Such an amazing business with the most professional Manager and staff I have seen EVER. It was very refreshing. They mounted my 37s for more then half of what RIP OFF Gateway Tires was going to charge and advised me I would get free rotations, patches and roadside. They are the Chick Fila of tires! The manager came out to my truck and looked over everything to find out all the details personally and everyone in there was very professional. I will be a lifetime customer and no one else will ever get my business. I also observed them fix a few walk-ins with flat tires for free as long as they had a safe tire to fix that they were able to make repairs to. This must be the last tire shop in the world that cares about customer service and professionalism. I was in and out in an hour and even able to work while waiting with an accommodating counter top with plug ins for my work iPad. Ordered my rims a week ago..i received emails confirming my appointment etc. Arrived at my appointment before the time. Just to find out my rims have been on Nation wide back order..but the funds have already been taken out of my account. Why in the world would I give Discount Tire a franchise any good publicity! Thank u really this just makes me want to shop local at any cost!

My wife had a flat while shopping late Saturday afternoon. I was able to get enough air in the tire to make it to their store about 20 minutes before closing. The front desk representative was very professional & polite. He assured me they would get me taken care of. Upon inspection of the tire he & I discussed the remaining tread life of my current tires & agreed that a new set would be my best option. The shop guys had four new tires on & ready to go in just over 30 minutes. They were very thorough in explaining what they had done along with their follow up services & warranties. My first experience with Discount Tire - Jonesboro was a very good one.

Now, to be honest, it does say Discount Tire so I guess you get what you pay for. I went to get “quieter” tires for my Lincoln MKX. I bought some cheaper tires a couple of years ago and again… you get what you pay for! Candidly, I only changed out the two front tires to test the road noise issue and the tires they put on the car were great and there is a real difference in terms of road noise. My issue was service. I specifically asked to check the rear driver tire because I felt that there may be a slow leak. The response I got was “ I just aired them up to 35 so I dont think there is a leak.” Less than a month later, my tire light came on and the rear tire pressure had dropped to 27. Very disappointed.

I was grabbing some fast food one night when I ran into Mason, a Discount Tire employee. I was needing to get the tires on my Cadillac rotated and balance but wanted to take it to a place that was willing to clean the insides of the rims (yes I am particular about my car). Mason made a quick call to his manager, Ty, who conveyed to him it would be no problem.A few days later I brought my vehicle up, they performed the service as well as kept their word about cleaning the rims, and then was shocked when they told me there would be no charge. I knew right then i was dealing with a company I wanted to do business with and give my hard-earned dollars to when it was time to get new tires.That day was today. My wife and I brought both of our vehicles and we were able to get hers done today and mine will be tomorrow. This is the Chik-Fil-A of tire shops in Jonesboro! The entire staff is courteous and professional, their prices are more than fair and include lifetime rotation and balance, which is something many other places charge extra for. They offered us several choices in selection based on our needs, driving style, and preferred price point.Everyone should be going to Discount Tire in Jonesboro!

My son was on his way to his duty station in Paragould when he got a blowout on the highway. Normally this wouldnt be that big of a deal but turns out his lugs were stripped. We arranged to have it towed to the discount tire in Jonesboro and his Sgt. had him picked up since he was due to get on a plane with his unit. These guys took care of his car and got everything fixed right but also since he was going to be gone for 30 days and we are five hours away, they stored his car for him and even pulled it in the shop over nights. This was going far far above what we could have asked for and we are exceptionally grateful!

Had purchased my tires online because you dont have a location in Southeast Missouri. I travel to Jonesboro to have tires installed. As I was parking, the manager met me in the parking lot asking if I was his 10:00 appointment. He got me in promptly and had the tires changed ASAP! We had a nail in our tire on the Saturday morning after Christmas and we went to 5 places that were all either closed or couldnt help us before we got to Discount Tire. When we got there, they were clearly a busy shop BUT they were kind, courteous, and so helpful to two people who were very frustrated before they got there (my husband and I). Another great experience with Discount Tire. My car was showing up a low air pressure light. Went to them, they checked my tire and found a nail. They not only did a free inspection, they also fixed the tire for free. 5 star is not just for the free repair they did, but also for the excellent customer service this place has. Im a Manager at a restaurant and know very well how much customer service is important to have a guest come back to you. They have turned me into a lifelong customer. Im glad that we still have people like them who work with passion and excel in the work they do.

When I called the place to get tires they only had one. They said they ordered 3 more. When I called back they said they only had 3 and the other never came on the truck. I told them when I called the first time I had a trip to make and I wanted to tires before I left. They assured me they would have them. When I called back to check they didnt know where the tire was. A guy named Art said he would get them from Memphis and have them on the next day. He called first thing the next morning and got me set up to get my tires. When I pulled up he saw me and started grabbing my tires. When I walked in nobody said hey how are you sorry about the trouble or nothing.. When I asked about the tire light on my car, they said they seen it.. Didnt ask me if I wanted it changed out or anything. I got better tires for the same price the cheaper ones were but the service was not A+.

I usually don’t leave a review for places that are well reviewed, however, after hearing some entitled woman threaten to leave a bad review if her tires weren’t replaced this instant on her Hyundai I decided to leave one. Ordered a set of tires from a guy named Logan and was supposed to be put on business truck and never recieved them. If you cant get the tires dont tell the customer you can and will have them the next day cause now i have to make a 14hr. trip with no new tires. Thats bad business.

They have a big sign outside their location that says WE WILL NOT BE UNDERSOLD. Hmmm, I beg to differ. I called to price some tires. I’ve called a few places including Walmart as well. Walmart can do me 2 tires for $107 and they quoted me $175 like that was really a discount!!! Are you kidding me?? The guy was super nice don’t get me wrong but if you are making claims like you won’t be undersold, I think you should stick to that. He even had the nerve to try and up-sale me!!! I just told you the lowest price I heard and you preceded to try to sell me even more expensive tires!! Seems like they are salesmen first. Wont be calling or using them in the future.
