I could spend so much time looking at all the awesome deals and variety of products they have available. The staff is always helpful and makes it easy to make it an in and out quick stop to get what tools and supplies needed for whatever project you got going. Always satisfied with the customer service, quality of selection, and low cost available.

Place isnt well branded from the outside, kinda easy to overlook, and parking isnt good. No carts available. The one guy working didnt know where things were, but guessed well. Good quality stuff and prices though, and that goes the farthest.

Their stuff dont last like Milwaukee or dealt but it is best value

Walked in...asked for help....she was right there....told her what i needed and BAM! she had it out back waiting and it was heavy but her and another employee loaded it up and we were on our way....now for the six employees i saw, i can say honestly that they were helpful...respectful and very friendly! The prices are very competitive, they offer coupons, & run sales continuously on a wide variety of different products every month. They also will send you a small flyer or sale catalog each month when you sign up for it. They have various ways to save you money on quality products. Always have pretty decent tools for a good rate

Called ahead they told us that they had what we wanted. Got there and then told me he had no idea. I had to find the spray rig on my own because he told me he didnt have what we came there for lol

Has always been the right place for me ! Price, quality, warranties on tools that are second to non! The employees are knowledgeable and always there to help all they can ! Sometimes a little busy but that is to be expected due to returning satisfied costumers !!!!

Cheap prices and always fun to see what they have on the shelf. Theres not much they dont have. Quality isnt the best but for the price its surprisingly better than what you would think. Just bought a compressor that has been $89-$99 anywhere you look for years. They had it marked down to $59, and with a membership to receive their coupons and emails I was given an additional $20 off. $39 for a compressor is a great deal. Also have a knowledgeable and nice staff that help without you having to look around or ask.

Luv Harbor Freight. Their store are always well stocked, organized, and clean. I was a little disappointed that they dont carry replacement parts for the chainsaws they sell. Still recommend any Harbor Freight

Harbor Freight is usually well stocked with discounted pricing on tools and lawn equipment. They offer a great selection of most any tool you need! The staff there is always quick to help you and very polite. They offer extended warranties on most equipment sold for your peace of mind. The hand power tools and floor mounted tools are compared to national brands but at a very cheaper price.

Great service very helpful

We had several items to check out, and one big item to pick up around back. We let the gentleman behind us go ahead of us to save him time. The cashier did not tell us anything about the larger item, and he went on break while we were waiting to be checked out. Over $500 for merchandise is what we were about to spend, but we chose to leave our items there and move on to a competitor store where we were treated correctly. I will not go back to Harbor Freight for anything I need. I did/will drive out of my way to purchase what I need.

In the world of tools, you often get what you pay for. That being said, you dont always need a professional grade tool. Sometimes you just need something for light use or a small project. Surprisingly.... This stuff may be Cheap, but I havent ever had any problems with ANYTHING I HAVE EVER BOUGHT HERE in the past 10 years Ive been trying their products! Ive bout Floor Nailers, Brad Nailers, Compressors, Pressure Washer, Soldering Gun, Dremel tools, And Various other handheld items... And they each work to this day!

Favorite tool store. Love how theyre trying to be honest and tell you which tool is their worst, better, or best quality. Theyre coming a long way from what they were to what they are now. Love the Vulcan mig welder I got. Welds so clean even with flux core outdoors.

They have a well stocked store and the associates there are very helpful. Many diff tools and items so I suggest you do a little research before you buy as most items good and some is junk. Make sure you get the sales paper for valuable coupons

Awefull horrible useless. Just a few things one can say about Harbor Freight online. Our order took months, and still we havent gotten everything that we paid for. Some of the tools we received have already come apart. Support is horrible. Last time we emailed to ask what and where, they didnt even bother responding. It isnt this virus causing their issues, its the horrible service and support thats causing the issues. Its hard to find reproductible online tool buying sites. This one and s the worse.

As always, harbor freight is the working mans hero. Or in my case working mom!! Absolutely love the deals I find,! and the sales paper that comes is like the Sears catalog your parents got years (and years) ago. Im circling the items I want and i am making a list of what I need the most. And as I said POOR MOM marking the calendar in between Bills to see what I can afford. And with 3 teenager boys... trust me when I say something is always needing fixed... awesome place... #lovingharborfraight.

Went to purchase an item listed as clearance on the website, had it in stock and wouldnt sell it saying it was the last one.

The cashier was very polite, but when I asked one of the stockers where the solar lights were, he never even looked my way or even acted like he wanted to help, he was rather rude when he did tell me, they are right here, this is all we have and turned and walked off. Maybe he had a bad day.

These folks are awesome! They are there for you/customer for when or what,,,Excitedly! One bad blow their way,,for some,,,Is their freight is after,,after market..Which only means pawn shops dont deal with their freight. I personally choose Harbor Freight over brand names cause they get the job done,,,cheaper and right around the corner..They have what you need,,,,and cheap!

I went to the jonesboro store and wanted to buy a chipper and the only one they had is the display model and said may be weeks or longer before they get any more I asked to purchase it and they said no they dont sale floor models so they checked other stores and the closest one was 2 hours away round trip and we went and picked it up got it home and half the parts were missing so we called the store and they said we could bring it back or drive to a different store so I took it back and they offered a discount on it but not offering the floor model so I got a refund because what good is it without the rest of the parts very disappointed and I wont be wasting my time in their stores any more

We left with tons of great buys and didnt pay as much as expected. Thank goodness for the mail coupon booklet, it really saved us money. The customer service was great and so were the deals. We are definitely coming back to shop again.

I know a lot of people think the tools here a cheap and they wont last but that is the beauty of this place. Purchase a cheap tool here, if you use it enough that the cheap tool doesnt last then you know you need to purchase higher quality tools from elsewhere.I have bought many tools and I honestly havent had a high fail rate on those tools.

Workers did not know what a receiver hitch was I spent 20 minutes on the phone with them trying to explain but I eventually drove over there .. Just to find out that they dont carry them... So why do they tell me that they did and about4-5 different prices.... Please educate these people and make them learn about the products the store sells!!!!!!
