location. I have sent at least a dozen emails as well as left voicemail and texts to him with no success. He even provided me in writing he would be refunding me fees and has not followed through. Be prepared to be insulted and talked down to by this unprofessional individual.
After having a bad experience at the store in Garden City, I went to the store in Jericho and they went out of their way to help. My tech was Joe and he was kind and patient. I am grateful to them for answering my questions and helping me with my new phone.

Waited an HOUR for something that was done in two seconds. The store Manger was walking around. He knew all I needed was a simple change to my Verizon account, because I told him what I needed as soon as I walked in. Instead of helping me then and there he assured me I’d be assisted within 20 Minutes and even suggests I leave and come back later. This guy walked around doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and I mean literally NOTHING. An hour goes by, he walks to the back, walks up to me and changes what I needed changed in less than two minutes and dismissed me. He seemed to be nice until he realized I’m lgbtq. It’s 2019, go figure.

Worst experience ever! I go in to buy a new screen protector for my galaxy S10+ and Ifind it myself but than no employees could be bothered to ring me up because I wasnt buying a new phone and I was a waste of their precious time. Even though I bought my Galaxy S10+ at this store last month and only needed a new screen protector because their associate did a 2nd rate job putting it on to begin with. I will never give any of business to this location ever again and neither should anybody else. I went a few miles up the road to the Verizon store in Oyster Bay and was greeted immediately and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. The Oyster Bay Verizon store is the best there is. I waited close to a half hour just to try and buy a screen protector but they obviously dont care about repeat business at this Hicksville location. Worst customer service experience ever! I will be calling Verizon corporate offices next to file a formal complaint and just let them know that the Hicksville Verizon store employees do not care about there customers whatsoever.

Yeah sad to say this is probably the worst Verizon store I’ve been to everybody’s kind of clueless helpless when it comes to problem-solving things. I’ve came in here numerous times never left a review. But someone from corporate needs to come in and teach customer service because the store needs help.
Verizon’s the type of company that really enjoys taking advantage of customers through deceiving practices. The posters on the window promoting their 4 lines for $160 sounds great until you receive your bill. The people at this store didn’t even tell me that I had to sign up for auto pay using a bank account for the promotional price. My first bill came out to about $344 instead of $160. The reoccurring bills will be about $224 each month after. I switched from cricket which has the same coverage as AT&T and was paying $100 flat per month for 4 lines and unlimited everything. Looks like I’ll be switching back

Bought a phone charger in June had a one year warranty just replaced for free.Write the purchase date on the box so if you want it replaced under warranty makes it much faster transaction.
Awful customer service. After they would not help me I asked the “manager” if he wants me to go to another Verizon store. He said he doesn’t care. If you actually want help getting a phone, don’t come here.Multiple other customers were arguing with employees while I was there.

I was a verizon customer from 1992 until earlier this year when I switched to T Mobile.I asked Verizon to please match T mobile military and veterans pricing. The difference was $60.00 per month. I spoke to more than five people and no one could do anything.The reason I was at their store is the man travelling with me his phone stopped working.

Was not able to upgrade my phone because the account is in my husbands name. I have had this account for over 15 years and this is the first time they would not let me upgrade without my husbands approval. If I could have given them zero stars I would have.
