Amputee since 1975. I have tried several providers over the years. JP & O has surpassed them all in personalized service and product satisfaction. The fit they have provided for my prosthesis is beyond satisfaction. It’s an 11 on a 10 scale. They worked with me to get things right. Short story. Several years ago on a holiday weekend i called on a Friday afternoon I had broken a part on my prosthesis at 3 in the afternoon. They told me to come in and at 9:30 that night I walked out with my test socket and went to work. I learned later that their families had already prepared for the holiday weekend and were at the lake waiting on them. That speaks volumes about customer and personalized service. I had a great experience at JP and O! I was able to make an appointment the same day I called, which is really important when you are in pain. I was seen promptly, with very little wait time. Wes fitted my device and addressed all my questions and concerns. All of the staff was super friendly - 10/10 would recommend!

JP&O this place is marvelous. The DPT and Practioners are the best in the business. Its all about the patient and not about the money. With them you are always helped regardless if you have money or not. With then you are part of the family for a life time.

The staff is awesome. The turn around time to my granddaughters shoes/braces was less then 2 weeks after everything open back up.
