Would definitely recommend. I woke up w a flat and called on my way to work… they fixed the issue and did other work I needed done while they had my car. Quick for me in a pinch/last minute and Alan, probably the office manager, was great w keeping in touch w me and getting my approval before doing anything. I really appreciate these guys! And whenever they did. They back it up w a warranty which is definitely comforting.

So, I hit a pothole getting off the Richards street exit from Interstate 80 west in Joliet. I immediately knew my right front tire on myBMW 540 was trashed. The sensors went off also.I knew Tire Tracks was on North Chicago in downtown Joliet. I limped my car to their location and went in. I spoke with Alan and he looked at the tire as did his assistant. They confirmed that the tire was unfixable. Alan called the warehouse and found the correct tire for my car. He even went and picked it up!!One hour later my car was road tested by Tire Tracks and ready to go. All sensors were reset.Tire Tracks, Alan and the other people at Tire tracks were great. Personable, professional, knowledgeable and their prices for the tire and installation were reasonable. I’m very grateful toAlan and his co workers for what they did.Five Stars!!!

I love this shop! Allen has been great every time I’ve needed something simple like an oil change or emergency repair to my front end after a famous I-80 pothole. They also saved me from a $900+ repair from a Nissan dealership after I’d already paid them $465.

If I could give this place zero star, I would. This company is terrible. They are liars and scammers. This place was supposed to fix issues on my car but failed to do so. At the time of me going there, I paid them the money for their service, which was almost $800. Before I made it a block away, I noticed that I was still experiencing the same problem, so I took my car back up there. They held my car for another 2 days and then told me there was nothing wrong and all the problems were fixed.When I finally got my car back, my car was in the exact same condition. I took my car to another shop and they fixed my problem. Long story short I was scammed out of almost $800 and they did not do what they were supposed to do.

Great people working here. All the shops i called in the area didn’t want do the job because my tires “are too wide” but this guys did it for a reasonable price. I was in and out in like 90min.I definitely recommend this guys and definitely will go back if I need anything else with my Jeep.

Alan and his staff were so awesome! Got recommended from a co-worker and I will never look back. Needed a routine oil change and noticed I had low tire pressure. I made an appointment, they changed my oil and sealed the leak and I was out in 45 minutes. Very economical too. Definitely will be back!

I love coming here for my oil change. Alain is always so helpful and most importantly honest. I never have to wait long hours for my oil change and the prices are extremely fair. I always come here instead of the car dealer ship, where the wait is always 2+ hours and the customer service is horrible.

I just went in to get an oil change but Alan was very helpful and went above and beyond checking any other car fluids, my tire pressure, and my car battery! All for a great deal!!Highly recommend!!!!

I’ve switched over to Tire Tracks within the last year. It’s been such a breath of fresh air. Getting an appointment is easy and having your car seen at the actual appointment time is great too. Decent repair work done but the prices keep going up. All the long time employees are gone and now some of the services that were free arent free anymore. Im starting to hear that they will tell you that you need something knowing that you really dont just to make money.

Took my brand new car here today. I had a screw poking out of my rear passenger tire. Suffice to say I wasnt happy about the state of the car I havent even made my first payment on. I got my car in in under 5 minutes.. I came back at lunch to be told the screw didnt pierce the tire, no charge.Quick honest and courteous. I will be back!
