Just stopped by to look at a truck for sale. Friendly staff and reasonably priced inventory. Just right there on the highway. Easy to find.

I do not recommend doing business with this company. It was not a pleasant interaction with the office staff. And, we are seeing now, a month after purchase, that it appears they cleared the codes, hiding some very expensive needed repairs. Unethical, to say the least.

Good people. Good vehicles. Inventory moves fast which means they have good deals.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They will sell the vehicle out from under you. I was approved just yesterday late afternoon and Cindy told me everything I was missing and needed to get gathered. I had everything gathered waiting on one piece of paper and she messaged me that they have the vehicle pending in another sale as of this morning. Why run my credit and waste my time; if you are just going to take the vehicle out from under me!? Very selfish and inconsiderate folks!

Cindy is the greatest, super sweet and very helpful...Edit I had bought the extended warranty but it did not go into effect until after a thousand miles and it was about a week after I had bought it so I didnt have the thousand miles on it my water pump had went out in Jonesboro and Im in Truman my insurance has a roadside assistance so I called them and the tow truck came and got me and took my car to my shop where my mechanics at it was on a Sunday I got it fixed and that Monday I called Cindy at simpli Auto and told her what had happened and she asked if I got it fixed I said yes I did and she asked me how much it was I told her and she asked me if I would bring the receipts up there to her so I did and she reimbursed me for the cost of everything and she did not have to because that was not in the contract she did it out of the kindness of the hearts they are very good people at simpli Auto is Cindy is absolutely the best to work with I really appreciate them helping me when they did not have to.

I had something stolen out of my vehicle that was being worked on in the mechanic shop of the lot, the owner(his name is Jason) reached out to me personally to make it right, to clarify it wasnt stolen by someone that works there. I have no clue about the car sales part of the business since I have not bought a car from him but he seems truly sincere and showed great character in my experience so I definitely would feel comfortable considering him for a vehicle purchase the way he handled this situation.

I was very impressed with the staff at this place ! I called Stark And Car choice and Premier trying to help my daughter who was going through a rough time and needed someone to help and give her a chance at getting a car that she could afford as she is helping raise a couple of her granddaughters at this time. The staff at the other three places did not communicate with us or did not answer my emails or had no compassion for a person in need :( This place Simpli was very helpful and didnt even need me to cosign like a couple of the other places and got her down payment and monthly payment at a reasonable amount for her. Went with my daughter to inquire about a full size truck that she wanted. After sitting there over an hour shes told shes too young for that truck and is offered a smaller truck which she did not want, then salesman even said well the truck you want has already been sold (after shes already test drove). We left, went down the road to carmart and they put her in exactly what she wanted

Ive recently bought a 2012 Chevy Equinox from here, I was having trouble getting the type of vehicle I wanted at other places, but I emailed Gary at about 12am Wednesday and sent him all my information, as I didnt have a ton of time to sit around at a car dealer with a newborn baby (Born Feburary 9th). Gary called me Thursday at about 11am, informing me that he worked with 3 different financial institutions and got me the best deal he could with what I had down. He didnt pressure me, nor did he make me feel bad about my credit or tell me what I couldnt do with what I had. He took what I had and ran with it. Starks Auto Plaza told me I was stupid for not taking the deal that they gave me, Abernathy tried to sell me junk (Surprise Surprise) and Car Mart wouldnt take my trade in. This has been one of the easiest and less stressful car buys Ive made and its thanks to the guys at Simpli Auto. If you are looking for an affordable vehicle, go here, they wont make you feel bad if you have less than par credit, theyll just take what you have and run with it.

Never ever buy a vehicle here especially if there is ANYTHING that may be wrong with it! You will be told it is nothing to worry about and then have problems up the ass wrong with it once you drive it off the lot. Absolutely no one knows anything and there is zero communication between the owners and sales and the shop. The people that work at the shop have no clue what they are doing and are constantly working on the same vehicles because they dont know their head from their ass. The owner refuses to grow balls and speak to the customers and just gives the sales guys the run around until everyone is so confused and pissed off you dont know where to go. We are filing a complaint with the BBB and also with the FTC. We have had the car less than 60 days and they cant fix it not will they trade it in. Criminals!!!!

Story after story, none true. The best thing about these guys selling a car out from under us is that the car came back the very next day with issues. The salesman who sold it to the other guy, after saying he would get it in great shape for us, told us that and laughed saying, you should be glad you didnt buy it. We are glad we didnt buy from you.

My experience here was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealership. I bought a vehicle from Brian and was lied to about the Carfax and issues with the transmission. I haven’t even had the car 2 months and am already needing to replace the transmission. The manager Gary was rude and unhelpful when I tried to get in contact with upper management.

SimpiAuto had one of the best selections of vehicles that I have seen around the midsouth. After checking dealers in Memphis and Jonesboro, I had given up on the possibility of a newer used vehicle to accommodate our growing family at a cost that was reasonable. After a referral from a mechanic friend I came to check them out. The service was great. They were very easy to work with. Best of all, they understood where I needed my payments and worked with me on some options to get the monthly cost where they needed to be.One last thing. They dont sell junk here. Consider them if you are looking for a vehicle.

They sold my daughter a car with bad tires recaps. Made sure she signed a contract with as is no dealer warrantee. The recap busted off casing almost a terrible wreck. Damage to the car . Fender tore off. Told her sorry your problem. People be aware of this place

Dont buy from these people, they are liars. I called and spoke to William about a Trailblazer he had for sale. We talked for a few minutes and I asked if I could come see it the next day, Saturday. ( Memphis area to Jonesboro ) He said yes, then a few minutes later he called me back and said he had been out for a death in the family and didnt realize his partner had sent it to their detailer. It would be back Monday. I asked if he could send more pictures and he said if he got a chance to go by there and it was outside he would take pictures and send them to me. A couple hours later the pictures arrived. I called and spoke to him about it and we decided that I would come Monday to see it. I told him I didnt want to lose the truck and he told me since we had been talking about it already, I didnt have to worry because until I tell him I dont want it, its mine. He said while it was at the detailer, which is the company he and his partner used to work for, they were going to put new lights in the cluster because they werent working. We agreed I would come see it Monday afternoon. Monday I called William and he told me they were going to go ahead and replace the cluster with a new one for me, so it would be a little later. I even told him I was going to send my pregnant daughter there to look at it since she lives in Jonesboro. He said when they installed the new cluster, a check engine light was on and they needed to replace the fan, again telling me he wanted it to be right for me. I asked him what the weather was like since it was raining here at my house. He said it was raining so hard it was flooding there and suggested I wait until Tuesday night because they didnt have the truck back yet. I again said I didnt want to push it further because I didnt want to lose it. He assured me again it was mine. I called him Tuesday four times and he never answered.Wednesday I called him and he again didnt answer. About Lunch I called his office and his partner answered and told me he had gone to a funeral Tuesday and dropped his phone and broken it and couldnt call me back. He then told me he would have William call me. I never received the call back. Wednesday night I went to their website and lo and behold the Trailblazer is shown as SOLD. Thursday morning right after they opened I called William. Again no answer. I called his office and again his partner answered. I asked for William and he asked who I was, when I told him, he said William was with a customer and he had gotten my message and would call me back. I asked the partner if the green Trailblazer was sold. He said he didnt know, he would have to ask William. He asked William and then told me yes it was sold. When I told him that wasnt right, he immediately said I sold it. ( how can you sell a car and not know it was sold?) Well William, you told me many times you were being honest with me and was proud you and your partner were not like other car salesmen. ( and kept referring to me as BUDDY) but I have to tell you you are exactly like them, cant tell the truth, BUDDY.To reply to your rebuttal, I called you a liar because you told me the truck was mine until I told you I didnt want it. Your partner didnt know it was sold ( his words) and when asked you if it was sold came back to the phone and told me yes its sold. When I told him it wasnt right, you told me it was mine, he suddenly changed his story that HE sold it. How can you sell a vehicle and not know its sold. Thats again why I said liar. As far as time on Saturday, you told me when I spoke to you on the phone, you would be there until about 5:00. my phone shows I received the photos at 2:04. Not after 5:00. You say I dont have a clue what you went thru. You dont know that I told another salesman that I wasnt interested in his truck because I already had a deal going on another one. As far as $20.00 profit on the truck, you told me the price and I agreed, I did not try to get lower price. You still have no told me why you sold it from under me.

This is William From Simpli. In regards to Vic Wilsons post. First off I am going to say that I am not mad at your review. because almost every bit of that was true. But you are like all the other people that have no heart or Dont think things thru before they blab off at the mouth. What you fail to see is that Saturday is that I had unexpectedly lost a very close family member and instead of driving nearly an hour straight home and being with family, I busted my a!@ for you to drive over to the shop to get pics for you. On monday my normal day off I had spent a great amount of time on my phone with you and even for you. I even took over another hour of my time with my grandkids to screen shot little by little pictures of a dang carfax for you. I busted my butt for you still. Then comes Tuesday, The day we had the funeral you decided to call me and since I was at the funeral I did not answer. So i get a text about the quality of the seats in it, in which I did reply to you. All in all I pretty much done everything as you had said in your review. But here is the greatest part tho, I done all of that to make myself $20.00 from the deal. To me it wasnt about the money tho, It was about making you happy. Yes I do agree that maybe when I had gotten back to work I was very busy for a couple days. As soon as I came in the door Wednesday morning I did drop my phone and break it, as some customer was calling me. I stayed Wednesday night till 8 when I should have left at 6. Being that I do not punch the clock, It was just time to stop for the day. So maybe I was still a little beside myself from our sudden loss but none of that makes me a liar sir! You can comment all you want but that pisses me off more than anything when you dont have a clue what this salesman was doing for you!! I spent a g very great amount of my time for you to bash me. This may cost me my job and as much as I need business, I hope I never have to deal with you again. You can call me anything but dont ever call me a liar when you dont know!!!!!
