CON ARTISTS. I drove over 6 hours from Texas to pick up an FJ Cruiser from this lot. We agreed on a deal for the price of the vehicle that included tt&l. I have text messages & email to prove it. Got there gave them a check, signed paperwork & on the way back a piece of the vehicle flew off. I sent pictures to the dealership & they said they would send me another part. It was a cheap aftermarket part that came broken. I called the dealership to notify them so I could send it back so they could get a refund & send me the money for the part since I went to a local dealership & got the correct part, they refused to return my call. I went to register my vehicle only to find out that they lied about including taxes & I paid over $1600 in taxes. I called the dealership to try & fix their error & they again refuse to call me back. These are the guys that give used car salesman, bad names. I would not recommend these guys because they will find a way to screw you. Had to get an attorney to get my money back, now will cost them more when they pay my expensive atty fees.

I went through the internet and found the car I wanted. I filled out the application online and set up an appointment at my convenience. They checked out my car while I was test driving the car I picked out. By the time the test drive was over. I was told I was approved. I sign the paper work. I gave 8.00 for a down payment and they paid off my old car. I got a 2014 Camry. The staff was very helpful and nice. No pressure like other places to get the car they want you to have. I would recommend this place. Go buy and check it out. My appointment was at 11:15 am and I was driving off the lot at 12:30pm with my new ride. :) :)

This dealer was great. They found a financing company for us. It didnt take hours to complete the sale. We decided we wanted the vehicle and they had us done in under 45 minutes and we left with our new car with no hassles at all. I looked at a car online for my teenage son. I called to make sure it was available before we came to look at it. They said it was. I drove there immediately and they told me it was in route and it would be here the next business day. I talked to the sales rep and the manager...The next business day I called back. They said it had been sold the week before. Im not sure if this was a mistake or normal business practices. I am hoping a mistake. Everyone seemed nice enough. The deal sounded too good to be true and I guess it was.

Sensitivity training to a customer, who has had medical issues, would be great instead of laughing and talking in front of the customer behind a piece of paper. Wouldnt suggest for bad credit (as they advertise) but if have fair credit to good they seem to work with you.

Premier Auto is a SCAM. Whoever reading this please listen! Kris sold me a bad suv I havent had it a year and the car kept messing up. THE CAR CAUGHT ON FIRE WHILE I WAS DRIVING! I want to warn people not to go there and make the same mistake I made. The salesman will smile in your face and be so nice to you but will be snakes behind your back. These comments with 4 & 5 stars are fake. The ones with 1 or 2 stars are totally real. But premier auto will reap what they sow by doing wrong by people. I could say more but Im not. I bought a 2013 Dodge journey here in October 2017 .Shortly before the three months or 3000 mile warranty was about to expire we started hearing noises in the engine and imediately took it to the auto doctor. The mechanic told us it was definitely something in the engine and would still be under factory warranty as it did not have 100,000 miles on it . Upon further inspection at the Dodge dealer in Paragould it was discovered that previous owners had not had oil changes done on the vehicle and for that reason the factory warranty was voided. From that time forward PREMIER AUTO stood by their warrantee and I now have an engine that has 40,000 less miles on it than the engine that was in it when I bought it .THANK YOU JOHN and TEAM !!!

I should have seen Darius but instead I seen Jabari. I insisted wanting a used vehicle. I gave him almost 2500. The young man tried to steer me into making payments. After sitting in the place from 11a.m. To 6pm Jabari and boss come up with a plan to pay 260 a month, 2250 down payment and the vehicle was a 2007 Volkswagen worth 7,000. The boss asked if I could come up with 800 more dollars. I guess I looked like a Duck with lashes. Im a woman....not a dumb one. I took my business some where else. Horrible experience
