First of all Ive never been in a real tattoo parlor and second its not a parlor at all.it was a nice relaxing atmosphere that reminded me of a Drs office/ my own living room. Very professional experience, friendly staff, until you wake him up. who makes sure of your comfort.I was really impressed with the way they made me feel.I made an appointment not knowing exactly what I wanted he asked me what I like and very quickly and professionally drew up something that was what I was looking for in a tattoo.Thanx Josh.If youre wanting a tattoo or just wanting to discuss a tattoo. also, Free touch ups for life time.the only reason Im giving 3 stars instead of the five they deserve is simple. Needs to separate personal from the business. I was certain theyd have another telephone number for the business, possibly a recording of what time they actually open and a separate line for personal use..Sorry to say thats the most unprofessional way to run a business unless youre selling used tires on the weekends.

This is an amazing place! The people here and friendly and they are understanding! You’ll never have a boring conversation while getting a tattoo and piercings are so easy thanks to the care shown before and after! Money is not an issue! I went else where and paid little bit more and got a better job!! You went back two months? I came in January! Your care instructions are trash! Just run water on it in the shower it say! When I know an open wound should be clean with more than just water! The lady that did it was nice don’t get me wrong! My piercing did not heal in 2 months like it should’ve!

My partner went to get their tongue pierced. I personally wanted to get something but was not quite sure. I gave the lady the freedom to do whatever she wanted. Money was also not an option. She acted like she could care less. I have several piercings and tattoos and just wanted to get something for the fun of it. She was very rude I did not receive anything that night there pricing online says diffrent as well then instore.

He took the time to make sure we were on track with what I wanted done and did a wonderful job perfecting my sweet baby girls footprint. I was very pleased with both of my tattoos and the great service and quality. He was very friendly and also very compassionate about the personal reason for the special tattoos. I would highly recommend him and wouldnt hesitate to go to him again for another.

O V E R P R I C E D. They can only do simple tattoos. Barely. Once again they are WAY overpriced. They wanted $50, yes $50 for a septum piercing. HA. HA. HA. And my piece of s**t tattoo I got by them I had to go to another shop to have fixed. They have 18 year olds doing piercings and just all around unprofessional. THE OWNER ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY AND HIS UGLY A$$ CAR.

Got a tattoo done by Morgan and she was very very nice and friendly! Tattoo is good too! Only reason I would give 4 instead of 5 stars is because my appointment was at 2, then got pushed back to 4, then 5, then finally 5:30 due to short staff. But they apologized to me Multiple times and even offered me a deal for the wait. I understand these types of things and it was not their fault the wait was so long! Overall I would recommend this place and Morgan for simple tattoos!

I went there in the start of October for a industrial bar piercing and the service was PHENOMENAL! They where super professional and very nice to me, I was a little scared of getting it done and the lady explain to me and walked me through it. It was not super expensive and the piercing looks great! Its definitely a piercing you have to keep up with. It’s also a very nice and comfortable place to be in all the workers seem like they have a family there and they are all so nice to one another! I will definitely will be returning for a tattoo as soon as I can! If your looking at this place to be a place to get a piercing it’s the way to go! Also, they price very cost efficient I have seen other places that cost up to 80$ for a industrial.

Got a tattoo from Dew a couple days ago and will definitely be going back. Just hated to see the comments and reviews he has gotten because from the beginning I could tell he was a nice guy and has a passion about his job. He put so much work into every detail of my tattoo and made sure I loved everything about it before and after getting it. Most tattoo artist throw you the after care and instructions and expect you to read and do on your own. NOT WITH DEW! He made sure I understood everything down to the good and bad ingredients in the stuff I should and shouldn’t use and why. Tattoos shouldn’t be slapped on and paid for and you don’t get that with Dew he is great at his job and very hard working!

I called one day and made an appointment for a consultation and the next week I had the exact art that I wanted. It took six hours but it went by fast because of the atmosphere of the shop. Everyone one was very friendly and made my time there enjoyable. And did I say that my tattoo was awesome? Exactly what I was looking for!!!

The lady, I do not recall her name, who did my ear piercing was so very good at what she did and very nice. However, I lost the ball to one of my earrings and it clearly states on the care sheet that if you lose a ball that you can come in and they will replace it for free. The man inside today, whom apparently was taking 3 hours to even get started on this one ladys tattoo (also cursed when I explained my position) tried to tell me the hole was closed already and that I would have to wait a month for it to heal and then return and he would give me a new piercing for half off instead. He barely messed with me ear to see if it was closed or not. I immediately went home and put an earring in my ear. Perfectly fine. Honestly, at this point, I will not be returning to immortal ink.EDIT:To be clear, he cursed me in the waiting room (there was nobody else besides me and the girl in the back) before he even got to my ear as soon as I walked in the door and no he did not tell me to go home and try a different sized gauge or to wait for whoever Morgan is to come in after I try the said different sized gauge he said to come back in a month once it is healed and he would give me half off without giving me a way to prove it was me again in a month, the ones I am wearing in the picture are actually bigger as well. I also find it very telling that whenever someone leaves a poor review he lies or attacks or blames the person leaving the review OR makes excuses for his behaviour. 100% will not be going back.

Dew gave me an incredibly well done tattoo of the prince logo, it barely even hurt and looks absolutely incredible, shops nice and clean and Dew charges extremely fair prices

I absolutely love both my tattoos done here! I am a bit of a baby and Morgan kept a fan on for me and was calm with me! Love my half wolf tat! They took the time to match it up with my husband! Poor Dew I know I prolly got on his nerves with my low low pain tolerance but he was so calm, he constantly tried to talk me through it and even used numbing cream to help ease it up some! It was a challenge but the tattoo he designed was so beautiful it was worth all the pain! I absolutely adore my elephant tattoo! Thank you and your shop for being so wonderful! No matter what anyone says, the shop may be chaotic at times but they do their best and make sure your happy!

Great experience with a wealth of knowledge! I went in with an “idea” of what I wanted and Dew can invaluable advise while allowing me to decide which way I wanted to take the tattoo. There was not any pressure to go a specific way. I love the amount of detail and through that shows through the tattoos. I am already planning my next one and I will definitely going back to Dew and his team. I would recommend to anyone wanting a tattoo.

I needed my ears repierced because I had them done at claires when I was 16 and they had both grown back. They got me in quickly and everyone was super friendly. Not only is a needle so much better than a piercing gun, turns out Claires gave me HORRIBLY wrong care advice for my pierced ears. I learned today! (Also my piercings are perfectly even now 🥰)

Tried to get an estimate on a tattoo, the person I was texting asked for pictures and placement. I sent multiples, to scale, with an exact description. set up an appointment, but asked roughly how much cash to bring. when I was quoted a price, I let them know it was almost double what I paid for others that were more detailed. when I said I MIGHT have to cancel the person launched into a well thats your option, but you dont know how these things work... speech. I told them Id still be willing to come in to check it out but they immediately stopped responding.got it done elsewhere. exact same pictures sent, completely different price quoted... because they took the time to look at what I wanted.these guys say theyre the only ones who price by piece not by the hour. wrong.judging by the owners űber-defensive reply to other genuine feedback, Id say shop around. pay for the piece, not the attitude.

Tried to make an appointment with this guy and he kept pushing it back. When I went in they told me it was going to be another hour or more. Anyways just all around unprofessional.Lmao dude I never said you yelled and you did come out and say you didnt have to be mean. Also you text me and said that it was going to be pushed back until 6 I said thats fine but I wouldnt do another push back . When I got there at 6 the lady told me it was going to probably be hours to which you never called to tell me it was going to be later than 6. Stop lying dude youre making yourself look bad.

My experience with Immortal Ink can only be described as phenomenal. I contacted the shop on a Saturday afternoon and Dew communicated an accurate time frame of what time I needed to be there so well that my job was started immediately after I walked in the door. Morgan was my artist and I couldnt not have been more pleased with the amazing job she did. The entire experience at Immortal Ink was top-notch across the board, very clean, and the artists were very professional yet personable at the same time. My tattoo was honoring my Grandfather who passed away a little over a year ago and means a lot to me. Im glad I chose these guys and can say without a doubt I will use them again.

Dew did a memorial piece of my beloved snake as a witch and I am so in love with it. He did everything I asked and more to make this piece so life like. The atmosphere and professionalism shocked me at first because I had contacted a number of different shops and met with either an attitude or ridiculously high price over the phone. Dew and Morgan are extremely talented artists and they will go an extra mile to make sure your piece is right by you. Dew and his crew at Immortal Ink is by far the best tattoo shop in town. He stays extremely busy but his shop is worth the wait. Dew an amazing tattoo artist. Hes done 2 cover ups for me now after 2 other tattoo shops in town did a very poor job. He is about the tattoo, not the money. He will be brutally honest with you but hey dont you want that?! I mean youre getting permanent ink! Hes open when other shops arent and willing to stay late. If you need work done, go to Dew and Immortal Ink. Best shop in town by far and around!!!

I was so nervous because this was such a personal tattoo for me. After battling cancer like a Valkyrie (my nickname during treatment) I wanted the wings but something special, so I wanted to cross the tips over like an awareness ribbon. Not the pink lapel kinds, but a giant F.U. to cancer kind. Dew was kind and thoughtful and went through nearly a dozen drafts until we got what I was picturing in my head. Zero ego, no “this is my art” kinda Thing you might encounter elsewhere. He took suggestions and corrections and constantly reminded me that “you will be wearing this forever so *I* work for you to get it right.” And he did. I’m so happy with the results I could cry. Professional and flawless work. Engaging atmosphere and we chatted the whole time. ADAMANT about walking me through aftercare rather than a push out to the door to get to the next client. I would give him 10 stars if I could, and recommend him to everyone without hesitation.

Me and my friend went in to get 2 tattoos. I told him what I wanted which was a memorial for my mom. He said Im not doing that, lets do a dove. Im not religious and a dove with wings spread is religious to me. It was not a memorial tattoo it was what he wanted not me. And my friend he was rude to as well.Dew:. We were in March 2019 before vacation. My friend wanted cheetah prints on her inner arm in purple with her daughters initials. You said you couldnt then because two people had an appt for tattoos of Bobs burgers.

Went there this past Saturday for a good amount of work on my right arm. Despite being swamped and backed up we still had a very little wait! (I have waited HOURS in other shops) I absolutely LOVE the work Morgan did! She nailed perfect line work on tiny stars and music notes. And my Inner bicep piece has drawn a lot of attention! I’ll gladly send people that way! Will definitely be back for more soon!And Dew May come off as rude, but when you deal with rude customers for the amount of time he has, you tend to become very blunt!
