Quarry Countertops went above and beyond on my Kitchen renovation, we could not be happier with the fit and finish, James was truly a pleasure to work with. They also installed the granite countertops for our desk and break area in our office and custom fabricated a conference table which required a crane to install in our 4th floor office.Highly recommend!
This was one of the worse decisions in my life! At first, Quarry Countertops mis-measured my countertop when they came out to measure. When they brought the granite out, it was 2 too short! They wanted to cut a piece and install it to where it would hang over longer than the other side of the counter. I wouldnt have it! so when we finally agreed on a plan to fix it, it looked terrible and as if the stone wasnt even cut from the same slab. The piece that was cut to fit was thicker than the rest. So now the countertop on each side of my stove is a different height. When they came back to finish the job, they forgot the backsplash. So I would wait again to have my kitchen finished. When they left, they did not clean up the silicone on the top of the backsplash. when I painted, the paint would not stick to the wall because it had silicone about an inch up the wall all the way around the countertop. I had several discussions with the workmen and they knew that I was getting all new appliances, including a new stove. A standard opening for a stove is 30. It took the muscle of two people to even get the old stove out of its place because it was wedged in so tightly. With the old stove out, we tried to put the new stove in. It was a 30 stove also, but it would not fit. I called Quarry Countertops and left numorous messages for James, the boss, but he would not return my phone calls. My stove was in the middle of the floor for 2 weeks. When I finally talked to James, he asked me what I wanted him to do about it and said it wasnt his problem. I had to hire another company out of Tennessee to come out and grind the granite down so I could get my stove in before Christmas. A couple of months later, I tried to call Quarry Countertops again because my undermount sink that they had installed had come loose. To this day, they have not returned my calls. I have called 4 times and always get the answering machine and I always leave a message. These are only a few of the things that I have went through with this company. On one end of my counter, the granite doesnt even come all the way to the end of the cabinet and on the other end, the granite was chipped. The backsplash is unlevel on all 3 corners. The seems are very visable. The granite didnt even touch the countertop in places, (you can look underneith and see big gaps).I would never advise anyone to use this company. I will be having this whole countertop removed and replaced as soon as possible!
