I cannot say enough great things about this store and its staff. From the moment I first walked in I could tell something was different. It is very clean, they have a coffee station, there are pens and other helpful items by the copy machines. You are always greeted with a friendly, respectful and professional attitude. The staff not only are super nice and very helpful but they will go out of their way to find the answer for you if they don’t know. And they are very efficient. I have never had to wait in line longer than a few minutes even when there were several people ahead - because when they see a backlog of customers they call for assistance from other staff. This store is an excellent example of how customer service and pride in what you do makes a huge impact. All retail stores not just in the UPS chain but retailers everywhere should take heed and learn from this store’s example.

Currently on travel for work in the NJ/NY area and happen to need to ship roughly 15 oversized boxes i bought from Home Depot. The ladies who work at this store were beyond helpful. I had to make roughly 8 trips back & forth to retrieve all my packages i was sending. Which they allowed me to store them until i was ready to process them for shipment. Went above and beyond to help find the best price and shipping needs. The franchise owner / manager was there as well, and was not shy to help with the weird demand i had. Its wonderful to see a black queen owning thriving franchise and i highly recommend her store to everyone in this area.

Excellent service! The staff at this location is warm, professional and very helpful! Finding parking in the lot was also a breeze as I had some large packages to ship today. I will definitely be returning to this location soon for my shipping needs!

The staff is very rude with my husband.. he dont know how to use computer,and i send an email on ups official id.. to just get 1 page of print.before they was getting print out and giving him and charging for print.now they just ignore him and tell him to be on computer and get print by his self.as i said he dnt know how to use computer ..system charge him $4 just for nothing, he couldnt get his print and he come back without print, there was no many people or busy time,even 1 lady was totally free.they didnt help my husband to get just 1 page print out.. disgusting service.. they dnt even deserve 1 star if they dont know customer service. They should help people who need them.

The recently opened Ups Store locates at 321 Rte. 440 addresses a plethora of services to local residents and businesses. The store provides shipping, packaging, mailing, printing,faxing and copies as well. Also if you’re in need of a mailbox as an individual or a business you can purchase one at the store and they have great deals when you purchase a mailbox. They also have a well informed professional staff!!! They even serve coffee and donuts!!! Parking is also available. I highly recommend the Ups Store at Rte. 440. Check it I’m sure you’ll be very pleased with the service!!!

Cannot say enough good things about this location! Parking is perfect and the printing is ideal for last minute print jobs we need done asap! Staff really goes above and beyond, superb customer service and super friendly. This location has made our jobs here so much easier! So glad its now open!

Great service, the staff is always fast and courteous. Whenever I try to find a UPS Store parking is always a problem except at this location. Its in a shopping plaza so there is plenty of parking.

Funny to find such petty Pauls on here with such slanderous remarks. Ive had the pleasure of meeting the manager of this new store and she is pleasant, well informed and very polite. Great location, parking always available and the coffee and free donuts always helps. Highly recommend.

Amazing Team!! Every time I go to this store I look forward to how friendly and helpful the ladies are to me! I send items down south frequently to my family and Jackie is always waiting with a smile. Nada is always there to make sure my packages are nice and neat. On my recent visit I met Nicole and she was also so professional and very polite. I remember a time when it was a nightmare going into places to have things shipped. Its great to know that theres a friendly team near!! Ill definitely let all of my friends know about this location!

This UPS Store is extremely convenient as it located just off a major roadway, Route 440. It is clean, bright and the personnel are welcoming and helpful. It has a massive amount of FREE parking which get 5 stars alone.

I live in Hoboken NJ & I am always traveling between Jersey City and Hoboken for work. I tried this UPS store for shipping & the service was good (like most UPS franchises). BUT working at this location is an associate who has always been rude to me at the UPS Store in Hoboken, she literally gave me an attitude & demanded I leave the store one day because I didnt fully understand the concept of a return to sender. UPS franchise Owners should communicate with each other to make sure associates like these are not being rehired.
