Melissa helped to get me information about a vehicle I was interested in leasing. She provided photos and went out of her way to allow us to do a lot of the work from home through an app which could reduce our time spent at the dealership. Although we decided not to purchase at the time, I would highly recommend working with her. I will seek her out to work with again if we shop for a new vehicle in the future.

George was very professional. He listened to exactly what I needed and did not try to pressure me into getting anything different. Also finance guy was good. He did go a little fast on the warranty part which made me unsure but still overall was informative.

It was a great experience. Cody was very helpful and knew what every gadget on my new Armada did. We feel like he went above and beyond what our expectations of a sales person were. The finance manager was also very helpful (I cant remember his name).

A week to get me vehicle assessed and another week before the with could start. Work has not began on my vehicle as of yet.
The check sheet for the 27 point check up is blank. I wanted to know how much of the brake pad was there and the paper was blank. I am not even sure if all of the necessary items were even checked.

I had a scheduled tire rotation and oil change and was in and out in less than 30 mintues !!!
I’m disappointed that once again, a dealership feels a need to price gouge for a repair especially when it’s a known problem for that make and model. Took it to a local repair shop for 75% less and didn’t need all the extensive work done bcz the problem was minimal compared to what the dealership noted.
They got all my issues fixed and were very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely recommend the service department at Central Nissan.

If I didn’t have to give a star to write this review I wouldn’t have. I had an appointment to go in this morning to get my catalytic converter fixed. When Sandra first called she said it wasn’t covered after I was told it was covered last Thursday. Then she called back and said it was covered but the mechanic said just by looking at it, it’s not the converter. They wanted to know if I wanted it diagnosed, I told them let me call the man that tested my converter, so when I couldn’t get him I called back to speak with the person that was over service which is Jackie, she was very Rude. She told me either I’m going to get it fixed or I have to pay the diagnostic fee. I never gave permission for them to diagnose it. So now my vehicle is stuck up there until I can pay the $115 diagnostic fee or until I pay $435 for a rear o2 sensor.

Someone hit my car and messed up my tailpipe and I needed it to be fixed because it wasnt knocked off kilter under the car and was afraid that it was sitting lower than normal. the first go around was not so pleasant. but the next day after meeting ALEX and he Fixed it so perfect that you can even tell that it was hit. I am extremely pleased. I didnt have a lot of money to get it fixed, so he blessed me twice. fixed it and didnt cost me to do it. Very Blessed Day !

Made a service appointment by phone last week for service check at 9am this morning. I called at 2pm to check on the status of the work and was informed they were just getting to look at the car. I always believed the reason for the appointment was so that work could be done in a timely manner but Central Nissan does not share my opinion.
Came in with my fiancee because we need a second vehicle for work purposes. Nothing big just a simple back and forth vehicle. The moment we walked in George Morris hardly gave us a greeting, not even a handshake or proper introduction and made it very clear he didnt want to talk to us. Walking out now.
I went into Central Nissan to hope to find a vehicle to replace my old one with. The salesman helped me tremendously with showing what price range would certain vehicles will be at with my score and was really trying to help me and make sure I get what I would need. I left with a weight off my shoulder and left with a new Nissan Rogue.

Oil change and tire rotation. I was able to get it done after work at 4 which is a big convenience for me.
I will not buy or send any business to this dealership again. I was an out of state purchaser. And the dealership actually wanted me to get the state tax information. I have purchased vehicles out of state before, and did not have to do anything besides negotiate the deal and sign my paperwork. If you work at a dealership you are getting paid hourly to find out all of the information to make the transaction go perfectly. These guys are lazy, and because of that I will have to pay my county tax out of pocket instead of puttIng it in the loan agreement. I didnt even try to lowball them with my offer I accepted the car at the rate they put on it. I will not be doing any business with these guys again. Be careful buying a car from these guys. They are not very efficient.

Ive called Central Nissans service department several times and left voice messages attempting to schedule an oil change; they never returned my call. My son has called several times attempting to schedule an oil change as well, and no one returned his call either. I am very disappointed that weve purchased two Nissans. Our salesman was great, but we plan on never purchasing a Nissan product again because of the crappy service non-responsiveness.

Do not buy a vehicle from this place. The service department is the worst and they will not honor their advertisements. Do some research and make the drive to a reputable dealer. If your unsure about the reviews, try to get a hold of the service department and schedule an oil change, then try to use the coupon on their website and youll see.

TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPT! Cant even find a fuse on a 350z
They could have actually put the oil cap back on my truck when they were finished changing the oil. Since they didn’t, they could have given me a loner vehicle until mine was fixed, but they wouldn’t. This was on a Friday and now I am without a vehicle until Monday at the earliest. I hope they fix this situation on Monday and detail my truck. We shall see what happens.
