Bianca and Brittany are undoubtedly the best assets this company has.From day one, Brittany did everything she could to win our company’s business. From renting us the box truck and trailers to handling the last-minute storage unit request, itself. Brittany is cold with it.When I finally met Bianca, I thought, “Damn, is there a glitch in the Matrix here or what?” Two amazing (correction- AMAXING! I had to invent a word to describe her) professionals in the same place!This is definitely my favorite storage facility because of these two young ladies. I wish they weren’t so far away from my home office. If I could steal them away and they would be working on my team!Thank you for all your help, girls!

This location has done a whole 360 from revamping the inside of the store and making it feel more welcoming and to them giving the storage units and other areas face lifts.Overall the atmosphere is more professional and the staff is great. The main young lady with the black curly hair (I do apologize for not being able to recall your name) has always been a great help to me.I without doubt recommend U-Storage to anyone who looking for a company that cares and will go the extra mile!

This facility is clean and the office staff was very nice. I love the communication thru email and text as well as the automatic draft. The only reason I didn’t give a five star was that the driveways between the building is in need of repair as it’s full of potholes. I am told that they will be working on that as the weather gets better. Overall, very pleased.

The staff is excellent. I’ve just moved to Jonesboro and they were very helpful and courteous. They always have a smile on their face and are willing to help anyway they can. A great experience. I’d rented a dolly a couple of times and they’ve always assisted putting it in my car. The one day I returned it, it was raining and Ryan came over to get it so I wouldn’t get wet. That’s the unexpected service that makes their customers happy. I’m glad I chose this storage facility. All the team members are always pleasant with excellent customer focused skills.
