I needed a tire quickly. Plaza was closest. Everybody was friendly, keep me informed throughout the process. Needed struts they can’t get today so they are even giving me ride back home. Thrilled with the service!Will use again.

I was visiting family and desperately needed an oil change. I called and was told they could get me in and to go ahead and bring my car in for an oil change, that it was a good time to do so. An hour and a half later the car was still in the same spot as I had parked it in. It had apparently been forgotten. I got a pseudo-apology and was told it was going back right then. After two hours and almost $100, by far the most Ive ever spent on an oil change, I finally had my oil change and could head back home. It was definitely not how I planned to spend my entire Saturday morning. The positive, I guess, is the front end guy was friendly enough.

The two men at the counter were v er y good at their jobs. I was offered hot coffee after business was handled.. The waiting area was clean, chairs were comfortable and most important to me. No was loud music. I was anxious abou, ha ndling this mans job but all went well. Even was given easy directions from store. Keep in mind this is from a 79 year old female. Will use Plaza again. Thank u

Came in today because every other alignment company had been booked or worker was out. They got me in very quickly I took dinner and by the time I was walking back from the restaurant I saw my car was backing out and turning just as it should. Upon inspection they even noticed my tires were wore. They advised caution for my long upcoming trip and advised me to get new tires once I stated I couldn’t they were prompt not to bother me about the purchase again but my safety! I greatly recommend this store to anyone!

I was just traveling through town from New Mexico and needed tires. The entire staff was professional and knowledgeable. They were a hard working staff and didn’t care about getting their hands dirty at any level. Fast and efficient. Wish we had this type of service in New Mexico.

Today, I was in a bad place. I had a family emergency and needed an alignment in the worst way. Nobody in town could help or would take the time to even look at the car..until I called Josh at Plaza. He took the time to hear me when I was in need, to access what could be done and to take care of the problem for the customer immediately. Great service. Everyone up there is always nice. They got my truck fixed up in just a few hours and gave me time to come pick it up even though I didnt get there til a few minutes after they closed. Some places will just lock the doors and say sorry. These guys are good people.

They do shotty work, and make people wait long. I remeber I came in one tume for slight mechanical work on my car, and it took them over 3 hours to finish. But people coming in after me, they got their vehicles done in less than an hour! If u coming here be prepared to wait a long time.

Service sucks, well service not done at all. I was sold tires that apparently aren’t any good and warranty that’s not any good. Commitments not kept. I have bought 3 sets of tires this past year. You will not get my business anymore. I will also post and discourage all my family and friends to use some one else. You took advantage of me and it will not happen again.

Installed tire pressure sensors in a timely manner but didn’t turn off the warning light on the dash. Said their tool to do it was stolen and would be next week before they could complete the work.I went through the manual method at home and cleared the light.Disappointed they didn’t tell me before leaving the store.

Got new tires mounted an balanced an needed an alignment so of course they mounted an balanced the new tires but the alignment part they said lower ball joints was out. So it’s a drive but in corning Ar there’s a little mechanic shop called Jim’s tire and auto they got it in done the alignment with no problem. Ball joints was not out plaza tire is no place to take a vehicle. I will not be taking anymore vehicles back there.

The prices are great! I only came in for an oil change, but my tire pressure light was on even though my tires were pretty good. When I got my car back, the tire pressure light was off so they either turned it off or refilled my tires-either way it was much appreciated! Reason for 4 stars was because every time I go in there even for something as simple as an oil change it takes 1.5-2hrs when I’ve been to other places that take no longer than 10 minutes.

They assured me that my rear end was ok and fixed a sensor on my truck so I could pull my camper home to Missouri. Had a issue with alignment after it was done, hollered at them and they told me come on back. I dont like rework especially when I have to give up more of what little time I have BUT they owned up and got everything lined back up. Despite the frustration of having to go back I really cant complain. Everyone I dealt with personally was very polite and professional about their work, both times. Ill continue to use them for alignments in the future, heck the best of us have off days.

Took car here. They told us it was going to be 45-1hour. Came back after an hour and they told me it was going to be 30-40minutes more that other people were infront of me. And no one was working on the car when we came up. They should have said that before hand. People have work and things to do. Be accurate when you quote a time. And do a good job.

Normally I would say five stars. I went in to get a slow leak tire fixed and after waiting two hours it was ready. But unfortunately I will be bringing it back next week because now it’s pulling hard to the right, which it was a tire on the right side that had to be fixed. This is aggravating.

Bought four tires from Plaza Tire on Nettleton In Jonesboro at the end of May last year. Took 3-4 hours. Also bought the tire protection plan. They told me all flats fixed free. Whe. I did have a flat I called on three different days and always was told there would be 5-7 cars ahead of me. Now I have a knot on one of those tires that is not a year old. Made an appointment yesterday for 9am today. Went in and was told it would be round two hours. Called them after about 2hra 15 min and they said just pulling it into the bay so should be 15 min. On the way back to the shop got a call from them that after me waiting this long they didn’t have a tire to match mine but would replace it with a better tire that would look the same on my car. And the pro rate was $86. Still waiting 30 minutes later. Have determined this is not a good place to do business. Appointment means nothing and obviously tire protection plan doesn’t mean much

Everything we have ever had done there has been great. We have had a transmission flush, bought new tires, and a new lift on our truck. We would recommend to anyone. They were quick and got us in whenever we called.

Told me the truth! They couldnt change the brakes immediately. If I dropped it off at 12 pm lunch it would be ready before they closed at 5:30pm. Which worked out great for me! Also, service was great. Price was competitive!!! Very pleased!

Had a knot my tire due to a nail that I didnt know about...was expecting to paybfoe a brand new tire and only got charged for an installment fee for new tire...the nail was too close to the side wall which caused the knot...everytime I have went to this location they have always been super friendly and nice...keep up the hard work yall do...its much appreciated...

They really are the quick oil change artist.and sometimes u may go in and they can be a little bit busy but they will get you right with whatever u need done for your car.
