The in store item locator in the app did not seem to be working for this location. So, I asked the only person that I could find up front the location of an item. She had no idea and was looking at the aisle labels that she could see from where she stood. I had already done that. She stopped to address an alarm on a register and I just left to continue looking on my own. I finally found someone in the back of the store that knew.

Workers were really nice. They helped me find the exact part I needed to fix my sink, and suggested alternatives if this doesnt fix it. Was really happy with this visit!

Prices are soaring up for home maintenance but home depot is about as reasonable as anywhere else. I was pleased with avoid selection to fit all my needs

Ordered a dishwasher on 7/10/21, gave them my credit card, was given a paper showing the delivery date if 7/20/21. Supposed to receive email day before to schedule delivery. No email, no tracking # ! But my account listing of item showed order completed! So 7/20/21 I called Jonesboro Ar store only to find out that the order was never placed and was cancelled!! After I was in that store for hour and half to get it ordered!! With a broke ankle! And told it would be delivered in 7/20/21! They could not explain what happened!!

Good prices in some items, is always better compare online against other store and then you will get the best price, most of the time I can pay without lines

I had lost my best friend of 12 years (my husky Sasha)that morning and went in to purchase live flowers to make a flower bed on her grave. There was this sweet older lady(employee) that ask me if I was ok because all I could was cry my heart was breaking finally I muttered a no and told her why I was there. She was the sweetest person she helped me at self check out and spoke to me so very kindly she made a most unbearable situation in my life seem a little better. As long as I live i will NEVER forget that lady she was my angel that showed me so much kindness!!!!

Sometimes we forget about this place because we live across town. However, the people are friendly and helpful. The store was very clean, organized, and even a nice place for a stroll.

Was fast and easy.. Already knew what I was getting ... Checked the price of a spray rig compared to others at the local stores.. Didnt ask if they price matched. Theres wad higher then the one we found.. We did get 5 gallons of sealer for a deck. Soap and water clean up.

I was told over the phone due to a disability that someone would help me get an air unit from my car. Upon arrival Cody asked if he could help. I explained to him and he told me to go to aisle 10 and get a cart. I was taken a back telling me to get my own cart. Well I did and as I was coming out into the front aisle again a young man named CD asked if he could help me. I told him what transpired with Cody and his reply was his grandfather always taught him to help people. Cody needs to learn from him. And something gave me the impression Cody was in a supervisory position. I tried to tip CD but was informed it was against policy. Thats ridiculous if someone provides above and beyond service we should be able to show our appreciation in the form of a tip if we deem appropriate. This is the. The return cashier wasnt exactly pleasant either. I will go to a different location from now on. Very inconvenient for me!

Rented a tractor, used it for less than an hour when it started leaking oil. Called HD reported the problem and took it back we exchanged it and of course was charged a deposit for something that was their problem and they knew off and let us drive of the parking lot. I understand policy but this was ridiculous.

The worst example of a home depot that I have seen in my life. I served for 21 years and visited home depots all over the nation and this one really needs attention. Whomever is the manager needs to be replaced.

People in lumber need better training. I asked for plywood And they showed me paneling. I also asked for regular studs and they took me to treated 4 by fours... LOL at this point I was so frustrated I just left and went to Lowes

Rented the 24in. trencher which worked fine but if you think you need a 24in. trench just spend a little more and rent the 36in one because if its muddy or rocks you will work your but off and tool rental employees need some training on what does what and how things work

Curbside pickup is just terrible dont do it. I have done Curbside pickup 4 times now ( because Im 9 months pregnant and cannot carry the items I needed alone ) each time I have called customer service to let them know I was here and checked in on the app. Still I have waited at least an hour for someone to bring me my items. Its ridiculous.

Had just what I needed!

Home Depot used to be my favorite place to shop for almost anything. They seem to have lost their drive to help the customer. Rather thank trying to find answers they push you off on someone else and that is not good customer service. Not my favorite place anymore.

They couldnt help me with the air and heat window unit I drove a hr there to get i called before I went and the lady told they had alot of them and I get there and there is none and they basically said o well

Took too long for an associate to get to their department, asked a question and all they could say was I dont know... you never tell a customer that, you tell them you will find out. You could tell they obviously didnt want to be at work, I suggest finding someone motivated and not inept at customer service. By the way, I was planning on buying a central ac unit for my house... would have been a good sale. I am now leaving your parking lot and going to Lowes.

As a contractor,lately the depot has went downhill.still on covid staff.good luck with customer service,because the staff is bare bones.all stock is up high on the racks.and best of luck talking to someone on phone.my last call,I was on hold 34 minutes. Hire some help!

Yesterday I was waiting for about 17 min to ask for assistance on loading on some soil and this gentlemen goes by the name CD came and help me load 20 bags of soil after helping someone else load something in there trunk very fine young man.

What happened to being able to easily find what you need? I had to ask three different people in order to find a simple plastic bucket with a lid. The first told me to check the paint department as they nodded and walked away, the second told me the general direction of the paint department, and the third told me the aisle the buckets were on. The website didnt even bother telling me that much, just kept suggesting buckets that werent in stock at the store. I guess since I wasnt buying a major appliance that I didnt rate any actual service. Such a shame.

The had what we needed in stock. The website needs to specify if the item is in stock at that store and where to find the item. All in all a good trip.
