I got my flu shot this morning. The pharmacist, Steve, was timely and very kind. Also, I didn’t feel a thing! I work in healthcare so I’ve had lots of flu shots in the past, but this is my first time getting a shot at the pharmacy. A GREAT experience! I was also able to pick up my rx at the same time. I’ll definitely be back.

I am pretty aggravated. I called t9 get help adding a savings card to see how much my medications would be and the woman I spoke with was rude. I talked to her twice. I just needed help and she could not be bothered to help me.

Store has very visible signs marking products and nice wide aisles. Store was well stocked and the staff was very friendly. Inventory was all just pharmasuticas lots of other products available. Great place to shop.

Pharmacy staff are always nice. they are quite busy but handle it well, always greeting us with a smile and accommodating all of our needs !

Love the staff at the pharmacy! They are always so nice and willing to help me deal with my insurance company. The retail stays is nice as well and willing to help me score the best deals with my coupons.

They seriously need more help. Although everyone is nice it takes forever. I use the drive thru and am there at least twenty minutes and they help the people inside first whether you were there first or not.

They are not that bad besides having to stay on hold for 2 to 3 hours just to talk to somebody

Received a promo code via email for 10 cents for 4x6 prints when purchasing 75+ photos. My time was in vain. I wasted an hour in CVS selecting photos to print, ONLY to be told by the manager (Ashley) that promotional codes can only be used online. YET NOWHERE IN THE EMAIL DOES IT SPECIFY ONLINE USE ONLY! She had NO DESIRE to accommodate my time wasted by offering a discount on my photo order. If you want photos, go over to Walgreens. Walgreens honors promotional codes and they always have promotions going at the same time.

I have tried to call the pharmacy and can never talk to an associate. I have been on hold over 30 minutes twice and finally just hung up. I drove to the store and walked back to the pharmacy thinking they were probably covered up, but no, not one customer in the store or at the drive thru. I guess they just didnt want to answer the phone! I needed a script for my husband and they didnt have it, they said I could get it filled at any CVS. I had an appointment the following day at Little Rock, AR and decided I would try to get it at a CVS while there. The pharmacist at LR had to call to get the script transferred to them so he could fill it and he was on hold over 30 minutes as well, he even called the doctors line and was left on hold for 20 mins! That is very poor customer service and not only reflects bad on the pharmacy but it reflects badly on management! If our insurance didnt make us use CVS I would never use them again!

Pharmacist was very condescending and rude. I will never shop there again. Walgreens is right across the street and are always friendly and helpful.

My insurance recently made me switch my meds over to CVS and I couldnt be more thrilled about it. The pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are always so friendly and pleasant. I am a manager in a retail establishment here in Jonesboro and I know how difficult it can be to maintain a friendly attitude all the time. Its refreshing to get such great customer service. I would recommend CVS in Jonesboro for all your prescription needs! Thank you!

Was considering changing to CVS as my pharmacy after my current pharmacy (Kroger) has caused me to drive across town the last 2 months and didnt have my prescriptions ready 5 hours after they said they would. I finally gave up waiting to speak to someone at CVS about their services after being on hold for 10 minutes & never hearing a human voice. Guess theyre too busy for my $ too.

Pharmacy staff takes forever to help. Called in prescriptions are never ready.
