Two supposedly nickel-free and hypoallergenic 14k gold earrings and I reacted to both of them.

I did 2 ear piercings. It was great experience. The piercer was really good and friendly. I wanted to get piercing for long ago but I was scared to get. Now I got it and it didnt hurt much. They used gun to pierced my ear. And gave me cleanser spray for cleaning. I just hope I dont get infection and heal in months or a year. Piercing pagoda is good place to buy jewelries and for piercings. I do recommend this place. 👍👍👍

Had really bad experience staff doesn’t seem to be well trained or experienced.had my LO pierced and got unequal piercing location(right side up and left down)and this is something u cant just erase or undo and she is too small to do it again.MY LO will have this defect her whole life,everyday i look at her I regret and just feel really bad for her thinking if i could change it.and staff was rude when I tried to divert my LG so she doesn’t cry staff asked me to back off.

They were great with my 3 young children. They pierced the youngest and helped replace the others earrings. They were amazing!!!

My 7 years old just pierced her ears and didn’t shed a tear. Kelly was super friendly and made it such an easy process. My friends that had their kids ears pierced at pediatricians didn’t have a good experience as we did. Not to mention that they need still correction and one even had an infection. So highly recommend this place.

We went there for ear piercing for our baby. The employee working there was completely uninterested in serving us. She didnt even bother to hear or answer any questions we had.

I had gotten my piercing done at pagoda today and had a very bad experience. The customer service was disgusting and rude. They pierced in the wrong earrings into my ear and did not except that they did so. I had to get them removed and pierced all over again.The location of the earrings themselves aren’t even. You can tell by looking at it that one of them is higher than the other. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Please get your ear pierced from real professionals.
