My package was delayed 4 days. They said address was wrong even though they have been to our house several times. When it was finally delivered the nice young man said Sure I know where you live Ive been here before and talked to your wife. He is very nice but a different driver must have had package first. FedEx is the pits!!!

Sad! Just sad! Why you going to take and return my package after I tried calling and returning it and finally got someone to answer the customer service line after 4 days!! Then you are going to bring it back the next day and say your boss told you to! Y’all need to work on answering the phones and helping customers!

Poor service w/both office and delivery.Twice this has happened to me, received an email that delivery was made but never got the package.Office says to file claim with the service that sent to me, not FedExs fault. Right!!!!

Next day delivery failed twice

Fedex is as bad as usps. The company has had my package here in my town for three days counting today and they have yet to deliver it they just keep delaying it and on the second day they delayed the delivery halfway through the day. To call them you cannot get a hold of anyone in person I will have to be completely desperate before I would use Fedex. There is nothing express about them.I only gave them one star because I cannot give them anything less.P.S. Did you know that Fedex contracts out to another company to deliver some or all of their packages.

Package never arrived two separate times one was dumped 10 miles away in someones field that person was nice enough to deliver it to us when found. Second time we have no package and no idea where it is. FedEx drive is dumping packages instead of delivering it. Our neighbors have had the same problems.

Has to be the worst part of fedex, they are incapable of doing of anything and should be shut down. No one there is worth a penny

Everything I’ve ordered for my repair business for the past 3 months has gotten delayed!!! Even stuff I paid $25 extra to be overnight priority doesn’t arrive till 4days to 2 weeks later! FedEx you need to get Memphis Tennessee in check that is your problem 100%!!!

Ms. JONES is fantastic. I had an emergency and Ms. JONES bent over backwards to help me get my package out. Thank you Ms Jones for everything you did to help me get a package out to California.

I was very upset with the service. I called they said my package was there to pickup. So I drove an hour to get it just to get there for them to tell me it isnt there

We supposedly had a package delivered to our house at 4:07. It did not make it here so whoever my driver was has delivered it to the wrong place! How can you deliver a package to a street that’s not even mine!! I love in the country outside of trumann and my package is probably in trumann right now at someone’s house! They better not open it up or that is going to be a nice felony

I don’t know how one of your jobs as a delivery person is to, SIMPLY, knock on someone’s door, hand them their package(s) and go on about ur day and you can’t manage the knock at the door part!! I did mine...I waited here all d4m7 day for you to knock so I could get my chemo medicine! No worries tho, the non-speaking person that answered at your headquarters cleared everything up. I can just drive and pick it up! Genius!! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Zero stars is my true rating, the customer service towards black people is horrible. The front desk clerk ( white male) didn’t even acknowledge me or my daughter when we walked into the store, he and another customer (white male) stared us down as if we walked into a whites only establishment, I was embarrassed and felt disgraced in front of my daughter as she noticed that every white customer that walked in after us was greeted with a smile and a can I help you. Finally a black female clerk came out from the back and asked us what we needed. FedEx should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such a person and needs to do some serious customer service retraining. I’ll never go back there and you shouldn’t either.

My husband and I ordered some expensive saltwater fish and the driver not only took our precious innocent fish to the wrong address, he just left the box on their porch. The box was clearly marked Live Fish Deliver Promptly. One of our fish died! Wow. Absolutely unnecessary.

They are close to where I live and it was fast and easy to ship my packages and I didnt even have to PAY a cent and that I liked
