Best appliance store I have been in. I was greeted as soon as I opened the door, salesman immediately asked me if he could be of help and exactly what I was looking for. When I told him a refrigerator along with my space limitations, he worked with me on every available option available, helped me measure to make sure everything that I looked at would fit, made recommendations on what he thought would work best and even looked online for specs and reviews along with answering every question I had. I had his 200% attention/help and I was more than happy to spend the money on what would be a perfect solution for my needs as far as a new refrigerator.I definitely will be shopping here again whenever I am in need of any kind of major appliance.

We are so pleased with the professional and friendly service. Metro had many options to choose from in stock of the brands in our dishwashers search. At Metro we found the dishwasher with the features needed at a good price. Delivery in very few days.

By far one of the worst places I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with. Yes they were a few hundred dollars cheaper than the big box stores, but they cant deliver what they sell.Every time we ask about our appliances, they gave given misinformation. When they were supposed to be delivered they put out stuff on the delivery truck and took it to another customer. Nevermind that they have had out money for approximately 2.5 months.I I could give a 0 star I would.

Have purchased from Metro more than once, working with Matt Davis. He provides competitive, (& better,) pricing as well as good customer service. We recommend him & Metro to anyone looking for new appliances.

I talked to Jenn Air on two different occasions and your store never contacted them about the oven. Everyone i have talked to at your store says something different. Sounds like you need have a meeting so you can get your lies at least on the same page.

This place is great. Went in for a couple clearance items but ended up buying new because their prices were awesome and they had what I needed in stock. Took it all home the same day. Thanks Matt H.

Awesome service and great prices!

I was in search of a stand up freezer, I guess everybody is storing their toilet paper in freezers during this pandemic cus I couldn’t find one. So I put Matt D. on it and he came through. He was thorough and ensured I got exactly what I needed and wanted. Working with Matt was like having kin in the business, and I would encourage using him or any of the Metro guys for whatever you need.

Greatly disappointed! Bought three appliances! Dish washer went out in the first two years! Icemaker in refrigerator repaired three times, now setting in garage. Bought new refrigerator 14 months ago and now has been out for three weeks! Wont be back!

Best appliance store ever

I’ve made two purchases from Metro and both times Ashley McDaniel has been phenomenal. My first purchase was a grill and accessories for outdoor kitchen. Ashley gave me ideas and suggestions on what all I’d need to make my outdoor kitchen perfect. A week ago, I purchased all new appliances, again Ashley made the purchase extremely easy. I gave her an idea of what I was wanting, and a few days later she had everything picked out and ready to go!

I recently purchased a new dishwasher from Metro and the overall experience was great! It was installed the next day. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable. The sales rep, Ashley McDaniel was a pleasure to work with and made the virtual shopping experience from Memphis very easy.

My parents had their refrigerator go out on Sunday evening. By Monday afternoon I had found a local solution but the desired model in black would it not be delivered until Thursday.I emailed Metro in Jonesboro AR on the desired brands, color, and size, as well as in stock only. Tuesday early afternoon I had a reply - 5 in stock and $300 less expensive. I drove down after work as Tuesday-Thursday Metro there open until 7pm.Arrived at 6:30pm, painless pickup, extended warranty even goes from years 6-10 on parts. Installed 25 ft3 myself - no hidden damage - perfect 👌.Thanks Metro!

We chose Metro Appliances because of their excellent customer service. Recently, we needed a specific type of air conditioner on short notice, but Metro did not have it. However, Ashley spent extra time working with us over the phone to figure out what exactly we needed, even though she knew that we would have to purchase it at a different store and not from them. Semi upscale pricing in appliances. They offer a variety of brands, not too pushy sales personnel. They do have dents and scratches as well, semi new.

We purchased and had installed new Electrolux washer and dryer. I love them.....and have done more than 40 loads of laundry!!!!! I would recommend the sales department AND the delivery personnel to everyone.

I purchased a GE washer top load modelGTW220ACKWW on January 8, 2019. Im 70 & I wanted a simple to operate washer. This washer is not very simple . Im having problems with the water level. Ive read the operating instructions. If i got sick & someone else would have to use this washer they would not understand how to use it.

I’d like to explain how Metro Appliances, and Mr. Johnson, took a bad experience and turned it into an amazing customer satisfied experience!! After finding out the original cooktop we ordered was on backorder, Mr. Johnson offered an upgraded cooktop at no extra cost, and delivered it to our house in Millington. Metro Appliances, and Mr. Johnson, know how to take care of business and are devoted to customer service and customer satisfaction!!!! I’ve told a coworker, who is also building a new house, all about them. Also their prices are outstanding, even my builder couldn’t get prices as good as theirs. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Sold me $50,000 worth of Viking, Sub Zero, Scotsman, and DCS appliance. Wont fix defective double oven well within parts & labor warranty. Says they cant service it. Stay away. No service after the sale. About to file lawsuit.
