Pharmacist was flat out rude on the afternoon of 3/27/21. Made baseless accusations about a prescription and then closed the drive thru drawer before I could even get my card out. Will not be back ever. Worst customer experience from a medical “professional” I have ever had.

This is my preferred pharmacy for all my medications due to being the closest and the convenient location. The pharmacy staff terribly rude here. I have a rare disease and for which the medicine I must take are expensive. My insurance covers it and sends approval or something to this pharmacy. One day, after receiving a message from Walgreens that my prescription is ready for pickup, I went there to collect my medicines. Maybe the insurance approval didn’t come through or something, but the cost of the medicine was it’s full price. I asked the lady if the insurance covered it. She rudely told me that if I cannot afford this medicine, then I should not tell me doctor to prescribe this medicine. and I felt like I was not welcomed in there and she wanted me to leave. I got an anxiety attack at that moment due to her extremely rude demeanor. Not only I have to suffer with an illness, but also her rudeness towards me made me feel awful to be alive . I called my clinic and they fixed the issue and said there was an error or something. In my opinion, all pharmacies should be polite and nice

Walgreens apparently has a new policy where they wont sell you certain over the counter medicines if you have not filled a prescription with them in the last 6 months. Not sure if this is some kind of customer punishment where they think they will pressure you into doing business with them in the future but one thing is for certain, I wont be shopping at Walgreens any more. Their prices are usually higher than everyone else anyways so maybe Im dumb for shopping there in the first place. One this is for certain CVS and Walmart is always close by!

This pharmacy is terrible. I’ve used them for years but in the past few months it is has been awful. Today, my husband went through the drive thru to pick up my sick child’s script and the pharmacy was boarded up and closed. At 4:30pm on a Thursday. No explanation or idea when they would reopen.

Nothing but racists who work at the store
