GO TO TKs or the one by dollar tree, they are way more professional!Even though there isn’t a mask mandate they make you wear a mask. Myself and my daughter who is a child. Walked into the store she didn’t have a mask on which children are not required to wear period. She is tall for her age but that’s beside the point. If I’m going to pay for a mask it’s not going to be a 1.19 mask. I was looking for a cute one. Anyway, they were like just quickly pick the $1.00 one. Y’all forcing people to wear masks when you are not required if you are vaccinated and then forcing people to pay for them. If you want people to still wear masks in your store. Offer them for free at the front of the store like everyone else! Always just rude in this store. Ugh

I went in to look for a wig for my mom that has cancer. I barely touched a wig and was told immediately “do not touch wig”. I asked how I was suppose to know how a wig felt if I couldn’t touch it. The Asian lady told me if I had a problem I could leave the store. She proceeded to curse me using very nasty expletives. I would NEVER purchase anything from that place after being treated so rudely. I think the Asian lady is legit crazy!

Every time I visit this store the owner has been pleasant. And her associates just as helpful. Normally if you respect people your get the same in return. But keep in mind just because youre spending money doesnt necessarily mean you get to treat people as if they should endure your nastiness. Youll find what you need, a polite staff and competitive pricing.

Me and my friend who’s African American went here and the Chinese lady was very rude to her we split up for a second and she followed my African American friend around asking her 1000 times “can i help u with something” my friend said she’s just looking around not even 5 minutes later she’s asking her again she never followed me around or asked if i needed help with anything so i can just tell that she was profiling my friend and she also threw my friend card down while she had her toddler in her hand this Chinese lady is VERY Rude to customers and doesn’t need to be in business i wish i could give it 0 stars

The lady at the register started cursing and being completely unprofessional because someone didnt have thier mask pulled over thier nose. This was as soon as the young gentleman walked in the door. My young child was standing there. She went on to rant and rave about thier investors and said shes not there to babysit and how shes tired of telling people to wear thier *bleeping* masks properly. She was extremely rude to the customer. She handled herself and the situation poorly. This could have been handled differently maybe on a more professional level instead of being confrontational. Id rather shop in peace I will not spend my money here anymore.

Wow...my experience was excellent. The sale ladies went over and beyond in helping me find the right look to fit my style and taste. They were patient and Had a large selection to choose from. Also, the owner was very nice and helpful. This is definitely my one stop shop away from home.

This lady is CRAZY! I purchased items for $25.00 left & noticed I didn’t have my cardbc she didn’t hand it back after my transaction! I came back 10mins after maybe not even that, & she told me she had cut my card up! ON A SATURDAY!!! SHE DIDNT GIVE ME TIME TO RETURN TO THE STORE BEFORE SHE DID THAT! DO NOT GO THERE! Spend your money else where!!

I go here any time I need hair product,weave,lip gloss,nails, hair accessories,lashes and the owner is very nice and respectful so if all this bad comments about this place is fake in my opinion.

I went to them with my family they asked us to leave because we are Muslims and my wife was covering her hair. When we asked them the reason that we should leave,they didn’t give us any reason.

My friend and his family went to this store yesterday and they ask him to leave with no reasons, they had a bad experience especially his youngest daughter.

I have bad experience with this store, I recommend people to avoid it.
