Ive done business with this store for years and I have always gotten excellent service, friendly and honest. The store is well stocked and clean. On this last trip technician, Jasmine helped me select and set up a brand new phone. Which I am very happy with. As well sold me a case and even threw in a glass screen protector to boot! Nice. There was also another tek on hand that answered some questions i had. ( i dont recall his name) If youre looking for a phone check these guys out youll be happy with the products and the service. By the way i took the review photos with my new device.

Had to come back several times to pick up phones we had previously paid for. Then, they sold us the wrong screen protectors that fell off the same day. We were told we could return them if we were not satisfied but the manager refused to do so. Sad, considering we spent over $1000. Definitely will not be giving this location any future business!!

They will charge you processing fees unlike other stores/paying online yet the fee changes based on who is there. Finally learned my lesson after visiting another store and learning the truth. The customer service is spotty at best and I am kinda glad I officially have a reason to not go there.
