It was PACKED when i went. The employees may have been a little overwhelmed. Super long lines. But 2 days before school started so really i cant say whether it wasnt just the customers making messes and blocking the isles (which is what was happening) it was crazy. But on any other normal day at a low shopping time the store is generally very tidy and the employees used to be of help!

Its decent. I honestly wouldnt recommend this place if you have wide feet and are picky, like me. I spent like 30 minutes wandering trying to find any good wide shoes, and there wasnt anything from what I seen :(

Nice clean store. Everything is easy to find. Upbeat music to entertain the family and kiddos. Sales are easily found and noticeable. Even has a clearance section, for the ones looking for a good deal. Staff was friendly and courteous

I was looking for a gift for a little girl, not very many options in her size. I found her something a another store. However, I brought me a pair of boots here and didnt wear them for about 3wks b/c I was going to take them back. Thankfully, I didnt I received a really nice shirt for Christmas.

They have really good deals on shoes I just dont like how they follow you around in the store like you going to steal something and peeping around the corner

Staff were friendly constant yelling into the pa system about the buy 1 get 1/2 off sale... hard to understand them but after the 6th time in 5 minutes... Im guessing geveryone knew about the sale. Other than that... awesome

It was horrible. My daughter who is 9 months pregnant had to use the restroom. They told her she had to go to the store down the street. I told them if you allowed me to come in to purchase shoes then why not let her use ypur services. I left the store and went to Dillards to buy what I needed.

Found a great deal on Nike the weekend after tax free weekend. So I got a better deal without the huge crowd.

Great family friendly store. Lots of selection for adults and older kids. Not so much the younger kids like 5 and under. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. We also check out Show Carnival when shoe shopping.

Excellent selection of shoes. Got 6 kids Nike back to school shoes for under $150.00. Cant get shoes that cheap anywhere else.
