Left oil and grease stains all over my interior of my vehicle and they got super frustrated when I pointed out the mess they had made! My mom went to point out the grease points and he told her and I quote Back OffIt was the most terrible, unprofessional experience. They were rude and extremely unprofessional. If you care about your cars interior and nice condition dont go here.

Sorry, not impressed! I called to see if they could look at my car since the AC quit working yesterday. I was told they don’t have any appointments until the 28th, 2 weeks away. I said I don’t think I want to wait to get my AC fixed since the temps are going to be in the high 99’s and 100’s the next few days. The lady rudely hung up on me without even saying goodbye. I called another place in town and he was very friendly and helped me figure out what was going on, then got me right in and got my AC working!

They got my truck in quick, and were very upfront and honest about repairs needed and costs. Good people and affordable prices. Ill definitely be using them in the future

Its my first long- distance road trip alone. Im on my way to Utah for my moms funeral, and when I stop in Jerome to get gas, my engine is smoking! Fabulous! I dont know a thing about car engines, Im not familiar with this town, I have no idea if Im about to be taken in by some shifty car repairman. In a word, I felt scared!So imagine my relief and delight when my car was towed to Fred Kenyon Repair. My dog and I were welcomed into the shop, assured that they would solve the problem as quickly as possible, to get us back on our journey, and treated so kindly. They are completely thorough and honest. My smoking engine turned out to be just something that had been spilled on the outside of the engine! I was very fairly charged and every promise and assurance were kept.Without hesitation, I would absolutely recommend Fred Kenyon Repair!!

Fred was super awesome with getting my moms van in and getting it fixed for her. She was having a starter problem and he checked everything else out for her and found out she had very bad leaks and he felt it would not be safe to take it back home in that condition being she lives so far away. He got her all fixed and went above and beyond to make sure her van was safe and her air and window was fixed as well. Thank you Fred for taking care of my mom and making sure she has a safe trip back home! Highly recommend Fred for all your auto repair needs. I have also had my truck in there as well and he has taken care of me every time!

I haven’t even taken my vehicle to him for anything yet. Many of my friends recommend him. I wanted to get a quite from him about replacing a mount for the rear sway bar for my 97 Geo Metro. I like to work on my vehicles myself, but this job would require welding, which would require equipment and experience that I don’t have. I sent a picture to Fred. He examined the picture and recommended that I just remove the rear sway bar. He explained to me that for normal driving, it isn’t even active and that I probably would even notice it gone. Thanks Fred for being an honest mechanic and putting my mind to rest. I am definitely recommending my friends to you and will use your services for jobs beyond my expertise.

This is a great place! Fred and his staff always treat me with kindness and respect. Fred is up front with me as to what he thinks the problem is. Sometimes he’s wrong, but I appreciate that he is honest at gives me his best guess. Twice he has driven my vehicle around (two separate occasions) to get an idea of what’s wrong before I scheduled a repair (this is what I’m referring to as him guessing- he can’t know exactly what’s wrong until he gets in there). His best guess at least gives me an idea of what cost I’m looking at so I can get it fixed ASAP, or if it can wait for me to save up for the repair. I hope this review expresses how much I respect Fred and his staff and hopefully new customers feel the same way!

Fred has worked on our Jeep Cherokee twice now, replaced water pump, and trouble shot a problem with our charging system! Both problems were resolved winthin a 24 hour time frame!His pricing was very reasonable! And everything is working GREAT!

Well I see all but good reviews but in my case I had my van with trouble shooting they said they were 3 bad sensors replaced them charge me 800 bucks, but same problem still going.... won’t be going back ever personally

Theyve done lots of repair on my pickup truck but today the crazy wind caught my door on my car and ripped it open and it bent the quarter panel so the door would barley open. It was 4:50 pm and they closed in 10min, Fred came right out and fixed it so my door would at least open. He wouldnt expect any money, pretty cool of him🤘
