Donuts were so good!! The iced coffee isn’t actually iced, it’s frozen and tastes better than it looks + I got a small and it was very big for a small! Great prices too! The donuts were still warm! Raspberry filling was so sweet! Will definitely make this a must stop when going through Jonesboro again!!

They were out of donut holes I was willing to go shopping and come back or wait but the guy would only tell me it would be a long time when I asked how long he just said a long time I ended up with old stale donuts and still had to wait a long time for my coffee this place use to be better Im hoping that it will be good next time maybe he was just busy.

Waited in the drive through for over 25 minutes, wasn’t given my entire order, and then when I called the girl who answered the phone just laughed about it and said “well, can you just come back and get it?”

They were obviously short handed therfore service was slow and when I wanted filled donuts. I was told they would have to make them. That it would be several minutes. I couldnt wait any longer. So I said just give me donuts. Thankfully they gave me 3 instead of 2. That was nice.

My favorite place for breakfast . I love the croissants egg, bacon and cheese sandwich. The chocolate and peanut doughnut and bavarian cream doughnut. The staff was so nice and friendly. The place so clean . The price is good too!

Decent donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Wait can be a little long sometimes but the food is always good and not too pricey. I would spend 10 dollars to feed a family of three a breakfast with donuts and sandwiches. Store is clean and staff are friendly.

On two separate occasions, I have arrived at the caraway location at roughly 11:15 and was told they have no breakfast food and will not be making any more due to closing soon. This location closes at 1:00. The first time, I managed to convince the woman running the register to prepare a sausage croissant for me anyway, and thought I had gotten some special treatmwnt as a result, leaving me feeling quite happy with the overall experience.However, its become obvious that the attitude I caught the first time is commonplace here, and I cant justify visiting again no matter how good the food is due to the unwillingless of the staff to make sales or have a healthy stock of food items during a peak serving time of the day.Ive never left a one star review before.Great food, lazy employees.

Yes there is a newer doughnut store in town. But Shipleys has the best tasting doughnuts and their breakfast sandwichs are the best!

It was the best Shipley’s until the people that ran it moved to Texas I believe. Now it’s just a donut shop not something special like when they ran it. I got a kolache this morning as it was flat and bland. I’m going to miss the other staff.

The food is great but the service is not. Its slow and every time I have gone there they have gotten my order wrong. I go through the drive though at most Shirleys stores. Take the extra time and go to the location on Red Wolf Blvd.
