Paid 1500 dollars to use a 12 ft. Box truck for 36 hours. Drove it 1100 miles. They forced me to rent it for 6 days even though I didnt want it, and charged 198 for insurance and got nothing back on that either. Wont be renting here again! 1500 dollars a day and noone at Penske thinks this is a problem, even though they can rent the truck out again now for four more days! Lol. This is so ridiculous all I can do is laugh!Update: Called the number as instructed and its just a call center and they were unable and unwilling to do anything or address the situation
