Awesome service, friendly, and have so many cool extras such as multitools, falshlights, quick start packs, etc. Great stocking stuffer, easter basket, or Im sorry babe stuff if you can make yourself turn loose of the item after the purchase. Its where I will go from now on.

Katie is great but one of the older men told me he didnt believe me when I said the battery wouldnt start my car after using it for 3 days, I didnt know it was a rebuilt battery and my dad said it was a size too small for my car. Just pretty rude, if they didnt want to accept the return, they could have just said so.

Google says theyre open on Saturdays, and their sign on the door says theyre open on Saturdays. I drove all the way across town to discover theyre NOT open on Saturdays but havent changed any info online. Wasted trip.

This small business provides customer service at the highest level. I had problems with removing a battery at my house the weekend before Christmas and they made a house call! You won’t get that kind of service from a big chain; only from small business owners like Chris and Becky that will be there when you need them!

My wifes key fob needed a new battery so had her stop by Interstate to have a new one installed for her. The fob had a convenient spot on the back to pop off the battery cover and replace it. However, the owner did not even look at the case. He just pried apart the fob, breaking it, and then wrapping it up with packing tape. When I asked him about it, he acted like it wasnt his fault and made no effort to come up with a solution for the broken $400 dollar fob.
