Needed to update phones AT&T sales associate Laura was quite helpful and very informative it was nice to see she knew the merchandise. Our experience at the Melville store was less than satisfactory. Jericho AT&T is the best! Thanks Laura.

AT&T store customer service at 350 N Broadway, Jericho was totally a disaster. A guy named Amit needed training on basic ethics of customer CARE. I am thinking of canceling my corporate account. I will never go back there.

This is by far my favorite at&t store. I always have a pleasurable experience when I enter. Ebony is really knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable asking questions. I also recently met Al who was very kind and helpful. They really make me feel at ease at this location and I’ve referred at least 5 friends since my first experience. This store and their great customer service is probably the only reason I still hve at&t. I wish all the at&t stores were more like this one. Clearly they have great leadership and they all seem to love their jobs. Thank you for being awesome y’all!

The manager, Tallat, and the other Customer service was great. Other stores told me I wouldn’t be able to tradein my iPhone in-store after preordering the new one online, but this store was able to do it. This store also answers their phone very quickly when compared to other stores.

Store was very good in the past. I have been going to this store for last 10 years and was very satisfied.My experience totally changed today when i went. Sales associate is giving attitude and not responding to my queries at all. My family and I just visited the at&t store in Hicksville. Ebony was amazing! She was seriously patient, attentive and thoroughly explained everything. We asked a ton of questions and she was kind and considerate answering all of them. I highly recommend going to see her if you are looking to upgrade, want to change plans or have any phone questions. Very knowledgeable. The manager Jason was there as well and he was excellent as well!

This type of employees should be the standard for AT&T workplaces, they listen to the needs of the customers, most of all to my complaints about my bad experience with the other stores of AT&T who only care about getting their commissions on the products they sold. Ebony was great! She sat with me for hours to help me with my phone. I’m not familiar with new technology but she was patient and I love coming to this store.

I went into the at&t to get a prepaid plan for my tablet, the worker over there assisting me said as long as my tablet is unlocked it should work fine. After spending $71 for a 10GB data plan they come to find out at&t wouldnt work with my tablet and said it wasn’t refundable. To top it all off i went and called at&t customer service and they said retail stores always try to do anything to make a quick buck call your bank and file a dispute. I am mindblown

Came here to add a new line to my account. The moment i came in Jason greeted me and attended to me right away. He got everything i needed done in a matter of minutes and was very helpful! Very friendly service and left me leaving the store with a smile!!

This store is AMAZING!!!!! I came in with an issue on my tablet and the manager Jason and new rep Fernando were extremely helpful. Took their time with me and I was able to add data service to my tablet so I can have access outside the house. It was definitely a great experience! They deserve a raise!

Customer service sent me to the corporate store. My brand new phone was overheating. Manager refused to help with anything. Told me I have to go to a different location. Thank you.Very rude. I will never step foot in that location. Claims she did not have codes. Bs. Didnt want to be bothered.

Had a very good experience at this AT&T location. Was greeted immediately upon entering the store and helped right away. I brought in my car phone charger that was not working correctly that I had previously purchased from AT&T. The lady checked the charger and saw that it wasnt working correctly. Without hesitation she grabbed the same charger off the shelf and handed it to me. No charge. I left very happy.

Laura and Justin are so helpful. I really appreciate their help. T-Mobile Network was terrible in my area. So, wanted to switch to AT&T. Been to other AT&T stores and they messed up something and they didn’t tell me what was the problem. But, Justin and Laura fixed the issue really quick and they both are very knowledgeable. Went in to get a new SIM card for a phone I bought online. Walked out in less than 15 minutes with my new phone up and running and it didnt cost a thing. The staff was nice and the place was clean. No complaints.

Ebony and Jason helped me get a new phone and were two very nice young people to deal w they made my Experience at the AT&T store very very pleasurable being a little older and not that tech savvy Ebony showed me a lot of new tricks and she was very very polite and very very informative and got me the very very best deal so I am grateful to have been able to have her❤️

I have had multiple bad experiences here that echo the sentiments of others with 1 star ratings. To keep it short, do not bother going to this store. There is a blatant lack of customer service and the Agents are poor representatives of AT&T. This store is walking distance from my home and I happily drive 15 mins to another site. Trust me when I say, do not waste your time. Any 5 star ratings are likely employees from the store attempting to improve their score.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!The staff appears to be knowledgeable and helpful. Justin, in particular, took hours and hours to do a simple task over the phone. Justin, without my permission changed my plan for a more expensive one. Every month my bill became higher and higher. I was promised my bill would be 165. 4 minths later my bill has increased to 236! Every bill I received Justin promised it was the main office who made the mistakes and thst I would be credited. To find out all credit requests made by Justin were rejected. Now my bill is 568.00! This location should be closed!

Came in to switch SIM card from worn out phone to a newer one. Sat and waited for 10 minutes while salesperson Randy walked past us twice claiming he didnt see us and helped other people before I had to get his attention away from his own phone to help us. Then he rudely asked how much I paid for the refurbished phone I brought in, smugly claimed I overpaid for it when I could have just fixed the cracked screen on the old one for much less (never mind that the old phone has technical issues that simply getting a new screen wouldnt help; he was too busy being high and mighty), and then had to audacity to accuse me of having a stolen phone. All I wanted to do was switch SIM cards, not be ridiculed, cross-examined, and vilified.

The staff is great and very helpful, especially Adam and the manager.

I am trying to call and when I finally thought I was getting through they hung up. I called back, now just get a recording to check my AT&T app. That is why I am calling it seems to be out of service. I keep getting a SORRY message. My bill is higher than I was told it would be! I would say the whole experience with AT&T and this store is NOT GOOD!!!!!!!!!!

Sales members cleared up all questions, not rushy at all and patiently waited for my decision.

I had the unfortunate experience of going to this store due to Samsungs recent recall on the Note 7. I arrived at the store at their opening time on a Saturday morning. When I walked in I was greeted by an associate, I immediately told him Im here to exchange my Note 7 out for a different phone. He asked me why, which I thought was a bit interesting. I then told him that I received a text from AT&T advising me to return / exchange my phone due to the Note 7 recall. He first acted like he had no idea what I was talking about, but then suddenly realized there was a company wide e-mail sent that morning. Anyhow, he then tells me that he wont be able to do this right now because the manager is not in. I told him that I use this phone for work only, therefore due to current circumstances from Samsung and due to my situation I need this phone exchanged out immediately. He said, well, you can try any other AT&T corporate store, I bet you there managers are not in yet either, so you WILL have to wait. I came back out to my car, did some homework on my Note 7 (lol, funny how that works...), and ended up going to the Woodbury AT&T store where they took care of my situation immediately like professionals. So yeah, AT&T guy and Manager, good job. Might be a good idea to show up on time next time when their is a worldwide recall on a phone that you have sold to people and your the Manager of that store.

My entire experience has been horrendous. The customer service rep lied about everything to get us to sign up and then when we did she left the company. Nobody wants to help fix the fraud that she perpetrated as an agent of AT&T. Should have never left Verizon.
