Had an excellent experience at Cavenaugh Hyundai. 2021 has not been a good time to need a car. Inventory and cost issues made it difficult. Cavenaugh made the process easy, they were good people to work with, and they were very fair on the price. Others in a several hundred mile radius werent. Cavenaugh was. They said that they checked out the front end and drove my car but couldnt find anything wrong which is a lie because whenever you turn the steering wheel to the right its making a grinding popping noise. Made me wait an hour and a half and then it was closing time. I questioned them and told them that that was not true and they told me I could bring it back another day. So I guess I will be contacting someone higher up. Ive got a warranty but I cant never get anything done that goes wrong with my car!

It was a great experience. It only took us 2 hours for the whole process, from test driving to buying. They didn’t try to push anything and tack on any hidden fees.

I was pleased with my service except for the fact that when I was leaving and sat back in my seat, it was wet on both sides where someone at sat that was sweaty. I get they are working and they do sweat, but please put something on the seats so that me, the customer, does not get wet when I sit down.

Brought my car in for a service recall, as my first visit to the dealership. I was so impressed that when I had a small problem with my windshield washer fluid pump, I had them fix that also. They handled all the paperwork for my extended warranty. This place was amazing! From the salesman, the finance! I didn’t get my credit pulled 9 times like crain did to me last times! They only pulled it once ! I drove from vilonia to get my new palisade and it was well worth the drive!

My experience was ok. They were very nice when originally called, but when I dropped my car off, I got the feeling I was bothering the man that waited on me. Also, I felt like I was overcharged. $130 just to look at my car and tell me it can’t be fixed? I mean, I can see $50 or $60, but $100 is a little much.
