One of my favorite stores for sneakers and athletic items, clothing

Great staff. All kinds of new foot gear! Pricey, but worth it! Shoes are quality. They also have clothing name brand. Awesome. Clean. Not crowded. They follow precautions. Maintain social distancing! Great job Footlocker!

Thought spending $150 dollars on shoes I could get a little longer life on them, I was wrong 6 months tops. Ill stick with $30 dollar pairs at shoe carnival

Didnt buy anything but the employees were all great. We were asked by 3 different people if they could help with anything in less than five minutes. Great customer service.

Footlocker is one of the staple shoe stores so its a good place to get a pair of shoes. Im a sneakerhead so I look for the stuff hard to get nowadays. I havent been able to find very many restock at Footlocker as I do in their sister stores and others. Which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The employees were all great and ready to help so its nothing to do with anything like that. Just the fact that they havent been getting restocks like the others. In case, you didnt know, Footaction and Champs are sister stores to Footlocker. Ive been seeing some retro restocks at those sister stores more than Footlocker. Anyway, thats pretty much it. Definitely recommend Footlocker as a store to put in your frequent visit list. You never know what good find you MIGHT find. Honestly, thats the same with the others as well, you MIGHT find a good score. I just have been having more luck at the others lately. Thats all I have for now.

I think it could be a great store but thease people dont answer the phone you call and they dont answer i like to phone first to ask about a certain product i called from the time they open and nobody answer NOT GOOD BUSINESS

Was looking for shoes for my niece and there really wasnt a huge selection. Tis the season! Their selection had some ugly shoes on the shelves. I also feel like their womens section should have more quantity, just seems like the selection is way less than the mens.

Love the store just dislike how hard getting retros are now a days

I would give a 0 if I could...In regards to Michael Jordan Funko Pop that customers were suppose to be able to buy when the store opened 5/22 at 10 AM.I get to the Joliet, IL store before it opens at 10 AM, when the store opens... Im told you presold all of them at 8 AM to people who work in the mall??? You sold EVERYTHING before the store even opened? Your company is a POS.Not happy at all.

Foot locker in Louis joliet mall manager by the name of Bell is a very rude person to deal with went in to buy a pair of Jordan in white for $120 they didnt have in stock and they wanted to sell us the display we asked for a discount and she refused in a very rude manner, we went across to finish line and found the same pair in stock for $90..
