I bought my son a pair of shoes 3 days ago. The whole side blew out. I took them back w box n receipt, I was told to call Nike bc they dont take returns. If Id shopped online I could see contacting Nike but I bought them at Footlocker n feel like they should call Nike. Thats the last time I shop there. $130.20I went to Hibbetts who told me the return policy is 60 days w receipt. I bought him another pair there.Footlocker got 1 star because 0 isnt an option

Growing up from a small town; my mother took me to the Southland mall in Memphis. I would ask my mom Can you buy me some Air Force Ones and Jordans?She would look at me with mean look and was like You trying to bourgesie lets go to Shoe Department and get something for 20 dollar? Fast forward to 2017 when Foot Locker opened in Jonesboro.As an adult we all deserve a luxury tennis shoe experience. I am cheap and boujee. Like my friend girls who have cheap heels but wouldnt mind spending more on high quality heels like Silettos for 100 or more.It goes for the fellas on Jordans, Adidas.etc.I just did my closet makeover and I invested in a shoe rack. I would not mind buying me two pair of Jordans or suede Nikes. The employees at Foot Locker deliver a nice trying on shoes experience. They let you strut as if you are a model when you walk in the store.Foot Locker is the store where I will buy a few luxury tennis shoes to balance out or soon replace my cheap tennis shoes. I am cheap and boujee. You got one one life to live. Why not buy some nice shoes?

Doesnt have anything...waste of your time

I just want to say that I had not such a good experience with the store. I called to just have a conversation and asked a few questions and the customer service was horrible the people were not very nice they were actually very nasty. Very Unprofessional,rude, immature, and the lack of manners. Youre disgrace to the term of Southern Hospitality.

Do not buy any cleaning products for your shoes or make sure thats the right stuff. They will not refund your money back or exchange it.

I left 1 star because ZERO wasnt an option, my husband, son and I walked in to look for some cleats for my husband, we were never treated, asked if we could be helped or anything, actually the 2 people working went in the back of the store, it was rude, unprofessional and I will never go back in there, yes it happened today at the mall at turtle creek!
