Service was terrible!! Worst experience ever!! Paid for work that wasnt done! Parts that werent put in!! Took my car 4 times in less than a 2 week period!! Had 3 different Mechanics!! Shop closed without informing me with my car there!! My car was unlocked when I was finally able to recover it and because they failed to secure my vechical on their property personal items were stolen from my car!! Unreal worst experience EVER!! Unable to speak to the management!!

Horrible customer service!!! Was told to come in by 8 when they open and the worker said he’ll take care of me as soon as I get there. I get there 5 min before they open and the guy told me wait until he sets up shop. I waited for 45 minutes in my car while he goes and talks on the phone to a friend while I’m just sitting here waiting. I won’t be coming back here. Very unprofessional of him.

They took my money,lied about parts and work they wasnt supposed to do and charged me for it. I rate them 5 zeros

BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR CATALYTIC CONVERTERS HEREThey forced me to change the catalytic converters in my car and didnt need them, they did it only because of the material that the original catalytic converters have inside.(i didnt knew about the cats. I went inn because my gaskets was leaking oil but they never fixed that) They overcharged me for the job and told me to leave 50 in cash to reduce taxes and fees

I live down the street and have always had my car fixed there. Since the owner changed this Manager has tried to over charge my elderly mother for work o. Her car. He claims certain jobs take over 4-5 hrs when you look at the labor for that to be done it takes 2-3 hours. He is a crook and dishonest. When I tell you I spend my money with Business that are owned by POC I do. But I will find a more reputable and ethical business to deal with. Beware of his overpriced tactics!!!!!

They made my repair, a gasket replacement. Which is fine but charged me the cost of a whole exhaust system. So I would advise all women and guys that dont know pricing to beware. I should have questioned the price when they quoted me 80.00 to put in a head light bulb that I had purchased already. Never going back. They also lost 4 other gear heads that frequent this business. They are still laughing at Amerimex taking advantage of me. Oh well we live and learn. Not a reputable business.

Best exhaust shop Ive ever been to! Estephanie at the desk is wonderful and the guys are great in the shop they do fast clean professional work! Had over 8 feet of pipe done from motor to muffler in 20 minutes..good work for a good price!

I was in this shop yesterday for a tire repair after discount tire left my tire in pieces .. Everybody here is very nice . .. I would Definatly go there again .. They verify the work with you before they do. It .. And explain everything Very nice people .. Thank you again for all of your help on a late Saturday afternoon .

We dropped our car off because it is down the street, NOT EVEN A MILE AWAY. We have taken our cars here all the time because if we need to walk home after dropping our car off it’s doable. We have 6 cars and took all of them there for repairs. They always treated us well, however after last nights events we will never be bringing any one of our cars here. What happened was as I was pulling out of my driveway I heard a long clunk, I got out and looked and saw my leaning to the side. I took the SUV over the bridge to have it looked at, it was 5:20pm I was told by the woman at the front that it would be 20 minutes (this is important) and I would receive a call to let me know what was wrong because they were ONLY INSPECTING the vehicle to tell me what was wrong and give me a quote to repair. When my wife got home she took me back over the bridge it was now 6:10 no phone call had come in so we wanted to know what was going on with my suv. It was closed, my suv was locked inside and no one was there. I had not received a call, I checked and nothing. I woke up today and went to see what happened, I walked in and both the receptionist and the repair man were standing at the front counter, nose buried in their phone, I said what’s going on with the truck? The receptionist said back “what truck?” I said “the one over there on the lift? The big suv?” Pointing to our expedition, she still has not looked up from her phone for more then 20 seconds and the gentle man chimes in with “oh I haven’t had a chance to look at it yet, I’m going to” I said “ok well we were told yesterday when we dropped it off it would be 20 mins” he said “oh yea I had other cars then I pulled it in” I said that’s not the problem the problem is that when I dropped it off I was told it would take 20 minutes to be looked at, and I showed up here last night after 40 minutes and NO ONE was here and MY CAR WAS LOCKED INSIDE, and NO ONE CALLED ME to ask if we needed our vehicle back, no one called to let us know it wouldn’t be looked at until tomorrow no one called for anything they just locked my vehicle inside and left” he said “oh I’ll go look at it” I said “great” now mind you they were both still nose deep in their phones. So approximately 9 minutes later I get a phone call saying it’s the front struts, no apology no nothing which I assumed it was the struts anyway. So my wife and I went to go pick up our car, and we walk in, the receptionist is staring at her phone, we stand there she said nothing, wouldn’t even look up after about 45 seconds she finally said and only said “he’s pulling it out now” we said great she still did not look up from her phone, we walked outside and I went to the truck that’s now backed out the mechanic said Nothing to me, got out of my truck and just walked back inside and closed the garage. I have NEVER in my 34 years of life seen such a poor excuse for customer service, I get people make mistakes but an apology for a screw up goes a long way. I will never bring any of my cars here again and I suggest if you want your car back when promised you bring your car else where as well!

They had my work van for over a week and hadn’t even started working on it yet. I had to call numerous times most calls went unanswered. When I did get an answer I was told they would call back but they never did. They are unqualified to work on cars they don’t know what’s wrong with my van. Also the quality of parts they use are cheaply made. They use cheap parts and charge you top dollar. I would not recommend.

This location told my daughter she needed a brand new engine 22 to $2,500 would be the cost we took it to another mechanic and all she needed was some spark plugs and oil change they added a brake job and a few other touch-ups her total bill was $350 these are not trustworthy people

Had my exhaust system replaced quickly and at a fair price. The workers are very reasonable and make sure to run through their repair plan and pricing before performing work on your vehicle.

This place is the absolute worst! They took a part off my engine! or stole it, if you will and never replaced it after I called and called and was very patient when they said they’ll get me one “soon”. They deserve this bad review, I’m sorry. Do not go here! Very unprofessional! This has wasted a lot of gas for me it’s been a good 4 months, I dont get why you would do this to a customer. Now I have to order my own part. They also hung up on me when I called today, which is the last time I try getting that part...They are thieves! Now I know that women truly do get taken advantage of at these places!...aqui roban amigos cuidado!

Went on a saturday and walked right in no wait. they fixed my exhaust (replaced a roughly 1 foot section w/ a new peice and 2 welds) and I was out & done within 20 mins. Cost $50 bucks. Not terrible. Good fast service. Thank you

I went in a couple days ago, because I was having brake issues. Good prices and the staff was very friendly.

Worst place ever I took my car for alignment and they didnt even do it when they told me it was done they just left my car outside the shop with the keys in it and there was no one around when I showed up. I wouldnt recommend this place
