I went here to buy an unlocked phone. They said they couldnt sell me just a phone. They said i had to buy a plan with the phone. Its an unlocked phone... I went down the street to best buy and purchased the phone i wanted. I set it up with my provider myself in 30 minutes.Nothing against the staff other than they are not trained well.

Lady manager at T-mobile has no customer service respect had problem there today. Understanding they have a newbie there maybe they need to stay by there peeps who are still training instead of letting them mess peoples orders up. This T-mobile is the one outside of Joliet mall by Bed Bath and Beyond. They need more training on service attitude and better respect for customers.

I was in line with my daughter and saw the rude attitude from the customer service lady who snap at the an elderly women and her son. The gentleman was explaining calmly that how could they contact 611 when they have AT&t so rude. She stated to the man Im talking to the account holder. Im never stopping off at this rude place again.

This might possibly be the worst Tmobile store in existence. Save yourself the heartache and go to a corporate Tmobile or better yet find a different carrier. This store is a 3rd party resale store and can do absolutely nothing to help you with the exception of getting you new service. Since Ive got my phone I have had nothing but horrible luck getting anything resolved at this location. On top of the above mentioned, I was stuck in a lease without my knowledge by some teenage salesperson so their commission was higher. Even corporate could not get me out of the lease I was stuck in. Needless to say I cannot wait till I am no longer be a customer at Tmobile. Bad cell service and even worse customer service. They advertise they are the best priced carrier out there. Not saving a dime with Tmobile and have had the worst experiences. Would give them zero stars but Google wont let me!!

Jose was Amazing very helpful very knowledgeable, He did an amazing job explaining to me the about the phones I was interested in. His patience with me was amazing as it was my second time coming back to the store, with be Undecided but I’m happy that I’ve made the switch to T-Mobile!

This location went against the notes on my account, for an exchange of an IPhone for $5, based on my apple pay, and warranty. They immediately asked for $149.00, in case if water damage. They argued with their own customer service department, by saying their a 3rd party. No customer service skills!Despite your efforts of denial, hes holding a new Iphone, my account is credited $99.00, & customer service credited my account and another branch did the exchange without frustration. Goidbye!

So far so good. In and out in 10 min. New device, great plan options, and theyre not discriminatory in this particular location. Ask 4 Daylin.

This place added insurance i didnt want a double charged my account for case and protective glass. Had to file claim with my bank and contacted T mobile about this location. Manager here also very unhelpful.

Very rude customer service. Was told by the teen lady to contact 611 when our accounts were ported over to AT&T and how could we contact them. She the was very rude to my son who just asked that question very unprofessional and getto. Thats why we switched to AT&T.

Had a phone shipped there even though the tracking number said they received my $700 phone they said they didnt and tmobile had to order me a replacement! and the had horrible attitudes about the whole situation if I could give these thieves 0 stars I would

Needed my screen protector replaced, they did it but it was a very bleh experience. The guy didnt really look like he cared at all, he didnt use the proper technique to apply it, didnt try to remove the lint he left on the screen, very poor application but the service was speedy.

If i could give this location ZERO STARS i would. The customer service at that store is horrible. Employees were extremely rude and Im dissatisfied with the service i was NOT totally helped with. I wil be contacting customer service and someone higher up about their general manager
