I called on a Thursday and set up a small job on a hood I needed painted. Steve the owner sound interested and told me to call on Friday and to stop in to see the paint sample. I called on Friday, Steve told me not to come in because he didn’t have the paint sample done. He also mentioned he would call on Monday. Monday came and I didn’t hear from him so I called. His daughter answered the phone, and told me Steve wasn’t in and still did not have the paint sample. The only problem with what his daughter was telling me was Steve was in the background talking to her. A true waste of 6 days of my time. One last concern... when I called Steve to tell him I’ve taken my business elsewhere, he immediately texted me a paint sample. Is he playing games?? To late... to slow... and dishonest.

Theyre also honest. Unlike the crooks at bigger businesses, they wont lie to you.They tell you exactly whats wrong, and how much itll cost to fix. They dont tack any extra hidden fees onto your bill.And most importantly, they care about doing a good job. When you get your car back, you wont even be able to tell you ever had anything wrong with your car.
