Spend a little more and go somewhere else. Your time is worth more than the exorbitant waits times you’ll experience here. The staff’s attitude makes it clear you are not a priority, and they don’t particularly want your business. I, for one, am happy to oblige.

They made me wait for a very long time just to tell me that they were done with oil changes for the day. This was at 4 in afternoon and they dont close until 6. If youre trying to get an oil change after work I wouldnt even bother trying this place.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They did the job quickly and professionally. The prices were reasonable . The only problem I have when they gave me my tire they did not check for leaks. So I took my tire to discount tire. And they fix it for free.

I had a great experience with my Walmart auto department. No one likes waiting its a of life. There was very little wait time. Im happy with new tires. Ill go back.

Been here for 3 hours to replace ONE tire... there is over 10 employees watching, talking, drinking sodas, knowing I’m standing here with a 2 year old in the heat and they could care less... I’ve never been so disappointed in Walmart’s customer service. WOW. You’d think I was rude to the employees for them to treat anyone such way.

I have had several issues with this location and they have all been battery related . The first time I had to wait over 4 hours for a battery check and replacement . Then days later my car wouldnt start. Took the car back and they tried to tell me 1.) That I had to wait over 3 hours for them to look at the battery (I wasnt having that) 2 ) that there was no way I had just bought the battery from them because it was an old battery. Even after that experience today when I had battery issues I took it back to Walmart to have it tested they claimed the battery was good only for me to drive across the street and try to start to car and nothing. Took it to Auto Zone and you guessed it bad battery. Only gave two stars because the staff was real polite as they lied to my face with a smile.

Took my wife’s car to get an oil change today. When I went to pick it up after I waited 10 minutes to get acknowledged by an associate. No one knew if my car was finished or where my car key was. After asking multiple mechanics who knew nothing about it I decided to check the car myself. The keys were left laying in the front seat. Luckily no one decided to steal our car today. Will not be back. Unacceptable job.

I was a little bit leery about taking my truck to Walmart because I was worried about the quality of the staff, that being said,it took me 4 hours to get 4 tires and an oil change but they were top notch, very thorough they took a torque wrench to the lug nuts. I liked to see that so I wouldnt see my tire pass me on the freeway. it took a long time but they were short staffed and this was a Sunday. I still give it 5 stars because of the quality of the work that they did, well done. Highly recommended.

Always do a good job.They put a new oil pan plug because the old one started leaking oil after they changed oil. . . For no charge.

That was great service. I was on the road traveling cross country (moving cross country) had a blowout on my trailer the guys there jumped right on it to get me back on the road. That is what people that care about people do great job men.

I called and talking to someone about my misplaced hubcap. I got a flat repair done a week ago and didnt realize the hubcap wasnt on it until today. Ricky was super sweet. He gave me a set for free without any questions asked, no hesitation, and didnt make it a big issue! This is what a business should be like! Treat your customer with respect. Thank you! I am satisfied with the business.

Before today, Ive had an okay experience with the guys here. Its Walmart I understand you are going to wait for literally everything. Came in to pick up some tires, I get sent from associate to associate to associate... finally get my receipt for the tires I ordered. I leave, only to be called an hour later to say they can not put my tires on that I ordered through Walmart that are the correct size.

It was okay,could not find out about tires. The computer was down and the rep didnt act like he wanted to help judging by his attitude towards me. So, I left being uncomfortable to deal with him!!

Sometimes its hard to find someone minding the register. Or they have touch much going on. But overall not to bad!

The service guys here are 100%.... I mean they are 100% towards pleasing and quality for me... Keep up the gooood work guys...

Got a good deal on the price of tires and installed in no time

Had my oil changed here they did good but didnt reset my change oil light and didnt tell me my car was done just left me waiting for 30 mins. I went and asked what was going on and they said they were too busy and forgot to tell me it was done.

When I got to walmart they were still open and didnt even ask what I needed they just said we dont have time to do your car today

Will not let you set an appointment so be ready to wait for 3 hours.

No complaints. But they are always busy!

We took our car there for an oil change and ended up with them putting the wrong filter on, causing a serious oil leak and gasket failure, we went back up there and they had us waiting forty five minutes just to talk to someone, so we left with hopes of finding someone more capable of fixing the problem they caused, please don’t waste your time or money here, you may end up with a bigger problem.

I needed a new tire and I waited from 8am til 12 noon to get serviced.They only had 2 guys working. They were nice and I had no choice but to wait.

Expected wait time was 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours. Well past wait time and they still haven’t started on my vehicle.

Extremely slow service, and no apologies offered when they spilled a bottle of water into my cup holders and left it when they were finished.
