As a truck driver picking up here, they were fair. It’s a little insane that won’t let you load yourself after 3:30, they’re open until 5:00. Also, they charge $10 to print permits, which is crazy also. The people were friendly and helpful, and they brought my machine around quickly, despite it having to be jumped off. Yard and wash bay guys are top notch, for sure.

These guys were more than helpful.....our farm owns a55 series challenger tractor...this tractor is ancient at this point and hard to find anything for or a tech that knows first hand on its quirks....was able to sit down with one of the parts guys and we went page by page over an hour looking for oring part numbers and hose diagrams for under our cab....also they keep allot of things in stock to service our 315 excavator....sometimes the parts are high but Im not sure how much of that is riggs vs caterpillar.....had to go to a competitor in the Memphis area and it me running faster but cost double give these guys a shot

Pickup a oil test kit and pump for work. Although I have rented from them in the past and will again. The staff is spot on and prices were great. Will definitely use again.

Terrible repair service. Overcharged for bad work. Bailing wire is not a good replacement for bolts.
