I had my conch pierced by Lydia and it was a wonderful experience. The shop was very clean and smelled great. Lydia was very friendly, educated, and aware of the pandemic. They have a very nice selection of jewelry, including very affordable options. I will definitely be visiting again.

Lydia did an amazing job with my lobe piercings! I came in with an idea of what I wanted, but left with something far better thanks to her suggestions. I have gotten two tattoos from here and plan to continue getting the rest from Black Arrow. Both of mine were from different artists, Shannon and Lincoln, both came out amazing and was exactly what I wanted it to be and even better. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and friendly. They’re all really nice and quick and professional. They have always made sure I was positive I liked my design before tattooing it and was very thorough with the aftercare instructions. You could even message them on Facebook to set up an appointment instead of calling which I found helpful due to phone anxiety. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I have been trying to contact someone for almost three months now. I’ve gotten a few emails back from several of the artists but nothing after several weeks. Can’t get an appointment set at all. I had to go up to the actual shop and knock on the door and they just tell me to use the website which still isn’t working to get me in contact with someone. Also my boyfriend messages one of the artists for the first time a month after I’ve been trying and she messages HIM back within a MINUTE. Very unprofessional. I got a tattoo appointment set and done at a different place before any of them even bothered to message me back.

The atmosphere is really nice and clean it doesnt even look like a tattoo shop at all. Got the other side of my nose pierced and I was so scared cause I remember how bad the first one hurt. Lydia was really nice and professional and made sure I was comfortable. The piercing didnt really hurt as bad as I thought it would even two hours after getting it pierced. Will definitely be back!!

I had my nose pierced here last night, the employees were amazing. Lydia did a great job with me, we got along well, and she helped calm me down a lot since I was kinda freaking out about having a needle shoved through my nose. It was a great experience. Black Arrow is the best place to get tattoos in North East Arkansas. Each artist is very serious about their work and consolation periods are serious and detailed. They are also very thorough with explaining how to treat your tattoo the following weeks and are even welcoming to reviewing it a few weeks later.

Went to Black Arrow today for a nose piercing and had a wonderful experience. Lydia is who did the piercing and she was super sweet and informative of everyday care for the piercing as well as answered any questions I had. I didn’t feel rushed to let her pierce it. Although there was a little wait it was super worth it! I will be back! Recommend their services!!

My daughter Autumn had an amazing tattoo done in honor of her son, Noah my only grandchild last night. Freddie did a wonderful work of art. He is wonderful.

I walked in at stood at the counter 10 min with three people behind the counter and they never looked up at me. I waited for someone to make eye contact and they never did. They weren’t with any other customer. I walked out and nobody ever said a word to me. I hear they do good work but I guess I’ll never know. I have zero tolerance for treatment like that when I’m spending my money.

If I could give this place a zero or negative stars I would. I got 3 birthdays done in roman numerals on my neck, out of the 3, ONLY 1 LINE was correct. The month, day, and year for 2 tattoos were incorrect. And common sense would say children couldnt even be born a few months apart in one year. And YES they knew I gave birth to these 3 myself. We spoke about it and about the loss of my third child.Also my husband has two words spelled incorrectly on him. The two words are touches and until. Both are mispelled so ridicuclously its like this was a joke.But we went at seperate times and a year apart.Were talked to like garbage when we showed what was messed up on us, so I dont feel bad for such a negative review when Id honestly never attack an entire business for one artists mess up, but COME ON.

I would NOT recommend Zeke (I think thats his name). Really big fuzzy guy that wears a beanie and takes a LOT of time to set up his equipment and things, which pads the price of his tattoos. He did a good job on one tattoo, even though it wasnt what I wanted but a touch up on a rune that was perfect except for the color was ruined by him and I never got the chance to talk to them about making it right because I was in a near death car wreck and had so many other problems that now its been too long to even bring it up. The shape of the rune was perfect, it just needed to be a darker red. All he had to do was color in the lines. Now, its not even red! Or shaped right. I dont even have the money to get it fixed now.

Highly recommended to anyone serious about their ink and knows how a proper shop and experience should work.
