What a great store...they have everything!!! Super clean store, and wide aisles. Best prices on prescriptions. Definitely recommend!!!

Great produce with a good, not great selection. Excellent staff, helpful at a level not found in Chicago supermarkets. Lots of choices at the deli counter. They carry some kosher items, including yartziet candles, which is appreciated by the Jewish community, such as it is.They need more handicap parking closer to the doors, just like most other places in Jonesboro, including both hospitals and the university. Also more electric shopping carts.

We love Kroger but since covid we have seen such a decline in service and of course availability of products (which Im sure is out of there hands). Would just really like to have a shopping kart when I want to shop for groceries.

Having lived in the Dayton Ohio area, I was able to shop at some beautiful Kroger Marketplace Stores. I moved to Poplar Bluff Missouri in 2018. Our local Kroger is small and outdated. I was happy discover there was a Marketplace in Jonesboro. Though an almost 200 mile R/T I decided to check this store out on April 21, 2021!I’m mostly disappointed. It just doesn’t have the feel of the Ohio stores, it’s poorly stocked on sales items and the Seafood department smell is overpowering! It actually gave me an instant headache! Personally I wouldn’t have that department so close to the bakery, which absorbs the seafood smells - major turnoff!It would be ideal if some of the self checkouts had conveyers for those of us with bigger purchases and still wish to do our own checkout and bagging.The employees I encountered with were all friendly, it’s nice that the isles aren’t cluttered to the point you can’t even get the smaller shopping carts through without knocking something over like our local small and outdated Poplar Bluff Missouri store.Though the selection/variety surpasses our tiny Kroger, I can’t justify making it a regular once a month shopping trip as originally planned, I already deal with the Poplar Bluff Missouri store being sold out of sales items, I’m certainly not going to drive 200 miles to deal with the same problem. Not to mention the stench of the seafood department forcing me to rush through the storeOverall...Disappointed! Maybe because I lived in the home state of the Kroger company and those stores were a better experience, setting the bar high for me.Also, I was charged $1.49 for something I didn’t even purchase! Complete mystery!!!Sorry

Best place to grocery shop in town. Huge store with both grocery and general merchandise. Greatest selection of items to choose from anywhere close to Jonesboro.

Very surprised by the number of options and the food quality. Very fresh produce.

Definitely better than Walmart. The lady who runs the cheese section is great. Selection is great. The fresh seafood/meat section would be great but its always so slow that its like a prank. They will get 8 people backed up and one person will still very slowly help one customer at a time until people just walk away. Losing a lot of business there for sure. Also the overall smell, even in the entryway could use a look. It often smells like seafood or something in there.

The store is huge and all the isles to shop are cool. Bought some sale items and used the store card but there seemed to be a discrepancy in prices.

This is a negative review. I dont want anything other than management aware of what seems to be a poor choice by one or more people. Thus the 5 star but negative review. I Love Kroger. Every place and everyone can always do better including me. This past week the weekly ad on the top of the front page listed colossal shrimp at $6.99 a pound in a 2 lb. bag. Thats awesome if you could truly get it at that price. I went in 5 days during this week to get some. Each day I was told we ordered more and it should be in tomorrow. I continued to see an empty space on the shelf with nice sign displaying this really great price. Today is the last day of the sale and I asked the woman who I believe is the seafood department manger if they ever got any of those shrimp. She told me yes but they just put them on the counter where you buy individual fish and other seafood by the pound. I dont know if it was the same price or more. I was never once given or told about that option. Not a good advertising or retail practice. If they are going to choose not to sell as advertised, first dont advertise it that way. If you and your store are going to choose to do your own thing and ignore corporate, at least put a sign out and tell the public. That way they dont keep making the trip every day only to be frustrated when they find out there really wasnt a sale after all.

I am a fan of Kroger however my son bought a $25 phone accessory and it did not work. They are not accepting that particular type of item for return right now because of covid. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 They are accepting garden decor though. This should all be posted largely at the front entrance! SO DISAPPOINTED

I enjoy the store but it needs to catch up with everybody else in 2020 and add Apple Pay/Google Pay capability. Their proprietary service called Kroger Pay or whatever its called doesnt cut it. This is a big enough issue for me that it knocks them from five stars down to two.

Make sure when you order from the bakery to take a picture in and show them exactly what you want. I ended up with ninja turtle green cupcakes with mermaid tails and it looked like they just shoved the tails in as fast they could.

Kroger Marketplace is a great place to buy fresh food. I also have found products of good brands and many options to choose. There are discounts in different types of products and sections of the market. I have found different types of products made by Kroger with lower prices. I really appreciated the quality of the products I bought from Krogers brand. Also there is a bus stop in front of the market that helps to get there without a car.

The Grocery Pick up is horrible! I live ah hour away I got home and noticed half of my groceries weren’t given to me! Absolutely was a waste of my time.

Post holiday shopping is so much easier with no crowded aisles to inch through. Plus, there arent as many disgruntled shoppers stressed. Groceries a plenty and shelves restocked. Continued sales as well for abundant supplies. Time to stock up the pantry for those items that have a long shelf life. Yay.

Love my medications, clothes, food all being in the same place at a reasonable price. Gifts, bakery, deli and so much more are an extra bonus. With my limited budget I find Kroger my go to for just about everything.Discount gas with my Kroger card is the best. The people who work there are always helpful and never make you feel it is a bother to help you.

The store was clean and organized, but there was an older lady with black hair working at the customer service desk, and I was standing there to be helped and a older gentleman walked up behind me, she told me to move to the side so she could help him, while I was there first and was waiting on her. But the gentleman apologized for getting waited on in front of me . then she decided to help me after being very rude! but the gentleman was extremely nice and said sorry and that, she need to be retrained on her customer service skills! And I agree!

Love the new market place. Beautiful and very clean. Friendly employees and lots of new items to pick from. Awesome produce section, if you love cheese you will love the variety here. They offer hot food here and eat indoor/outdoor dining! Great choices in sliced cold cuts and even have fresh sushi bar with chief on site preparing. They have clothing, shoes, household goods and a great pharmacy! I spent an hour in here just looking around!! Great store.

Great deli! Great place to get lots of different types of foods, cheeses, crackers, meats, and others. Used to be set up a little better before changing it. Dont like that they got rid of the health food isles. Sometimes prices are a little high. All in all very good.

Best place in Jonesboro to buy meat, particularly seafood. Typically have friendly customer service and helpful staff. Every now and then you will run into someone who is having a bad day and takes it out on the customer, but those workers don’t stick around longer than a month. Great savings, digital deals, and free rewards program. The Kroger app will direct you to the exact aisle of any product you are in search of if you aren’t familiar with the store.

Great selections and quality. I recommend getting the app to download coupons otherwise they are little pricey on things. Also surprisly they have fantastic sushi. If your looking for some specialty cheese Kroger is your best bet.

This Kroger offers everything from great produce to socks. While the clothing selection is not great, they have the best produce. They also have a large health food section that its extremely allergen friendly. The meats are always fresh and very delicious. We enjoy the seafood and deli selections, as well as the huge selection of hard and frozen goods that are offered. We typically save $100-$200 over other competitors in the area.

Krogers is a great place to shop they always run specials and they offer digital coupons as well as personal shoppers and grocery pickup. I love this store and if you get a Krogers card you can save even more money as well as get fuel points to save up to ten cents off per gallon of gas. I think everyone should get a Kroger card and start saving today.

This new Kroger is great. The produce is excellent. Fresh meat and seafood. Sushi. All kinds of deli and hot items, olive bar, freshly baked breads, lots of specialty food items that you pretty much wont find anywhere else locally. It also has a clothing, shoes, and kitchenware section, toys, and a Fred Meyer jewelry store. In a sense like a Wal-Mart where they have a little of everything, except better. Good weekly deals on many grocery items if you have a Kroger card.

The selection of everything here that Ive wanted is quite large. They have many options for special health/diet concerns (e.g., vegan, gluten free). Theres salad bar, olive bar, and cheese counter; big sections of seafood, bakery, meats, produce, bulk bins of grains and nuts, and several aisles of frozen foods. It reminds me a lot of a Whole Foods or Trader Joes. Theres also a boutique side and pharmacy. Love this place!

Kroger was very clean and very organized. I prefer it over Walmart. It looks more professional and prices are nice and low. Great store and my go to for groceries.

Store is very nice, but has smelled strongly of fish lately. Its to the point now that I would be afraid to buy any clothing from here for fear that it would smell forever of fish. It didnt used to smell like fish.

The deals here are wonderful if youre a member (which is free). The points you get for getting groceries make the gas you get here discounted. Sweetness!I cant say much for customer service since Ive only ever used the self-checkout. While the employees dont seem to be the warmest, they will get your questions answer in a timely manner every time.

Love the free Sushi samples, and the Chees department. That woman in the cheese booth comes up with the most mouth watering creations, it makes the stuff sell itself. Prices are good if you are a member and shop the sales. Great store overall😘

A decent enough market. However, avoid their in-store bakery. It consistently disappoints. The attached picture shows a bread loaf with a giant hole in the interior which was improperly baked. Additionally, I have seen loaves packaged with incorrect labels (e.g. a garlic loaf was placed in a multigrain package).Edit 10/29/2019Lowered by another star. Went to their deli counter where it appeared there were 3 Kroger employees currently working. One looked to be prepping items, One was cleaning pans and various dishes and one was talking to a colleague from a different department. I was informed by the individual who was prepping items that they would be right with me.After five minutes of standing there waiting with two young children, I gave up and Kroger missed out on what would have been some good business with their deli department.

Kroger is grocery store that has everything. A large bakery & deli area. My favorite is the wonderful cheese sellection. They even have clothes. I enjoy their great produce section!

I can never find anything in the store unless its in the grocery department or deli department. I find daily all the employees are very helpful I may have to help me find what Im looking for. not knowing where anything is it takes me a long time to get round the store it would help if you had paper sheets showing where things are

Very clean store, adding a cheese shop currently. Good selection of products including gluten free section and organic section as well. Competitive prices too. From flowers to small appliances and clothing. They also have a pharmacy and jewelry store located inside.

Love this place. I can find anything I need right here. There is a place to eat the food you choose to buy here. I can find organic products as well as my favorite European cookies. Many options other than food, such as clothing and dishes as well as baby products. Clean atmosphere and always easy checkout. Plenty of workers arouns if u need help.

The staff is always very helpful. They carry many specialty items and products. The deli has many options, and their home section is great.

They have most not dis functional customer service. I called trying to pricing on something, I was on the phone 2x trying to reach produce for 5min each time... They need to do better with that. Cause when I actually went in the store, they was standing around smh

Ive never been to a Kroger before, and as a first timer the thing that stuck out to me was the friendly attitude the employees had. Enrique was super nice when he checked us out and helped me feel more welcome to the town. When I got home I was excited to find the raspberries and other fruit I bought was fresh and delicious. I almost ate it all before I made my salad. XD

A very clean and nice smelling store. It isnt overwhelming with cleaning chemicals. They have so much food, clothing, toys and seasonal stuff. They also have natural foods.

Kroger is so clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Their food is a bit more expensive than other places but they compensate with loyalty cards, coupons, huge sales, and online coupons. Its wonderful and is our go to for grocery trips!!

Best grocery store in town hands down. Clean and awesome produce section. Four stars instead of five because the meat counter closes before their posted hours. If your open until 9 then you should serve customers until 9..

Quality of produce and meats are miles better then anywhere else in town. Great gourmet cheese section and deli bar. Staff are helpful and friendly. Pharmacy is fast and helpful as well.

I Love Krogers grocery store because its your one stop shopping. I really Love their cheese island. Always the best selections and samples. The cheese conisouer now she is just Incredible. She knows so much about cheese.

Kroger is the best for finding food you think youll never see again. For example, we went to France this winter and fell in love with a certain kind of cheese over there. Came back to the states thinking wed never again taste that amazing cheese. Go to Kroger and there it was! The person in the cheese section was also very very knowledgable about cheese.

I love their Big K drinks they have probably the best sellection of groceries around. They also sent you coupons in the mail plus they discount gas for you. They are not always the cheapest place to buy groceries but they have about the nicest employees you will find anywhere.

Fresh meat & produce and well stocked with international food and a great variety in the cheese shop. The store carries clothing and household goods as well as in season plants and gardening duties. I prefer this store to WM or T any day for one stop shopping and great prices.

I always have excellent service in this store, but right now Id like to specifically brag on the Floral Department. I have a flower shop out of town and sometimes get in a bind with last minute orders. When Im in need of specific flowers and cant get in touch with my wholesalers (usually weekends) these ladies are always a huge help!

They are incorporating the health food section throughout the store. I do not want to walk all over the store to find my healthfood... I liked it all in one place. This will probably keep me from shopping there now I will go to the organic Grocers instead even though I will pay more Im not walking the entire Kroger store. This was a bad decision on Kroger

Its often crowded but a good place to shop in our area. Clean and well maintained.

I always love shopping at Kroger; the sales and wide selection of oddity foods plus their brand of pecan ice cream keep me coming back for more. Kroger has brands and food choices not found at any other grocery store; add the fresh meat and seafood section, not to mention prices which are always within my budget and it all makes for a great shopping experience.

The produce is always amazing and I can usually find all the odd or unusual food items Im looking for, such as candied ginger. They also have an amazing deli counter, salad bar and hot food area. There is also an actual butcher and sea food counter.

My favorite place to grocery shop. The prices seem cheaper due to their rewards discounts (not sure if it is actually cheaper or you just feel like you save because it points out how much you saved) also, (possibly most importantly) the store is always filled with extremely attractive women! Trust me, go to your local Walmart or any other grocery store. You will certainly notice a difference. The beautiful people shop at Kroger. Finally, with the accruing of Kroger points through rewards you get 10 cents off your gas! I have got an entire dollar off per gallon before! Pretty awesome to fill up with $12

I just left there and checking my receipt i see i was overcharged AGAIN the dawn dish liquid price was 5.79 and on sale for 3.99. I didnt get it for sale price tho. This happens all the time at this store dont yall know whats on sale??

Kroger is a place thats not too big but has everything you need. They arent anymore expensive than Walmart and they do price match and coupons. Plus they have click list pick where you can pick up your groceries after ordering them online. Everything was as I asked with the online order.

They have a huge selection of different foods. I love that they have such a big selection of organics. Ive been using ClickList for the past year and its so helpful with my shopping.

Great place to shop, friendly people and employees great prices. If you dont know where something is the employees are happy to help you. If you dont want to shop Kroger has employees that will shop for you, sign up online for Clicklist, click what you want, go to Kroger and follow the signs where Clicklist pickups are and one of the employees will bring out your order. I havent used it, but Ive heard its awesome.

I always have a good shopping experience at or new Kroger. Love all the organic and other healthier options, but wish they were better organised throughout the store: found the organic applesauce in the regular canned fruit aisle, found organic eggs in 2 different places, etc.

Kroger here is a newer store always neat and clean with friendly helpful staff all over the store. Dont forget to Get your Kroger card so you can get points per dollar spent and save money when you purchase gas at their gas station. They also have a pharmacy with a drive thru and a Fred Meyer jewelery store. You can purchase Fresh flowers, produce, seafood, great selection of all different kinds of food. They have clothing, cookware, cards along with your groceries.

Diesel prices are lower than other places. Route from MO to here $2.84 to $2.70. Krogers price $2.65. Naturally, I stopped and filled up

As always a great place to shop, the variety of goods to choose from makes it a great place to purchase items for a heart healthy meal.

This isnt WalMart... in the best way possible. This store is heavily shopped, but avoids being a messy disaster. Maybe its the employees or maybe its that customers care enough not to destroy the place, but something intangible makes shopping here a better experience for me than going to WalMart. Its always good to have options, and this is a good one in Jonesboro.

WORST kroger i have ever been to. They have messed up my click list order twice and my pick up time was at 3pm and I didn’t get my groceries until almost 6. I called corporate and they gave me a $10 voucher for gas and when I went to use it, they told me they couldn’t find it. Will definitely never be shopping there again.
