They have a very small supply of shoes and the sad part about it is, I learned they are understaffed . This makes it hard for the new shoes that come in to make it on to the store display! This is very frustrating, especially in certain location because they either dont have what you are looking for or they dont have the size. I like their products, I just wish the company would look into hiring more staff so more of their new product can be stocked. The crazy thing about this is, they get a truck everyday. So this should really be reevaluate.

I would have gave this place a 5 star. I went with my family of 4 to buy all of us a pair of shoes. We walk in and there is two young ladies working behind the counter in their phone they didn’t really say anything to us. We started browsing and found a pair I liked but no one came and asked if I needed help. I went to see shoes for both my kids and we had to walk to the counter to ask if we can please get the size we needed, they looked at each other and one of them finally helped us. While one of the girls went to the back to get the kids shoes my husband and I walk back to find us shoes. As we was there a customer walks in the door and the employee asks her if she needs any help. That was really upsetting because we never got asked and we where there to purchase. We ended up paying for our kids shoes and didn’t purchase any for us. We came back the next day to see if we could get better customer service and what do you know a young man helped us and we ended up spending about $400 in shoes. Every customer is important.

Very helpful very friendly, had what I needed high top football cleats. I went to every sporting store with no luck. Walked in and out of Hibbert in minutes with exactly what I needed and the price was excellent as well. They also gifted a bag that works perfect for tye essentials.

Terrible experience! Was there before 11 and still didnt receive my reservations because i was suppose to go to the desk, rather than get in line and was asked to leave by the rude manager. I am hearing impaired and physically disabled. To make this trip was hard enough, just to be treated like trash. I filed a complaint as well. The managers name tag was Zach. In all my years of business with Hibbett; Ive never felt so humiliated and let down.
