The service desk African American employee needs to be trained well on how to treat their guest. This business all about customer service. The management should reevaluate their training on poor customer services on every department, so legitimate guest won’t suffer treated badly by their poor trained employees.

Walmart delivery is awesome. It has been so far anyways. Ive been getting my groceries delivered for months now. They are good about letting you know if they are out of a certain item to where you can substitute it. I have my favorite delivery person also. Shes AWESOME!!! Im very thankful Walmart delivers.

Been shopping there for years. Customer Service is definitely not like it used to be. Getting rid of cashiers. I refuse to check myself unless they give me a discount. Some of the cashiers are not friendly. What Walmart needs is some good competition!!!!

We got the best super center in NEA

Its a Walmart Super Center, the only difference between one in Jonesboro, Arkansas and one in Chicago are the university sweatshirts/tee shirts etc. they carry. They carry pretty much everything but handguns and fresh fish.

The store was very clean and they had everything we were looking for at a decent price.

It was fine but would have been better if they had a McDonalds in their store. Or hot stuff in their deli.

If theres a particular item you want that only Walmart has, chances are youll have to go to a different Walmart to get it as this one has less choices than many other ones do. Higher prices compared to other walmarts Ive been to as well and they have less in stock with constant bare shelves not stocked. Not great!

Walmart has good prices, they have just about anything I need when I go. Not to mention I go to Walmart so often me and my kids have become known by most of the workers. I have made a few friends also.

I had just gotten a phone and was needing help finding a screen protector. I asked 2 employees standing at the register in electronic for help they blew me off. I went and searched for myself. I did find a phone glove. They got it out for me but I asked them about android phone accessories and once again they acted like I was bugging them. As I was walking out of the isle I saw the android section. I was so frustrated that I had a hard time using my app to pay for the items and I was met with a stone cold employees. I felt like I was not welcome to shop there.

Love doing my pick ups here. There is a lot more food options compared to the other Walmarts in town.

This is the Walmart that is always crowded, kinda dirty and is frequented by People of Wal-Mart candidates. Otherwise, its the same as the other Walmarts.

Live within a few minutes of Walmart in Wynne, AR & drive almost an hour to shop at this one in Jonesboro. SO MUCH better managed, organized, & stocked than one in Wynne. Wynne hasnt stocked cleaning stations with wipes & bags at meat counter in over a year! Worker there said Mgt doesnt care.

I go to this Wal-Mart multiple times a week. Always greeted by friendly staff. Mask are offered if you forgot yours. The store is well stock and plenty of clearance items can be found at the front entrance and in the gardening department. There are associates throughout the store so you can usually find one if you cant find the item youre looking for. The only downside of this Wal-Mart is the long self-checkout lanes. Most of the time there are a few registers that are down, which holds up the line. There are next to none human check out lanes, so you get stuck behind people that have full buggies or people that dont know how to work the self-checkouts. This becomes frustrating especially when pay a monthly subscription fee for the use of the scan and go app. Pretty pointless to pay for a membership if you have to wait behind people with full buggies and all you have to do is scan a code and confirm the payment that takes less than five seconds. Recommend times to go are in the early mornings if you dont want to go when it is busy. Seems to get busy by 14:00.

Walmart is Walmart. Its back to school shopping time so a few things were in disarray as opposed to normal times but yea, pretty much your general run of the mill Walmart 🙃

Its one stop shopping and the location is very convenient. Additionally, if you visit on a Friday or Sunday, you can find some spectacular items. For instance, today I purchased a camel colored pea coat for $40. I saw an identical pea coat Macys on line for $129. So happy I did not purchase the Macys pea coat.

I shop here all the time. When you need a scooter basket usually you can find one. Parking lot attendants will find one. They find you a chair till they get back. Good Walmart.

We stopped in to the Walmart here in Jonesboro Arkansas this evening to buy a few things for our New years Eve celebration. There were plenty of staff around because they were restocking the shelves. There was much freight to be put away but all of the staff seems capable and friendly. I particularly like the young men who greeted us at the door whose name tag read Mister. He was polite cordial and knowledgeable.

Love our Walmart! They have pretty much everything I need. They help me with my shopping and deliver it to my home which helps me out very much because I am disabled and unable to carry stuff. They offer great values and low prices which help me on my low income budget. -TM

It was after Sunday morning church today that I went it to pick up a lunch for myself at your deli. In front if me was a lady who had come in to get fried chicken. They didnt have any for her, and my selections for a lunch plate were quite disappointing. Only sides mashed potatoes [and I dont recall any gravey] or mac & cheese. There had been some potatoe logs, but only 2 scrawny logs remained. No bread was offered with the lunch either. I should have taken a photo for you. I know it is a management decision, not that of the workers. My question is why are you choosing to give poorer service than you formerly did pre-Covid lock down? It seems Walmart used to be much more customer satisfaction driven. And dont even get me started on the huge contribution you just made to benefit the LTGBQ community. Poor old Sam Walton must be turning in his grave!!!

Not only do they have almost anything you could ask for, they also have the wildest customers. Saw a dude eating pudding he hasnt paid for yet while digging dingleberries out his butt crack. Made grocery shopping much easier as my appetite left me.

Im giving this 3 stars, because its usually very crowded and full of people that could care less to run into you at an isle intersection, unless you show up when theyre open. What really surprised me was a young girl was standing with tablet as a door greeter. She could care less to speak to anyone or act like she ever cared about having a jot at all. I tried to tell her have a nice day on my way out, but I think shed rather nobody even talked to her at all.

I bought a watch about four days ago. Came back the next few days to get links taken out of it since it was a little too big. Every time I was told there was no one currently working the jewelry counter no matter what time of day I was there. Went in today and got told that they aren’t able to do it due to COVID even though I’ve had the exact same thing done to a few different watches bought from this Walmart within the past two months, and that it’s been since COVID began last year that they stopped doing it.

I visited two Super Centers today and I dont know which one this is for.1. On Highland was great I needed to exchange a top for a bigger size and the young lady offered to put it back on my card so I wouldnt have to co.e back up to customer service ( no waiting, 5 service).2. On Parker Rd the same thing exchange a top b/c I didnt find my size at the other store. I had time to check out my other items and still a line of people. They only had one person at Customer Service. He was nice but thats crazy to have one person at customer service when floor Leaders could clearly see how long it was taking for people to get customer ( 3, slow).

Lots of variety in the clothing department.Plenty for children and adults as well. Highly recommend

Physically the store is pretty much empty. Not sure why when other stores like Walmart are managing to keep shelves stocked despite the pandemic. They must be severely understaffed because when you ask somebody for help in a specific department, you have to wait about 30min for a store manager to show up and help you. When you try and call the store, unless you ask to speak to the operator, youll never get somebody to pick up

Their bathroom doors are needing to be repaired. The lock was flimsy on 2 out of 4 stalls.

They need to make some decisions about how to get customers out of the market faster. I stod in the line with one item for thirty minutes thats totally to long.

I found apple pies, cherry pies, cinnamon pies, lemon pies. Those are my favorite and not selling in a lot of Walmarts.

Cost effective, many choices, some stores provide personal shopping 🛒 for customers.
