Prices are kinda high, the selection was very slim at the time me & my son went. He wears a size 12-13 wide in a shoe, they barely had any to choose from. The pair he ended up getting wasnt really what he wanted or needed but he needed a pair for work really badly. The person who was working wasnt helpful at all. Sorry I had to give them a two.

Im one of those people who only buys shoes when he absolutely has to; about every 2 or 3 years. And when it comes time to buy, I tend to be extremely indecisive. I needed some new gym shoes, badly! I was greeted wonderfully as I walked in and a lovely staff member who was stocking shelves asked if I needed help. I told her what I needed and she guided me to the right section. After a while she realized my dilemma and offered to help me find the right shoes. She asked my size and proceeded to pull boxes off the shelf and made some recommendations. She even put me on to slip on shoes that I cant believe Ive been missing out on. Love not having to worry about shoe laces! My daughters bday is coming up so I bought her some boots as well and got my pair for half off thanks to their BOGO deal! Thanks Rack Room Shoes!

It was a clean facility. Neat and mostly organized. However I wear a size 8-8.5 and they didnt have many shoes in my size. Also I waited at the register for 10 minutes before someone came to assist me check out.

The employees made me feel like I was doing something wrong. They kept asking me if I needed any help to the point that I was frustrated. They would go behind me checking shoes like I was stealing or doing something that was not allowed. I will not be going back to that store location. They judged me and that was really rude because I wanted to buy some shoes but not from someone who treats people like that.

I know its probably not their fault but every single pair of Nikes in this store is ugly in the womens Department. I was not impressed at all. They look like they came out of the 1980s

Went to another shoe store first. So glad they didnt have his size because when we got to Rack Room Shoes they had his size and we got 2 pairs for just a little more then we would have paid for one pair at the other store. Buy one get one half off 😁

Very upset and frustrated! We always purchase name brand shoes for the long lasting quality. For YEARS we have always air dried our shoes if needed, or low heat in the dryer. Have NEVER had an issue with this process regardless of the brand. And have never had a label state otherwise or advising against this. This is slightly beside the point.We chose Rack Room Shoes to purchase from this year. Right after the start of this year my child got her shoes wet getting off the bus walking. And Alas always we dried as mentioned above. However this time the soles were severely deformed. You can tell the sole material is different. And it even losened the glue that was used to attach another color grip on the bottom of the shoe. This was on LOW heat.My problem is, I called and discussed this situation with a manager just a few days prior. They stated that we could come in for an exchange. I asked if I needed to come in and see anyone in particular or anything. They stated no.I went in today, it happened to be a Sr. Manager (as noted on her name tag). She listened and immediately said there was nothing they could do. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. She said I could take it up with Nike.Im frustrated as all I was looking for was an exchange on a clearly defective or low quality product. That I had already been told by their management on duty over the phone I could have. I left upset, and will not return to this store to purchase in the future.

Its a small store and not too much variety. I thought the shoes werent up to date.

Needs more selection of shoes, but they do have some good shoes and usually has buy one and get the second pair fifty percent off, that is a blessing, Thanks be to God.

I literally walk in the Jonesboro store, tried on one shoe put it back in the box, then walked down the isle to look at the clearance sale and noticed my shoe was untied. I stopped and propped my foot on a stool to tie my shoe. The lady clerk from two isles over said, Maam, maam, Dont do that! I said, What? Tie my shoe?! She said, No, put your foot up there! Well, lady it is a shoe store and people do use the stools to rest their foot on to tie shoes! I thought she was extremely rude and it was uncalled for! At least I didnt have 15 kids running around throwing merchandise and bouncing off the walls...witness this many times in this store...no one says anything about that. My shoe was clean, it was not raining, I was not standing, wiping, grinding or anything else on that stool. Moral of the story....Rudeness does not pay! I spent a lot of money yesterday...just not there!
