6/27/21 came in late close to 7 pm and the sales associate, G, had been real good to me. Whenever I shopped there in the past, in fact, a vast majority of the other sales associates who rung me up have been real cool and chill as well, they did a great job with customer service because they know it very well. I dont know nor ever remember a time when any of them had ever been the least bit moody. Theyre always good to me. Of course Im always gonna keep on coming back from time to time in the future from shopping for me to buying gifts for loved ones. Lovin it.

Well all I can say is I love going to Hot Rags. Very nice clothes and other collectibles from the older days and new . I think the young adults would like it here and older. Theres guys and gals clothes. Check it out you may like it .

Horrible experience EVER. My husband was buying two items and the so called “manager” was awfully RUDE. She was ringing someone up and we were waiting in line to pay and she reached over the lady and peaked her head saying “as manager I refuse to sell to you”. We didn’t say a word to her. Also never got the chance to show our ID’s. The guy that helped us out was very helpful he should have the position of a manager. Unlike the girl that had a horrible attitude. If she was having a bad day don’t ever take it out on your customers that is so ridiculous. I will never step in that store AGAIN until she’s fired because her being manager is so unprofessional.

Employees were awesome and very helpful. I bought a bee septum piercing today with my friend. They helped us find it and really were the sweetest. They were really chill people and I plan on coming back for more things in the future!!

Called ahead of time on 1-3-20 @2:09pm. Asked do you guys sell any band patches lady replied what band? i responded any band i just want to know if you guys have band patches She then stated no we dont carry any band patches.I later went in at 8pm and sure enough a whole case full of band patches. spent about 30$ workers were helpful once i arrived however if i didnt check for myself i would have been SOL.

This place is the the best place ever has the best clothes and the manager Alex is a delight and very friendly and its always worth going in because there is always something new to buy and Im sure youll love coming in and looking around and you will leave with something nice an unique and cool.

You should hire people who know what they’re talking about and what you guys have in store. Trent is clueless when it comes to tobacco products and sold us a one hitter as a blunt/joint tip without letting us take it out the packaging. And told us after the fact that sales are final. Called back and he said “oh well”.

I love this place and the employees. The ONLY thing to improve on is: professionalism. You should not be chatting someone up when someone else is ready to go. I dont mind you all chatting but its rude to make someone wait for you to continue a conversation with a friend.

Cool shirts and such, closest thing to a hippie store in the mall since they closed earthbound, happy to have them overall.

Awesome selection of items for sale, theyre always changing it up and adding more things which makes the place look cool too. The staff there is also pretty nice and chill, depends on who it is.

Kind staff, except the manager Alex. Very rude & not helpful, waited for help for 10 minutes because she was talking to a customer... who must have been a friend due to her ignorance. She has a very Im better then you attitude and makes it well known. The store also sells overpriced juniors & womens clothing, items that cost $25 can be ordered online for half the price, and convinience after taking a trip here. Try Rocky Mudds in Joliet if youre looking for a similar store.
