Took my truck up to them to get a dent taken out of the back tailgate tail light area that was keeping my truck from opening the tailgate since I didnt care about the how it looked, just the functionality of the tailgate he popped out the dent with his tool. We I asked how much he said not to worry about it, just come back if I ever decide to make it look brand new. Whole thing took less than 20 min. Good dude, definitely coming back if I ever need body work

Collision Repair is the best body shop in Northeast Arkansas!!! I unfortunately found myself wrecking my brand new vehicle 2 hours after driving it off the lot (deer). I got multiple quotes from shops in the area. Collision repair told me they would treat it like they would their own, and they lived up to that statement every step of the way!! They went above and beyond to make sure the work was top notch, that I was informed, and that everything went smoothly. I will recommend them to anyone who asks and if I ever find myself needing body work again, I will only need one quote because I know exactly where I will go. Excellent all around!!!

For those that do not have the time to read my entire post, I will just say that I received the BEST possible quality and customer service that could have possibly been given. Often in todays society, customer satisfaction does not seem to be of much concern. Personally, customer service is the most important thing I look at when I choose to due business with an establishment. I am the kind of person that will calmly explain why I am upset and if a company chooses not to make it right, I will simply take my business elsewhere and never do business there again. This was not an issue with Collision Repair. I was taken care of from the first phone call I made.Adam and his team at Collision repair far exceeded my expectations. I have an F-150 that was damaged in the tornado and I was extremely skeptical that my truck would be repaired in a way that I would not be able to tell where the repairs were made. Only a portion of my truck needed to be painted and I was nervous that the paint would not match or would not look right in some way. They simply nailed it. My truck looks exactly the way it did before it was damaged and I could not be happier with it. They worked their magic and did something I did not imagine possible. I am 100% satisfied with how my truck turned out and highly recommend their work.I am satisfied with the quality of my truck and I am sure there are many places that could provide the same quality when it comes to repairing a vehicle. Had to get my vehicle fixed after my car was hit in a parking lot. I was able to get an appointment after the estimate within a week, the had a rental available and were able to work with my schedule. The worked on my vehicle Wednesday and by Thursday before close my car had a new bumper and was FULLY DETAILED! It looked amazing. Everyone there was super professional and courteous. Loved my experience there and definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done!

I did not know a business like this existed but thank God they do. I was involved in an accident where my vehicle was not able to be driven away. My co-workers suggested Collison Repair and I was a bit nervous about the cost and what I would experience.  When I made the call they put me at ease and had a tow truck to my location in minutes. I rode with the driver to the location where they had a rental vehicle waiting for me. I was in and out in just a matter of seconds. They were able to assess my vehicle quickly. They worked with my Insurance and I didnt have to do a thing but look for a new vehicle. They called me every step of the way to ensure that all my questions were answered. I cant brag enough on Collision Repair. Ronny is always so responsive to any questions or needs I have on repairs. They got my daughters car in so fast & fixed perfectly. I was also able to get a rental car while it was in there. I loved that I didnt have to go somewhere else to do that. One stop!

UPDATE: Don’t bother coming here. I needed my car to get checked out and they took advantage of me and having insurance. I was told it would take awhile for them to “check” my vehicle inside and out but used that excuse to charge my insurance that storage fee only to tell me that they didn’t bother checking what’s wrong with the car internally. They lied and used what I told them of how the car was running against when in reality if they knew and checked it, it was running fine. I had a great first impression but they really took the dam cake this second time I came. I know the pandemic is bad but you have no right to be taking advantage of people that just needed their car fixed and checked out. Lesson learned, don’t leave your car so they can check it. Make time and don’t let a shady businesses like this take advantage of you!Took a bit to get my repair finalized but above all they were amazing and treated me great. Would definitely recommend!

They did a wonderful job of fixing the repair, despite the fact the insurance check didn’t come in right away they took care of it almost immediately by calling the provider. The repair was excellent and a small cosmetic issue involving decals was avoided by waiving the co-pay.Unfortunately during the light detailing of the inside of the car (which was otherwise a nice touch and appreciated) there were several scratches on the inside of the tint on the drivers side that were not there beforehand, presumably from someone bending over and trying to reach over the steering wheel column (I would assume it was a utility belt or something, I have a friend in the car detailing business and small stuff happens, just part of the game) and I never knew how hard it was to take a picture of scratches tint until I attempted to (it was in broad daylight, maybe a night shot would’ve worked better)I would love it if they could attempt and fix that for me, the collision in question was ruled a liability of the other so my cars condition went from great to wrecked back to great but missing a stripe and scratches tint.5 star service other than that small thing, I prefer to have it prior to collision condition, plus my insurance company dropped like $2,000+ on it.Fixing it would be worth +2 stars easily to me if it’s worth it to them, hey you guys did pretty outstanding otherwise.

Absolutely awful. They over charge for anything and everything. They LOVE doing insurance work so they can tack on charges for stuff you dont need. When you need them to do work that isnt covered by insurance, they still want to dollar you to death with ridiculous charges. They didnt even fix my car and charged me $500. After they took it apart, they said the rear body panel would need to be replaced, something they hadnt counted on. I TOLD them when they did the estimate that I could tell from being under the car that this body panel was crushed.They refused to finish the work after charging me $500 if I wouldnt let them over charge me for parts and paint I didnt need.Ronnie Dulgar, the Body Shop Manager, has the worst customer service Ive ever seen. He literally walks away from you when youre speaking to him if youre not saying what he wants to hear.I would avoid at all cost in the future.

My 2016 F150 recently got keyed and I took it to Collision Repair to get the damage taken care of. I was told that the repair would take 4 days and that I needed to drop it off on Monday. I had some things come up and wasnt able to drop it off until Tuesday afternoon, but that wasnt an issue. My truck was still finished the following Friday morning. When I went to pick my truck up I inspected the damaged area before I went inside to pay my bill and grab my keys. After paying I went outside to get my truck and immediately noticed a chip and a gouge in one of my trucks fender flairs. Im not normally one to complain, but this truck is almost brand new and this was something Ive never noticed before. Given the situation I was honestly expecting the worst. I figured that they would either deny that they had caused the damage or even if they took responsibility I was going to have to make another insurance claim and leave my truck for with them for several more days. I went back inside to inform the receptionist and she promptly contacted the manager and told me that he would be right with me. It wasnt long before the shop manager, Ronnie Dulgar greeted me and joined me outside to inspect my truck. Once he saw the damage he immediately agreed that he didnt remember it being there prior either. He grabbed the technician that did the work on my truck and he agreed as well. He wasnt sure how it got there, but he didnt remember seeing it prior to doing the work either. I used to work in a shop myself and know how easy it is to get a door ding or have something bump into a car when working in such tight quarters. After Ronnie and his technician inspected it, the tech popped my fender flair off and kept it over the weekend to repair it and repaint it. All at no cost to me or my insurance. Ronnie and his technician did an excellent job on the initial repair and were quick to own up to the subsequent damage as well as repair it. This is my first time getting any sort of body work done, but the quality of work and integrity of the employees at Collision Repair are second to none. I highly recommend you see them for any of your auto body needs.

Two wrecks:First, they did an excellent job fixing my jeep.Second, they did an ok job fixing my car. The three issues with the car are:1) the hood wasnt lined up correctly (an easy fix and they took care of it immediately)2) they didnt realize the rearend was bent (bigger deal and they did replace it after being pointed out - just not a good thing because they didnt catch it initially)3) it still pulls to the right severely instead of driving in a straight line as it did prior to the wreck (again, I know things arent going to be the same, its just disappointing)Hope this helps,~Ryan
